2. Description of the Related Art At a care site, work such as waking up of a cared person, mutual transfer between a bed and a wheelchair, or moving and transporting to a bathtub is involved. In this case, since the life rhythms of many cared persons are the same, sleep, wake-up, bathing, and other transfer work are concentrated in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Many people are cared for. Therefore, extremely severe work is required of the caregiver, which causes a problem that many caregivers hurt their backs and this is an occupational disease.

[0004] However, the lift is large and its use place is limited, and it is expensive, so that it is difficult to equip it with ordinary households. In addition, the assisting tool is obtained by sewing the assisting band on the buttocks of the care-receiver after passing the assisting band from the foot of the care-receiver and sewing the support belt on the buttocks. The caregiver puts the caregiver on the floor with one knee on the floor, lifts the caregiver and places it on a wheelchair. The work involves raising the cared person in the state described above, and these works are extremely hard work, and there is a problem that the caregiver is forced to work hard.

However, even with the above-mentioned nursing care equipment, both the caregiver and the care receiver only support the back half of each other with a belt, and the remaining half circumference of the abdomen is completely removed. When the caregiver supports the cared person with the belt, the belt slides upwards, and as a result, the power is concentrated on the base arm of the cared person and causes an obstacle to the shoulder. There was danger.

In order to achieve the above object, a nursing care device according to the present invention comprises a care receiver support belt provided with a backrest for a cared person and connecting metal fittings attached to both ends thereof. A caregiver support belt provided with a shoulder rest for the caregiver, and belt insertion holes are respectively opened at both front and rear ends of a support plate provided with a frame on both left and right sides, and a belt guide roller is rotated between both belt insertion holes of the frame. A belt lock device rotatably pivotally supporting a spring-biased ratchet roller in a swingable manner, wherein the caregiver passes through a belt insertion hole at one end of the belt lock device. Attach one end of the support belt, insert the other end of the caregiver support belt into the belt insertion hole at the other end of the belt lock device, hook the support belt over the belt guide roller, and close the gap between the ratchet roller and the support plate. Movably inserted in the longitudinal direction, and the lock attachable, freely moved further the caregiver support belt and the via connecting fitting and the care support belt,
It is characterized by being detachably connected.

The care receiver support belt and the caregiver support belt are connected by a connection fitting, and the end of the caregiver support belt is inserted into a belt insertion hole at the tip of a belt lock device attached to the base end of the caregiver support belt. By being inserted, the outer ring for the cared person and the inner ring for the cared person are continuously formed.

[0011] Therefore, the caregiver applies the backrest of the inner ring to the back (for example, the left back), turns the opposite side of the support belt sideways from behind (for example, to the right side), and holds the tip of the support belt with the left hand. Insert the torso's torso into the outer ring while grasping.

[0013] Next, when the support belt is lifted up to the ratchet roller side and loosened by grasping the hand, the support belt is swung by the load of the care receiver's weight in the opposite direction to the ratchet roller of the belt lock device. As a result, the ratchet roller is rotated about half a turn while being locked to the locking teeth, whereby the locking teeth of the ratchet roller are locked to the support belt in the gap between the support plate and the support belt. Is fixed.

In this state, the caregiver stands up while holding the cared person with both hands, so that the cared person can be easily held in a state close to an upright posture, without placing a large burden on the waist and shoulders, and with both hands. Thus, the cared person can be safely raised to a predetermined height without causing anxiety. At this time, most of the cared person's weight rests on the carer's left shoulder via the shoulder pad, while the cared person's torso is protected by the back of the cared person's support belt, and the cared person's abdomen is Protected by stomach.

When the care receiver is lifted up in this manner, the care receiver is held with both hands, moved and transported to a wheelchair, a bathtub, or another target position.
The belt lock can be instantaneously released by separating the support belt from the ratchet. When releasing the lock of the belt, hold the care receiver with the right hand while loosening the support belt, and slowly transfer to the wheelchair or the like. Also, when returning the care receiver from the wheelchair or the like to the bet or the like, the same operation is performed as described above.

The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects. (1) Since the care receiver support belt is movable with respect to the care receiver support belt, and the care receiver support belt itself is movably inserted into the belt insertion hole of the belt lock device, the care receiver can sit down. It can be worn on the care-receiver in a stretched state to reduce the burden on the waist, and can easily and surely cope with various physiques and shapes of the care-receiver. (2) An outer ring for the cared person and an inner ring for the cared person are formed, and the cared person is brought into contact with and supported by the support belt not only on the back side but also on the abdomen side. The support belt slides all around the torso's torso and is less likely to slide up. As a result, there is less danger of concentration of force on the caregiver's base arm to cause disability, and also for the caregiver. It can comfortably support the cared person and is extremely safe. (3) Since it is only necessary to insert the outer ring for the cared person into the cared person, there is no heavy labor to lay the assisting body under the buttocks as in the conventional example, and both the cared person and the cared person The body of the cared person is easily placed in close contact with only one belt through the stomach, so the center of gravity of the cared person is closer to the carer, and the cared person is in a nearly upright posture, reducing the burden on the carer's waist. . (4) The care receiver support belt and the caregiver support belt can be easily moved and detached with the attachment / detachment metal fitting, and the caregiver can perform all the locking and unlocking operations of the belt lock device by holding the tip of the caregiver support belt. Because it can be done with one hand, it is extremely convenient. (5) Since the structure is simple and lightweight, it is easy to carry and can be provided at low cost.
