【請求項2】 前記二つの内面反射面のうち一方の内面反射面は回転放物面であり、他方の内面反射面は回転楕円面であり、かつ、前記回転放物面と前記回転楕円面のそれぞれの回転対称軸が前記光の光束の中央から外れていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項3】 前記入射面は平面であり、該平面にコリメートされた平行光を入射させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項4】 前記入射面は凸面であり、該凸面に拡散光を入射させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項5】 前記入射面に入射する光のビームスポット形状は楕円であることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項6】 前記二つの内面反射面のうち一方の内面反射面は平面であり、他方の内面反射面は回転楕円面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項7】 前記高屈折率媒質の入射面に光導波路が接合されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項8】 前記回転楕円面は、前記光導波路の出射点の、前記平面の内面反射面に対する鏡像点と、前記出射面の集光点とを二つの焦点とする回転楕円面であり、かつ、前記回転楕円面の回転対称軸が前記光の光束の中央から外れていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項9】 前記出射面の集光部に微小開口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項5、請求項6、請求項7又は請求項8記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項10】 記録と再生と消去のための光は少なくとも二つの異なる波長の光を用いることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項5、請求項6、請求項7、請求項8又は請求項9記載の光ヘッド装置。
【請求項11】 前記高屈折率媒質の出射面に集光する光束の中心光線は前記出射面に対して略垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項5、請求項6、請求項7、請求項8、請求項9又は請求項10記載の光ヘッド装置。
