ネジの種類に応じて締め付けトルクを設定した複数のト
ルクドライバを具備し、供給したネジの締め付けトルク
と前記トルクドライバの中で設定した締め付けトルクが
同一のトルクドライバだけに通電し使用できるようにす
る事を特徴とする作業指示装置。 <実施形態4> 実施形態1、3の作業指示装置におい
て、トルクドライバは、規定の締め付けトルクに達した
ら締め付け完了信号をパソコンに出力し、パソコンは、
この締め付け完了信号を計数し供給したネジ個数と一致
したら次の作業場所の表示とネジの供給制御信号を送信

設け、前記制御部が組立を行う製品のネジの種類と取り
付け位置と必要な個数とから成るネジ情報を作業者に表
示すると共に必要なネジを必要な個数だけ排出するよう
にネジ供給部に指示することにより、作業者に組立手順
を指示し、且つ作業に必要なネジの供給を行い、作業確
認を行うことができ、これによりネジの誤選択や未取付
けを防止することができる。また締め付けを行うネジの
トルク値に設定されているトルクドライバだけを使用で
きる様にすることにより作業ミスを低減することができ
る。

品毎の該作業情報を登録した作業指示情報を記憶する記
憶手段を持つ制御部と、複数種類のネジを格納し、前記
制御部の指示により指定された製品に対応した作業情報
により指示された種類のネジをトレーに排出するネジ供
給部とを備え、前記制御部が組立を行う製品のネジの種
類と取り付け位置と必要な個数とから成る作業情報を作
業者に表示すると共に、必要なネジを必要な個数だけ排
出するようにネジ供給部に指示することを特徴とする作
業指示装置。
