の締付け手段をクランプホーンの下部位置から上部位置
に配置転換させることができオープンペースでの工具の
ボルト位置へのセットが容易になり,電極交換時のボル
ト着脱作業が大幅に改善され,総じて電極交換作業の時
間短縮を可能にする。
