Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open a separator by a simple means right before a usage and mix contents by providing a plastic zipper which can hold respective compartments wherein the inside of the bag body is divided into a plurality, under a hermetically sealed state, as an easily openable separator. SOLUTION: In this bag body having an easily openable separator, at the central section of a flat bag B, an easily openable separator 1 is provided, and at the time of a filling, zippers are closed while both end sections of the bag body are being opened, and then, respective contents are filled from both ends of the bag body, and both ends are heat-sealed 6. When the bag body 2 having the easily openable separator is divided in two, a normal bag body having a zipper A at the central section of the bag is formed. Also, when the bag body is divided into three chambers or more because the contents are three kinds or more, the bag body is serially divided due to the characteristics of the plastic zipper. At the time of a usage, when the zipper of the separator 1 is opened from the take-out port side from the external surface of the bag body under a state wherein the bag body having the easily openable separator is hermetically sealed without being unsealed, the bag is connected, and the contents being isolated are integrated, and both contents can be mixed by stroking the bag from the outside.

2. Description of the Related Art Two or more types of substances such as liquids and solids are stored in a separated form, and these substances are stirred and mixed with each other immediately before use. There are ways to use energy. For example, there are drugs, photographic drugs, adhesives, and the like whose dilution degree requires strict precision. In the case of the adhesive, the main agent and the curing agent are stored in separate containers, and when they are used immediately after use, after mixing them, a mixing container or stirrer is prepared on site, Measurement of the curing agent was required, and the method was lacking in convenience.

On the other hand, depending on the combination of a main component and a reactant, other substances are heated or cooled by utilizing energy generated by mixing them, for example, by mixing water and calcium oxide. When a beverage such as alcohol is heated by heat, the mixing of these two substances is performed by physically destroying such as making a hole in a partition wall between the two substances (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 02-45376).
If the object to be heated or cooled is a mass-produced product such as liquor or drinks, the container can be manufactured economically even if it has a rather complicated structure, but it is a general-purpose, multi-species, small It has been difficult to produce quantities of heating and cooling agents economically. Alternatively, a product system that requires strict precision in the amount of mixing, is lightweight, simple, and cannot be fixed at the point of use, such as amino acid solution and glucose solution that are separated and mixed before use as a drug to be used in a disaster. Some products, such as infusions, require countermeasures against not only mixing ratios but also external contamination.

In the case of infusion, an easily peelable heat seal having a weak peeling force for two liquids is used. In this case, if the peeling force of the heat seal is increased, it becomes difficult to open the separator. On the other hand, if the peeling force is weakened to facilitate the opening of the separator, when the external pressure is applied to the bag, the pressure inside the bag increases, which makes it easier. Has the disadvantage that the separator is opened. For this reason, there are various ideas for the balance of the peeling force. For example, the sealing strength is 0.02 to 0.15 kgf / cm 2.
(See Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-2)
However, this adjustment is delicate and difficult. The drawback is that if the contents allow special handling such as infusion, the external pressure of the bag may be protected by an external wrapper,
It is difficult to use easy-open heat seals as separators for general soft packaging materials with various handling methods. Therefore, it is a multi-product, small-volume product, the container is lightweight,
It is possible to maintain the separator without opening even if external pressure is applied to the packaging container or internal pressure increases, and the separator can be easily opened at the time of opening. Development is requested.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. Plastic chuck A used for easy-open separator 1 of bag with easy-open separator of the present invention
For example, a chuck having a cross section as shown in FIG. 5 which is generally used can be used. When the plastic chuck is closed, the male claw 21 is moved to the female claw 3 when the chuck is closed.
It is tightly closed by tightening with the elastic force of 1,32. A plastic chuck having a cross section as shown in FIG. 6 (referred to as “sealed chuck” in the present invention) is used as a plastic chuck used to improve the sealing performance. The female parts of the chuck are female claws 33 and 34. And a pressing rib 4.
The male part of the chuck that engages with this is composed of male claws 22, 23 and the pressing wall 5 (US Pat. No. 5,698,866). The hermetic chuck has better hermeticity, hermetic stability, impact resistance, and strong opening strength as compared with general-purpose plastic chucks.

[0008] A general-purpose plastic chuck or a plastic hermetic chuck (hereinafter collectively referred to as "chucks") is used as a separator 1 of a bag with an easy-open separator and used as a partition wall of substances to be isolated. The contents are stored in a sealed state, and the zippers used as the separator 1 are opened from the outside of the bag and mixed inside the bag without opening the bag immediately before use, and thoroughly mixed. It is sufficient to open the bag after using it and use it. When the bag is used for heating and cooling, the zipper used as the easy-open separator 1 is opened from the outside of the bag immediately before use, and then the contents are mixed inside the bag for heating and cooling. Be started. Normally, plastic chucks are designed so that they are hard to open from the contents side when mounted, and can be easily opened from the outlet. For example, the opening strength of the same chuck is 7 kgf / 5 cm chuck from the contents side, 0.8kgf from the outlet
The opening strength can be freely set like a / 5 cm chuck. As described above, since the opening strength can be made different depending on the opening direction, the side on which the opening is expected by the pressure may be set to the contents side. When the mixing of both contents is strictly restricted, two chucks may be used, and the two contents may be arranged side by side with the contents side outside.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bag with the easy-open separator of the present invention may be a normal bag having a chuck A at the center of the bag when divided into two as shown in FIGS.
In this case, the contents side of the chuck should be directed to the side where the internal pressure is expected to increase, and it is necessary to clearly indicate that the reverse side should be opened when opening. When the volumes of the substances (contents) to be filled therein are significantly different, it is sufficient that the material is in the middle of the bag, not in the center. In addition, since there are three or more types of contents, when division into three or more chambers is required, the division may be performed in series or in parallel. However, it is preferable to perform division in series from the nature of the plastic chuck.

[0010] The material of the bag varies depending on the kind of the contents and the method of use, but generally, the resistance to the contents, boiling resistance and low temperature resistance depending on the application, or impact resistance and tensile strength depending on the case. Any material may be used as long as the above can be satisfied. Usually, a film made of a single resin or a mixture of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polyester, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and polyvinyl alcohol, or a laminated film obtained by laminating these films is used. If oxygen barrier properties are required, vinylidene chloride, a laminated film of partially saponified film of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and a laminated film with aluminum foil when light and oxygen barrier properties are required,
Alternatively, it is also possible to use an aluminum vapor-deposited film.

The material of the chucks is not particularly limited as long as it has the same chemical resistance and physical properties as the material of the film, and can be bonded to the film used on the bonding surface of the bag. There is no particular limitation on the type of bag,
A bag in the form of a stand pouch or the like is desirable. There is no limit on the size and it is manufactured as needed. FIG. 1 shows a bag with an easy-open separator in which a flat bag B is provided with an easy-open separator 1 at the center thereof. The contents are filled from both ends and heat-sealed. FIG. 2 shows a bag with an easy-open separator of a type in which an easy-open separator is provided at the center of the stand pouch C. In this case, the lower portion of the stand pouch C is filled in advance with one of the contents, and then the easy-open separator 1 is sealed. Then, another content is filled in the upper portion of the separator 1 and the bag is heat-sealed.
However, in this case, it goes without saying that chucks may be attached to the bag outlet.

In use, if the separator 1 is opened from the outside of the chuck through the outer surface of the bag while the bag with the easy-open separator is sealed without opening the bag, the bags are connected. The separated contents are integrated, and the contents can be mixed by squeezing or kneading the bag from the outside. When the contents are sufficiently mixed inside the bag, the bag may be opened, the mixture removed and used. Further, in some cases, high heat or cold generated by mixing while the bag is kept as it is may be used for heating or cooling.

Generally, chucks have an opening strength of about 7 kg so as not to be easily opened in response to a force from the contents side.
It has a large value of about / 5 cm, and the opening strength is as small as about 0.8 kg / 5 cm so that the opening can easily be opened by the force on the outlet side. Therefore, in the case where the content filled in the outlet side of the chuck 1 is a content such as a liquid or the like in which pressure is easily transmitted to the whole when a part of the content is applied, the outer surface of the bag may be used. In some cases, the chuck 1 is easily opened due to the pressurization or the like, so that the chuck 1 becomes unstable. In addition, it is necessary to specify the direction of the opening. Separator 1
Is a single chuck, it is preferable that the content on the outlet side is a solid such as a powder or granule that does not transmit pressure.

When an increase in external pressure or internal pressure is expected for both separated substances, two chucks are attached in parallel with the opening having a small opening strength facing each other as shown in FIG. From now on, the content side with the large opening strength is always turned, and when opening, the two chucks can be easily opened even by a small force by pulling the film between the two chucks outward. .
In the plastic chuck used in the present invention, the strength of the contents side and the strength of the opening side of the chuck can be set freely and independently, so that even if the internal pressure increases, the separator does not open spontaneously and the separator is opened. Is an excellent structure that can be easily made. Note that a separator may be assured to be closed by adding a heat seal that is easy to open and that the open state is easily recognized inside the two parallel chucks or the opening side of the single chuck. Further, it is more convenient to attach the handle 7 as shown in FIG. 4 between these two chucks and open the plastic chuck by pulling.

EXAMPLE A laminated film dry-laminated such that a polyethylene resin film having a thickness of 60 μm on the inside and a polyamide resin film having a thickness of 15 μm on the outside was used.
A cylindrical film having a width of 40 mm and a height of 200 mm was produced.
As shown in FIG. 3, as a separator, a central portion of the tubular film was placed at a distance of 50 mm so as to face a take-out side having a small opening strength, and two hermetic chucks were attached in parallel, and both chucks were closed. . One side of the separator attached to the cylindrical film is filled with 100 g of an epoxy resin adhesive, and the filling port is heat-sealed,
Further, the other outside was filled with 100 g of a curing agent, and the filling port was heat-sealed to obtain a bag with a separator. Ten bags each containing an adhesive and a curing agent were prepared, and a weight was applied to each part of the adhesive and the curing agent according to the method described in JIS-Z0238. No opening or leakage of the separator was found in all the specimens up to a certain 40 kgf.

In this state, the mixture was allowed to stand at room temperature in a dark place for 10 days, but no abnormality such as discoloration or curing was observed in the epoxy resin adhesive and the curing agent. This indicates that the epoxy resin adhesive and the curing agent are stably stored in a separated state. The middle of the two chucks attached in parallel to the bag body with the separator was pulled outward to open the chuck, and the epoxy resin adhesive and the curing agent were rubbed by hand from the outside of the bag for about 2 minutes to mix the two well. Later, the bag was opened and the adhesive was removed. Two 30mm × 10
A mixed adhesive was applied to the end 30 mm × 30 mm portion of a 0 mm × 10 mm plywood to bond the two plywoods. After leaving the bonded body for 24 hours, it was peeled off, but the material was broken without peeling off from the bonded surface. This was understood that the adhesive fully functioned.

According to the present invention, a bag body with an easy-open separator in which a plastic film bag body and a plastic chuck are combined can stably store two or more types of contents that need to be separated and stored in a separated form. By opening the easy-open separator immediately before use, the separated contents can be mixed, the bag can be opened and the contents can be taken out and used, or the energy generated by mixing can be used. In particular, it can cope with a case where oxygen barrier properties and light-shielding properties are required depending on the type of contents. In particular, in the bag body with an easy-open separator of the present invention, the contents can be quantitatively filled in advance, respectively, so that mixing at an extremely strict ratio is possible without using a meter or the like at the time of use. The easy-open separator bag with separator can be mixed in a sealed state just by opening the separator without opening the bag when mixing. It can also be used effectively when mixing is required.
