吸引する手段を設けたハンダコテ装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来のハンダコテ装置は、図2に示すよ
うに、ハンダ110を溶解するコテ先101及び、この
コテ先101を加熱する電源コード108が接続された
ヒータ103を有するハンダコテと、ハンダ110溶解
時に発生する煙を導入する導入管104, この導入管
104で導入された煙を浄化するフィルタ105,この
フィルタ105で浄化された煙を電源コード108から
の電源供給によって行う吸引部106,この吸引部10
6で吸引した煙を排出する排出口109を備えた吸引装
置とで構成されている。 【0003】この従来のハンダコテ装置の動作は、図2
に示すように、ハンダ110溶解時にコテ先101へ発
生する煙111を吸引装置の導入管104から導入し、
この導入管から導入された煙111をフィルタ105で
浄化した後、吸引部106で煙を吸引して排出口109
から空気中に排出し、ハンダコテと吸引装置とが分離し
ているものであった。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、従来の
ハンダコテ装置は、ハンダコテと吸引装置とが別々に構
成されているため、ハンダ作業場所を移動する際に持ち
運びに手間がかかり、かつ節電のためにはハンダの煙が
発生していない場合にいちいち吸引装置の電源をオフし
なければならないという課題があった。 【0005】また、吸引装置の導入管はコテ先から離れ
た位置に配置されるため、周囲の空気も合わせてハンダ
の煙と吸引するため、吸引装置の吸引力及びサイズを大
きくする必要があるという課題があった。 【0006】そこで、本発明の目的は、容易にハンダの
煙の浄化を行うハンダコテ装置を提供することにある。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】上述の課題を解決するた
めに、本発明のハンダコテ装置は、ハンダを溶解するコ
テ先及び、このコテ先を加熱するヒータを有する先端部
と、上記ハンダ溶解時に発生する煙を導入する上記コテ
先近傍に設けた導入管と、この導入管で導入された煙を
浄化するフィルタと、このフィルタで浄化された煙を吸
引する吸引部と、この吸引部で吸引した煙を排出する排
出口と、上記ヒータ及び吸引部に電源を供給する電源コ
ードと、この電源コードからの電源供給によって上記煙
を吸引するよう吸引部の動作をオン/オフするスイッチ
とを内蔵し、かつ上記先端部が取付けられた握手部とで
構成されたことを特徴とする。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】次に、本発明の一実施の形態によ
るハンダコテ装置を図面を参照して説明する。 【0009】図1は、本発明の一実施の形態によるハン

置は、図1に示すように、ハンダ10を溶解するコテ先
1及び、このコテ先1を加熱するヒータ3を有する先端
部と、ハンダ10溶解時に発生する煙11を導入するコ
テ先1近傍に設けた導入管4と、この導入管4で導入さ
れた煙11を浄化するフィルタ5と、このフィルタ5で
浄化された煙を吸引する吸引部6と、この吸引部6で吸
引した煙11を排出する排出口9と、ヒータ3及び吸引
部6に電源を供給する電源コード8と、この電源コード
8からの電源供給によって煙11を吸引するよう吸引部
6の動作をオン/オフするスイッチ7とを内蔵し、かつ
先端部が取付けられた握手部2とで構成される。 【0011】次に、本発明の一実施の形態によるハンダ

置の動作は、図1に示すように、電源コード8を電源に
接続することにより、ヒータ3に電源が供給されてコテ
先1が加熱され、この状態でハンダ10をコテ先1で溶
かしてハンダ付け作業を行う場合、握手部2に配置され
たスイッチ7をオンすることで吸引部6が動作し、溶解
したハンダから発生する煙11が導入管4から導入され
て吸引された煙11は、フィルタ5で浄化されて排気口
9から空気中に排気されることとなる。 【0013】 【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明のハンダコ
テ装置によれば、ハンダ作業時に発生する煙を吸引する
吸引部を握手部に備えているため、ハンダ作業場所を移
動する際の持ち運びの手間を軽減でき、かつ容易に吸引
部のオン/オフが行えるため、消費電力を節約できる効

ハンダ作業時に発生する煙を導入する導入管をコテ先の
近くに配置したため、ハンダ作業時に発生する煙を有効
に吸い込むことができ、かつ吸引部の構成を小さくでき
