However, if it is difficult to peel off the lid at the time of consumption, you have to cut it with a knife or pierce the straw, which is inconvenient. Another sealing member, such as a label, may be attached to the cut portion and the opening may be formed in the lid by peeling the sealing member when used.

However, it is necessary to provide holes or cuts in the lid in advance and seal this part with another label, etc., which makes the cost expensive, and the sealing property and peeling resistance of this sealing part are also high. There is a problem that I have to keep in mind.

According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a whole surface peeling layer on the outer surface, an adhesive layer on the inner surface, a lid made of a laminate containing a thermoplastic sealing layer on the innermost surface, to the container body by the sealing layer. In a heat-sealed sealed container, the adhesive layer is formed intermittently, and the peel strength of the entire surface peeling layer by this layer is made weaker than the peel strength of the lid by the sealing layer with respect to the container body, and the partial opening is performed. In the area corresponding to (1), the adhesive layer is continuously provided, and the adhesive strength to the entire surface peeling layer is made stronger than the breaking strength of the inner layer portion than the adhesive layer including the sealing layer.

As described above, by weakening the peel strength of the adhesive layer, the outer surface peeling layer is easily peeled by hand, and when the continuous adhesive layer is reached, the inner layer portion is broken. Since the adhesive strength is greater than the strength, pulling the release layer causes the portion of the inner layer corresponding to the continuous adhesive layer to rupture and remain attached to the release layer, while being removed from other portions.
An opening is formed.

Further, the area 17 corresponding to the partial opening strengthens the adhesive strength as a so-called solid coating, that is, a continuous layer, and the layers 13, 11, 1
It is made larger than the breaking strength of the laminated body of No. 2.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, cuts 4 or perforations are provided on the lower surface of the flange 3 in advance, and a few bends are made along the cuts 4 to rupture a part of the flange 3 and shown in FIG. Thus, when the portion of the tab 20 is pulled up, the portion outside the notch 4 is broken until it is fixed to the peeling layer 15, and the portion inside the notch 4 is adhesive layer 14.

Then, when the area 17 of the layer 14 is reached, since the adhesive strength of that portion is increased, the layers 13, 11, and 12 are pulled up together with the layer 14 and broken, and the partial opening 19 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the area 16 corresponding to the tab 20 of the adhesive layer 14 is a continuous layer, when peeled off as shown in FIG. 15
There is no risk of peeling and separation, and the peeling layer 15 can be prevented from peeling off from the tab portion during handling such as transportation.

In the case of peeling, as shown in FIG. 6, when the tab is held and pulled up, the sealing layer 12 is broken at the outer peripheral edge portion of the flange 3, and subsequently peeling occurs at the adhesive layer 14, In the area 17 not shown, the sealing layer 12 is also broken to form a partial opening. In this case, as is clear from the figure, the base material 11 functions as a release layer.

[Effect] According to the present invention, as described above, the peeling layer is provided on the outer surface of the lid via the adhesive layer, and the peeling strength of the peeling layer is made weaker than the peeling strength of the lid with respect to the container body, and thus the peeling strength can be increased. Since the peeling layer is made peelable and the adhesion strength of the peeling layer to other layers is strengthened, the partial opening can be easily formed by pulling up the peeling layer, and the container body is sealed as much as possible. The strength can be increased, the sealing performance becomes extremely excellent, and accidental opening of children can be prevented. Moreover, the peeling layer serves as a protective layer to increase the strength of the lid and protect the contents. An excellent sealed container can be obtained.
