According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a starter having an inclined surface which is retracted from the front surface of the heat insulating panel, is mounted on a base of a house such as a foundation, is fixed, and is formed with an inclined surface for draining infiltrated rainwater downward. And a water drainage piece that rises from the starter main body and rises forward and upward to be inserted into the connection recess and abuts on the panel lower end surface to support the heat insulating panel, and at least the vertical joint between the heat insulating panels from the starter main body Since the starter is formed by standing up and forming a drain piece along the rear surface of the heat insulating panel, the starter main body having an inclined surface that drains downward forward is drawn in from the front surface of the heat insulating panel and is inserted into the base of the house. The front drainage piece that is placed and fixed and extended from the starter main body is inserted into the connection recess on the lower surface of the panel, and the starter main body is inserted from the lower end of the heat insulating panel wall. It can be reliably prevented from flowing backward from the lower part of the heat insulating panel at the lower end while enhancing the appearance without being discharged, and the rainwater that has entered the vertical joint between the heat insulating panels is mainly from the starter There is an advantage that the water pieces can be prevented from entering the back of the heat insulating panel after being extended, and the rainwater that has entered the vertical joint can be drained to the outside along the inclined surface.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the front water piece is extended in a series over substantially the entire length of the rear water piece and a drain hole is formed in the front water piece.
The starter with the back water piece and the front water piece can be extruded from, for example, aluminum, and the productivity and dimensional accuracy can be increased, but the rainwater that has penetrated from the vertical joint part is removed by the front water piece. There is an advantage that the water can be received and drained from the drain hole to the inclined surface.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, when connecting the front water piece over substantially the entire length of the rear water piece of the sheet metal starter, water is supplied between adjacent connecting portions of the rear water piece and the front water piece. Claim 1 because a gap is formed.
In addition to the effect of the above, when a starter made of sheet metal is manufactured by connecting the front water cut piece to the rear water cut piece, for example, a spacer is interposed at the time of connection with a screw or the like, so that these connection points are provided. There is an advantage that a gap can be easily formed therebetween, and a starter made of sheet metal can be easily manufactured.

A connection recess is formed at a lower end of a panel body filled with a heat insulating core material between front and rear metal plates, and a connection protrusion inserted into the connection recess is formed at an upper end of the panel body. The front metal plate is bent at both end portions so as to be substantially perpendicular to the panel surface to form a panel side wall having a height of an intermediate portion in the thickness direction of the panel, and from the front end of the panel side wall to the panel surface. Insulated panel wall constructed by extending vertical joint pieces almost in parallel to form a thermal insulation panel, connecting the connection convex parts to the connection concave parts in the vertical direction, and arranging the vertical joint pieces in the left and right direction to form the vertical joints A starter main body having an inclined surface that is retracted from the front of the heat insulating panel, placed on a base of a house such as a foundation, fixed, and formed with an inclined surface for draining infiltrated rainwater downward and forward. Standing up from the subject A water drainage piece that stands up front upward and is inserted into the connection recess and contacts the panel lower end surface to support the heat insulating panel; and a rear surface of the heat insulating panel that stands up from the starter main body at least at the vertical joint between the heat insulating panels. After that, form a drainer and form a starter,
A water closing structure for a heat insulating panel wall, wherein a starter main body is placed and fixed on a base of a house, a front water piece is inserted into a connection recess, and a rear water piece is made to extend along the rear surface of the heat insulating panel.
