DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The substrate used in the decorative board of the present invention is not particularly limited. Board, perlite board, plaster board,
Examples include a wood chip cement board and the like, and a volcanic glassy multilayer board. In particular, when an architectural plate is used as the base material, the surface may be smooth or may have an uneven shape. In order to reinforce the surface of the substrate, it is preferable to perform an impregnated sealer treatment in which an impregnated sealer is applied to the surface of the substrate and cured. When it is necessary to increase the smoothness of the surface of the base material, a sealing treatment is performed. The filling process can be performed by a conventionally known method. For example, the surface of the base material is ground by a grinder, a moisture-curable sealer diluted with a thinner is applied to the base material, and dried. The filling process is completed by hardening the stopper and further polishing the surface. Even if the surface of the base material is provided with a concavo-convex shape, a so-called deep feeling can be given to the surface of the decorative board. In this case, the difference in the thickness of the base material from the bottom of the recess to the top of the protrusion is 150 μm. By forming the following, when forming a top clear layer described later, the surface thereof is smooth, and further effects are obtained in combination with the deep feeling of depth by the plurality of decorative layers and the transparent layer disposed therebetween. It can be obtained without impairing the surface smoothness.
