DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a package such as a bag or container sealed by heat sealing, and a method for manufacturing the same.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

One of the performance requirements for a package with a heat-sealed opening is that the heat-sealed part will not open spontaneously and the contents will not leak during the sterilization process or handling such as transportation. On the other hand, it is easy to open the package to remove the contents. That is, the former performance is achieved by increasing the peel strength of the heat-sealed part as much as possible, for example, 2.3 Kg/15
mypz or more, and the latter is to make it smaller, for example 1.0 to 2. Ob/ 15 mtx
It is to do so.

At present, no package has been found that satisfies such contradictory performance.

Further consideration of the above-mentioned performance reveals that the ability to protect the contents well means that the peel strength from inside the package is high, and the ease of opening means that the opening It can be seen that it is sufficient if the peel strength from the outside is small.

The present invention was made based on the above-mentioned idea, and provides a sealed package having a heat-sealed portion whose opening has a high peel strength from the inside and a low peel strength from the outside. The purpose is to provide a method for producing the same.

〔発明の構成〕[Structure of the invention]

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, grooves are formed in the heat-sealed part of the sealed package by heating and pressurizing, and the outer and inner edges of the grooves are formed into smooth linear shapes, and the cross section thereof is The shape was made to gradually become deeper from the outer edge to the inner edge.

In addition, in the manufacturing method, a convex strip that gradually increases in height from the outer edge to the inner edge is provided on the impression surface of the upper or lower die of the heat sealer hot plate, and this hot plate is used to seal around the opening of the package. The product was heat-sealed to produce a sealed package.

As mentioned above, grooves are formed in the heat-sealed part by heating and pressurizing, and the cross-sectional shape of the grooves is made so that the depth increases from the outer edge to the inner edge. The adhesive strength of the corresponding adhesive part is weak, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive part corresponding to the inner edge is strong, and the initial peel strength from the outside of the heat-sealed part is small and the seal can be opened easily, but it is not easily peeled from the inside.

The material for the sealed package produced in this way can be selected from a wide range of materials as long as it can be heat-sealed, regardless of whether it is a single package or a laminate. For example, the container body 30 is a molded product of polypropylene, and the lid 4o is a laminate of an aluminum foil 44 and an adhesive layer 45.

A polypropylene sheet with a thickness of 500μ is heated and formed.
Ten rectangular containers with an internal volume of 180 cc were made, and soft aluminum foil with a thickness of 50 μm and modified high-density polyethylene lime with a thickness of 35 μm were bonded together using a thermosetting urethane adhesive, and the containers were fitted to the flanges of the containers. The lid was created by punching out the shape.

According to the present invention, as described above, the concave grooves that gradually become deeper from the outer edge to the inner edge are formed in the heat-sealed portion of the package by heating and pressing, so that the bonding of the adhesive portion corresponding to the outer edge is prevented. The strength is weak and gradually becomes stronger towards the inner edge.
The initial peeling force from the outside of the package is weak, so opening is easy, and the peeling strength from the inside is strong and the contents can be sufficiently protected.

さらに、上記のような優れた性能の密封包装体を従来と

Furthermore, since a sealed package with excellent performance as described above can be manufactured using almost the same method as conventional methods, there is an advantage that the cost burden is reduced.
