る。その後、カーブ柱に加わる張力に反して張線器の操
作で支持線Bを吊架金物Hに引き寄せ、ラインガードL
を巻いた支持線Bを把持させ、通信線Aの柱と接触する
恐れのある部分にはスパイラルスリーブを巻いて処置を
するものであった。このようなカーブ柱における作業は
その張力に抗して行うものであるため危険をともない、
また工具を設置するのに手間取ること、金車の取り外し
が必要なこと等煩雑な作業であるため、簡易な工法が望
