2. Description of the Related Art There has been known a divided cutting type tip saw in which a cut groove (also referred to as a cut path) when cutting a material to be cut is divided into a plurality of pieces in a width direction thereof. FIG. 1 is a diagram in which alternating blades corresponding to a C-shaped saw blade of a carbide circular saw (hereinafter referred to as a chip saw) of JIS (B4805) are superimposed in a rake view. In this tip saw, two types of tips, a right edge 91 and a left edge 92 shown in FIG. 2, are alternately provided at a predetermined pitch along a cutting edge of a disk-shaped tip saw body 93. The tip saw having the above configuration is composed of left and right side blades 9.
The cutting grooves of the cutting blades 1 and 92 are divided into two in the width direction of the cutting grooves, and the cutting is carried out. In addition, the side edges 94 and 95 of the cutting blades cut the wood fibers. The cut surface is satisfactorily finished, and both the cutting resistance and the noise at the time of cutting can be reduced as compared with the JIS B blade type (see the flat blade 96 in FIG. 3). However, considering the working environment and the like, it was not sufficient, and further reduction was required.

For this purpose, the following split cutting type tip saw was created. That is, in the present invention, a plurality of chips are fixed along the cutting edge of the chip saw main body, and each of the chips has a protruding position involved in cutting which is different in a thickness direction of the chip saw main body. Either one of them is formed, and in the divided cutting tip saw that cuts and divides the groove by the group of cutting blades in the groove width direction, one side edge of the groove is cut out of the group of cutting blades. The side edge of the cutting edge to be cut, and the side edge of the at least one cutting edge that is responsible for cutting a portion different in the thickness direction of the tip saw body, have the same trajectory at the time of cutting. It is characterized in that it is configured to participate in the cutting of the groove side surface rising from the side edge. The side end portion of the cutting edge referred to here is a front end portion of a so-called side cutting edge line involved in cutting of a grooving groove, and is usually a portion serving as a front end of a set.

[0006] In the above-mentioned tip saw, each part is cut and shared by the cutting blades of a plurality of tips in a state where the groove is divided in the width direction thereof, so that the effect of suppressing noise can be obtained. Furthermore, the side edges (extended ends) of the cutting edges involved in cutting the side surfaces of the grooves rising from the side edge portions of the milling grooves are formed on the cutting edges of a plurality of chips and have the same trajectory during cutting. Thereby, regardless of the number of divisions of the groove, it is possible to increase the appearance rate of the portion that is the leading end of the clam. Therefore, the cut surface of the workpiece is satisfactorily finished.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, on each of the left and right sides of the tip saw body, the side edges of the cutting edges of substantially half of the total number of tips are set so as to have substantially the same locus during cutting. It is characterized by having. In this tip saw, on each of the left and right sides of the milling groove, the side end of the cutting edge is set to the same rotation plane and the same cutting radius for approximately half of the total number of chips, and is involved in cutting the groove side surface. . That is, the appearance rate of the side edges (tips of the set) of the cutting blades involved in the cutting of the groove side surface is about 2 regardless of the number of divided grooves (the number of cutting blades forming a group).
Is set to The appearance rate of the conventional six-piece cutting tip saw is much higher than that of the above-mentioned appearance rate of 1/6, and the cut surface of the workpiece is satisfactorily finished. Further, by making the cutting edge of each chip participate in the cutting of one of the right and left groove side surfaces, the cutting load can be made uniform for all the chips.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. [First Embodiment] FIGS. 4 and 5 show a main part of a tip saw (circular saw) according to one embodiment. FIG. 6 shows a group of four types of cutting blades formed on the tip saw. It is shown by a rake face. The tip saw 10 shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 has a substantially disc-shaped tip saw body 12, and has a tip seat 13 at a constant pitch on the circumference of the tip saw body 12.
Are formed. The hard tip 11 is fixed to the tip seat 13. In this case, there are four types of hard tips 11 having different cutting edges (each indicated by 1 to 4 in the drawing), and the hard tips 11 are arranged at 1 from the rotation direction N side of the tip saw.
-4-2-3 (right a-left a-right b-left b). The chips 1 to 4 thus form a group, and this group is repeated around the entire periphery of the tip saw body 12. Note that the order of appearance of 1 to 4 is merely an example, and the order may be changed.

FIG. 7 is a view showing a structure of four chips formed on a group of chips.
A diagram showing the cutting edges of the various types of cutting edges superimposed in a rake view,
That is, the main parts of the cross section orthogonal to the rotation direction N are overlapped. As is clear from the figure, the thickness T of the cutting blade is substantially divided into four, and each part (K1 to K4) of the divided outer peripheral cutting line is in the thickness direction of the tip saw body 12. And four types of cutting blades having different projecting positions involved in cutting. And 4
When a group of cutting blades pass through the groove of the material to be cut, a bottom of the groove having the entire blade thickness T is formed in the groove (or the cut through the slit having the groove width). Material is cut). In this case, of the four types of cutting edges, the widths of the respective cutting edges K1 to K4 that are involved in cutting in a state where the groove is substantially divided in the width direction are T / 4 and are equal to each other. In addition, a uniform cutting load is applied to each type, and effective cutting noise reduction is achieved.

[0011] Of the four types of cutting edges of each tip 11, the side edge R of the cutting edge K1 shown on the right side in FIGS.
1 (the end of the side cutting edge line 1a) and the side end R2 (the end of the side cutting edge line 2a) extending from the cutting edge K2 are set in the same rotation plane and at the same cutting radius position. , As well,
On the left side, the side end L3 (the end of the side cutting line 3b) and the side end L4 (the end of the side cutting line 4b) are set in the same rotation plane and at the same cutting radius position. That is,
The side edges R1 and L4 of the cutting blades K1 and K4 arranged on both side edge portions of the blade thickness T serve as the leading ends of the set and cut not only the groove side surfaces on both sides of the milling groove but also the blade thickness T. Regarding the cutting blades K2 and K3 for cutting the corresponding groove bottoms in the middle part, the side ends R2, which are the extending ends of the cutting blades K2 and K3, are also provided.
L3 cuts the groove side surface. Therefore, as compared with the conventional divided cutting tip saw, the appearance rate of the side edge (tip of the side cutting edge line) of the cutting edge involved in cutting the groove side surface is higher, so that the cut surface can be satisfactorily finished. Also, 4
Since all types of chips are involved in cutting either the right or left groove side surface, the load is uniformly applied. The measurement of the noise of the tip saw 10 at the time of cutting will be described in an example described later, but the noise is lower than that of the conventional C-shaped (alternating blade) or B-shaped (flat blade).

[Second Embodiment] FIG. 8 is a view showing a group of six cutting blades formed on a group of chips superimposed in a rake view, and FIG. 9 is a group of cutting blades. 6 shows six types of blade shapes as viewed from a rake face. In the second embodiment, six types of chips 21 (1 to 6) are provided with a group of six types of cutting blades.
-6-2-5-4-3) The other basic structure of the chip saw is the same as that of the above-described chip saw 10. Therefore, it can be said that the noise has been further reduced. That is, the thickness of the cutting blade is substantially divided into six,
Each of the divided portions (K1 to K6) is six types of cutting blades involved in cutting. And the chip 21
The front end portions of the side cutting edge lines 1a to 3a and the front end portions of the side cutting edge lines 4b to 6b coincide with each other at the right end R or the left end L, and follow the same trajectory during cutting. Therefore, the cut surface is finished well.

[Table 5] (2) Degree of Finish of Cut Surface The cut surface of the work material was as good as the C-type blade without chipping of melamine stuck on the surface of both the 4-divided blade and the 6-divided blade. From these results, it was found that compared to the conventional B-type and C-type, the 4-piece blade and the 6-piece blade of the present embodiment had lower noise and the cut surface of the work material was equivalent to the C-type. . In the tip saws of these embodiments, the radius up to the tip of the side cutting edge line on the side involved in cutting is almost constant (error within 0.05 mm).
Therefore, all the blades act on the cut surface of the material to be cut, and the cutting resistance can be reduced and the cutting noise can be suppressed without lowering the quality of the cut surface of the material to be cut.
