の突合せ継手を示す斜視図で、1A,1Bは突合せ溶接
を行う薄板溶接母材で片端部は突合せ溶接継手4を形成
する為の開先を有し、この開先部を突き合わせて組合わ
せ、突合せ溶接継手4を構成する。図2〜図5は溶接歪
み抑制の為の拘束治具の構造を示す。図2において、押
え側拘束治具2は図1に示す突合せ溶接継手4を溶接側
より押さえる為の拘束治具で、治具中央部には突合せ継
手の溶接を容易に出来る様にA−A視(図3)に示すよ
うな形状のスリット部6を設ける。また治具長手両端部
には治具の取付け、締付け用のボルト穴5を配置する。
図4において、受け側拘束治具3は図1に示す突合せ溶
接継手4を反溶接側より支持拘束する為設置する拘束治
具で、突合せ溶接継手部4に高い面圧力が附与出来る様
にA−A視(図5)に示すような中高の形状とする為の
勾配7を設ける。また治具長手両端部には治具の取付

み込み、締付けボルト8で拘束治具2、3を締付け突合
せ溶接継手部4に拘束力を負荷する。次にこの母材溶接
継手部4に拘束力が負荷された状態で押え側拘束治具2
のスリット部6より突合せ溶接継手4の溶接を行う。突
合せ溶接継手部4の周囲は強い拘束力が与えられている
ので、溶接時の熱影響等により溶接歪み9が生じようと
しても、その発生が抑制される。拘束治具2、3による
締付けの解放については、溶接終了後継手部4の温度が
