【発明の効果】以上、本発明によれば、内面が熱可塑性
樹脂層で構成された紙製の容器本体の上縁部に、熱可塑
性樹脂で成形された縁枠を超音波溶着してなる容器にお
いて、前記縁枠を嵌入部と鍔部とで構成し、鍔部の下面
内側に全周にわたって突条を形成するとともに、前記嵌
入部の外面上側に縦長状の突条を所定間隔毎に複数形成
したので、縁枠の容器本体に対する接着強度を向上させ
ることができる。特に前記縁枠の嵌入部の外面上側に形
成される縦長状の突条を8個以上にすると好適である。
また、前記縁枠の嵌入部の外面上側に形成される縦長状
の突条は、下方側が最小角となる側面視略三角形状に形
成されているので、容器本体の上縁部に密接し、超音波
溶着の溶着性を向上させることができる。また、前記縁
枠の鍔部の下面外側に全周にわたって突条が形成されて
いるので、容器本体の上縁部と縁枠の鍔部との間からは
み出る樹脂漏れを防止することができる。
