Description

The present invention relates to an outer wall material accessory that accommodates an end of an outer wall material, and an outer wall material mounting structure.

As an outer wall material accessory having an accommodating portion for accommodating an end portion of the outer wall material, and an attachment structure of the outer wall material, for example, to cover the end portion of the outer wall material cut according to the site at the time of construction An end member having a substantially J-shaped cross section and an outer wall member mounting structure using the end member are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In addition, the outer wall material is attached to vertical trunk edges that are arranged along the vertical direction and spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction, and the outer wall material is stored in a space formed on the indoor side of the outer wall material. Air is discharged from between the upper end portion of the outer wall material and the eaves so as to ensure the inner ventilation, and moisture between the vertical body edges is discharged from between the lower end portion of the outer wall material and the draining material. For this reason, the outer wall material is attached such that the upper end portion of the outer wall material and the eaves are spaced apart from each other, and the lower end portion of the outer wall material and the draining material are spaced apart from each other.

Japanese Patent No. 3820491

However, since the gap between the end of the outer wall material and the adjacent member such as the eaves, draining material, and window frame is provided by the operator on site, the width of the gap may not be uniform. In addition, when the outer wall material is attached in a state where the outer wall material is placed on the draining material, an appropriate gap is not formed, and moisture on the indoor side of the outer wall may not be drained. There is.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to allow easy communication between the outside and the outside between the end portion of the outer wall material and the member adjacent to the outer wall material. It is an object of the present invention to provide an outer wall material accessory and an outer wall material mounting structure.

In order to achieve such an object, the outer wall material accessory of the present invention is an outer wall material accessory provided with an accommodating portion that accommodates an end portion of the outer wall material, and is located on the outdoor side from the accommodated outer wall material. An outer surface portion, an inner surface portion located on the indoor side from the outer wall material, and a connecting portion that connects the one end sides of the outer surface portion and the inner surface portion to form the accommodating portion, The accommodating portion includes a bottom portion forming the deepest portion of the accommodating portion, a restricting portion for restricting entry of the outer wall material to a deep side on a side shallower than the bottom portion, and a deeper side than the restricting portion. And a communication part that communicates the outdoor side and the indoor side.

According to such an outer wall material accessory, when the end portion of the outer wall material is accommodated in the accommodating portion, the communicating portion is provided on the deeper side than the restricting portion. For this reason, it is possible to communicate the interior and exterior of the outer wall material deeper than the end of the outer wall material simply by accommodating the end portion of the outer wall material in the accessory for the outer wall material and attaching the outer wall material. Also, by accommodating the end of the outer wall material in the housing part, the end of the outer wall material can be covered with the outer wall material accessory, so the end of the outer wall material is unified with the same outer wall material accessory However, it is possible to connect the outside wall material indoors and outdoors. For this reason, it is possible to form the outer wall excellent in aesthetics.

In this outer wall material accessory, it is preferable that the restricting portion forms the connecting portion together with the bottom portion.
According to such an outer wall material accessory, since the connecting portion is formed at the regulation portion and the bottom portion, the outer wall material accessory provided with a communication portion on the deeper side than the outer wall material in a simple shape. It is possible to form.

In this outer wall material accessory, the housing portion is formed along the outer wall material, and a plurality of the communication portions are provided at intervals in the direction along the outer wall material. Is desirable.
Since the plurality of communication portions are provided at intervals in the direction along the outer wall material, a large opening connected in the direction along the outer wall material is not formed, and the strength of the outer wall material accessory is ensured. It is possible to prevent insects and the like from entering the indoor side of the outer wall material.

In such an outer wall material accessory, it is preferable that the bottom portion is brought into contact with an adjacent member when the outer wall material is attached.
According to such an outer wall material accessory, when the outer wall is attached, the outer wall material accessory is brought into contact with the adjacent portion, so that the outer wall end portion is adjacent to the adjacent member. It is possible to connect the outside wall material indoors and outdoors.

In this outer wall material accessory, it is desirable that the housing portion has a shelf portion connected to the outer surface portion at a position shallower than the bottom portion and deeper than the regulating portion.
According to such an outer wall material accessory, when used to accommodate the lower end portion of the outer wall material, from a slight gap between the outdoor side surface of the outer wall material and the outer surface portion of the outer wall material accessory. By bringing rainwater or the like entering the housing part to the shelf part, it is possible to prevent the lower end surface of the outer wall material regulated by the regulation part from getting wet by rainwater or the like. Moreover, the rain water etc. which reached the shelf part can be discharged | emitted outside from the communication part provided in the bottom part side.

In this outer wall material accessory, it is preferable that the shelf or the regulating portion is formed on the outdoor side from the bottom.
According to such an outer wall material accessory, the outer wall material accessory is formed with a space that is recessed indoors from the surface of the outer wall material when the bottom part comes into contact with an adjacent portion. For this reason, by providing the outer wall material accessory in contact with an adjacent member, when the outer wall is viewed from the outdoor side, there is a uniform gap between the outer wall material accessory and the adjacent member. Looks like it is formed. On the other hand, since the communication portion is formed on the back side from the gap, it is difficult to visually recognize the outer wall from the outdoor side. For this reason, it is possible to easily construct an outer wall with excellent aesthetics. Further, it is possible to seal between the outer wall material accessory and the adjacent member by injecting a sealing material into the gap formed between the outer wall material accessory and the adjacent member.

It is desirable that the outer wall material accessory has a protruding wall portion that forms a plane connected to the outer surface portion and protrudes to a side deeper than the adjacent shelf portion or the regulating portion.
According to such an outer wall material accessory, since the outer surface material located on the outdoor side from the outer wall material protrudes to the deeper side than the adjacent restricting portion or shelf, the outer wall is arranged to accommodate the lower end of the outer wall material. In the case of using a material accessory, the moisture transmitted along the surface of the outer wall material falls down along the protruding portion of the outer surface portion. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the water | moisture content which transmitted the surface of the outer wall material invaded into the indoor side.

In such an outer wall material accessory, an outer wall portion is formed from the outdoor side edge of the bottom portion toward the shallow side, and an inner wall portion is formed from the indoor side edge of the bottom portion toward the shallow side, respectively. The communication part is preferably a hole part cut out over the outer wall part, the inner wall part, and the bottom part.
According to such an accessory for an outer wall material, since the communication portion is a hole cut out over the outer wall portion, the inner wall portion, and the bottom portion, the processing for forming the communication portion is easy.

In this outer wall material accessory, it is desirable that the outer surface portion and the restricting portion are detachably connected.
According to such an outer wall material accessory, since the outer surface portion and the restriction portion are detachably connected, when the outer surface portion is separated from the restriction portion, the end portion of the outer wall material hidden by the outer surface portion is exposed. It is possible to make it. For this reason, it is possible to hide the nail and the like by simply attaching the outer surface portion after removing the outer surface portion and attaching the outer wall material with a nail or the like, and it is possible to form an outer wall having a more beautiful appearance.

Further, the outer wall material attachment structure is characterized in that the outer wall material in which the end portion is accommodated in the outer wall material accessory is attached to a base material or a casing.
According to such an outer wall material mounting structure, the outer wall member housed in the outer wall material accessory is simply attached to the base material or the housing, and between the end of the outer wall material and the adjacent member. It is possible to connect the outside wall material indoors and outdoors. Also, since the end of the outer wall material is covered with the outer wall material, the outer wall material is unified with the same outer wall material and the outer wall material communicates indoors and outdoors, so that the outer wall has excellent aesthetics. Can be formed.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an outer wall material accessory and an outer wall material mounting structure capable of easily communicating indoors and outdoors between an end portion of an outer wall material and a member adjacent to the outer wall material. Is possible.

It has a width of about 1/4.

The outer surface portion 11 has a protruding wall portion 11 a that protrudes to the side that becomes the bottom portion 14 side in the depth direction from the shelf portion 15, that is, the side that is deeper than the shelf portion 15. Further, on the side deeper than the shelf 15, all of the outer wall 14a, the bottom 14 and the inner wall 14b are cut out to form a notched hole, and the outdoor side and the inner wall of the outer wall 14a are formed. A plurality of communicating portions 10b communicating with the indoor side of the portion 14b are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction. For example, the communication portions 10b are provided at a pitch of about 20 mm in the longitudinal direction, and the width of each communication portion 10b in the longitudinal direction is about 5 mm.

When constructing the lower end of the outer wall using the outer wall material accessory 10, as shown in FIG. 1, the outer wall member is attached to the trunk edge 7 provided on the existing wall 5 at a position to be the lower end of the outer wall. The bottom 14 of the outer wall material accessory 10 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the draining material 9 that is attached, and the outer wall material accessory 10 is attached to the trunk edge 7 provided on the existing wall 5.
The metal siding plate 3 is inserted into the accommodating portion 10 a of the attached outer wall material accessory 10 and the lower end portion is placed on the regulating portion 16.

The lower end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3 accommodated in the accommodating portion 10a of the outer wall material accessory 10 is in contact only with the restricting portion 16, and a gap is provided between the bottom portion 14 and the shelf portion 15. Yes. Moreover, between the shelf part 15 and the draining material 9, the indoor side and the outdoor side of the metal siding board 3 are connected by the communication part 10b.

Further, when the upper end of the outer wall, for example, the eaves top part, is constructed using the outer wall material accessory 10, the connecting part 13 of the outer wall material accessory 10 is arranged so as to face upward, and the bottom part 14 is placed on the eave ceiling. The outer wall material accessory 10 is attached to the trunk edge 7 provided on the existing wall 5 in contact with the board 8.

When constructing the outer wall, a plurality of metal siding plates 3 are sequentially attached from the lower part of the existing wall 5 upward, so that the metal siding plate 3 that is installed last and located at the uppermost position is a so-called tendon system. It is attached with. That is, after the upper end portion 3a is positioned forward and lifted upward and inserted into the accommodating portion 10a, the metal siding plate 3 is lowered substantially vertically and lowered, and placed on the metal siding plate 3 attached immediately below. To do. For this reason, a gap is also formed between the upper end portion 3 a of the metal siding plate 3 and the restricting portion 16. That is, a gap is provided between the upper end portion 3 a of the metal siding plate 3 accommodated in the accommodation portion 10 a of the outer wall material accessory 10, the bottom portion 14, the shelf portion 15, and the restriction portion 16. Moreover, between the shelf part 15 and the eaves board 8, the indoor side and the outdoor side of the metal siding board 3 are connected by the communication part 10b.

When constructing the boundary portion between the outer wall and the window using the outer wall material accessory 10, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting portion 13 of the outer wall material accessory 10 is arranged to face the window frame 20 side. The bottom portion 14 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral portion 20 a of the window frame 20, and the outer wall material accessory 10 is attached to the trunk edge 7 provided on the existing wall 5. The metal siding plate 3 is attached to the window frame 20 using the outer wall material accessory 10 over the entire circumference. At this time, the upper horizontal frame (upper frame) 21 and the left and right vertical frames are attached by bringing the end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3 into contact with the regulating portion 16 in the same manner as the lower end portion of the outer wall described above. The horizontal frame (lower frame) 22 is attached so as to have a gap between the end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3 and the restricting portion 16, similarly to the upper end portion of the outer wall described above.

Further, a space surrounded by the window frame 20, the shelf portion 15, the outer surface portion 11, and the protruding wall portion 11a on the outdoor side from the outer surface portion 11 of the outer wall material accessory 10 with the bottom portion 14 in contact with the window frame 20. Is formed. The gap is formed so that the space between the window frame 20 and the tip of the protruding wall portion 11a communicates with the outside and the gap, and is uniform over the entire circumference of the window frame 20 when viewed from the outdoor side. A slit 18 having a width is formed. Then, by injecting the sealing material 19 into the gap from the slit 18, it is possible to seal between the window frame 20 and the outer wall material accessory 10 over the entire circumference. The sealing material 19 that is injected into the gap and exposed to the outdoor side appears to have a uniform width from the slit 18.

According to the outer wall material accessory 10 of the above embodiment, when the end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 10a, the metal siding plate 3 is disposed on the shallower side than the restricting portion 16. At this time, since the communication part 10b is provided in the site | part deeper than the shelf part 15 used as the side deeper than the metal siding board 3, the bottom part 14 is adjoining others, such as the draining material 9, the eaves board 8, and the window frame 20. By simply attaching the end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3 and attaching the metal siding plate 3 to the outer wall material accessory 10 attached in contact with the member, the draining material 9 adjacent to the metal siding plate 3 and the eave sky It is possible to communicate the metal siding plate 3 indoors and outdoors with members such as the board 8 and the window frame 20. At this time, since the communication part 10b is a hole cut out over the outer wall part 14a, the inner wall part 14b, and the bottom part 14, the draining material 9, the eaves board 8 and the window frame 20 to which the bottom part 14 is adjacent. Even if it is blocked by contact with a member such as the above, it is possible to communicate the inside and outside of the metal siding plate 3 by the portions formed on the outer wall portion 14a and the inner wall portion 14b. Moreover, since the communication part 10b cut out over the outer side wall part 14a, the inner side wall part 14b, and the bottom part 14 can be processed in one process with a drill, a milling board, etc., processing is easy. .

Further, by accommodating the end 3a of the metal siding plate 3 in the accommodating portion 10a, the end 3a of the metal siding plate 3 can be covered with the outer wall material accessory 10, so that the end of the metal siding plate 3 is It is possible to communicate the inside and outside of the metal siding plate 3 while unifying the portion 3a with the same outer wall material accessory 10. For this reason, it is possible to form the outer wall excellent in aesthetics.

In addition, since a plurality of communication portions 10b are provided at intervals in the direction along the metal siding plate 3, the outer wall material accessory 10 is not formed with a large opening connected in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, it is possible to ensure the strength of the outer wall material accessory 10 and to prevent insects and the like from entering the indoor side from the metal siding plate 3.

Moreover, since all the bottom part 14, the shelf part 15, and the control part 16 are connected with the outer side wall part 14a and the inner side wall part 14b, and form the connection part, it is in the deeper side than the metal siding board 3 with a simple shape. It is possible to provide the communication part 10b.

Further, the outer wall material accessory 10 has a shelf portion 15 connected to the outer surface portion 11 at a position shallower than the bottom portion 14 and deeper than the restriction portion 16, and therefore accommodates the lower end portion 3 a of the metal siding plate 3. When used in such a manner, rain water or the like entering the housing portion 10a from a slight gap between the outdoor side surface of the metal siding plate 3 and the outer surface portion 11 of the outer wall material accessory 10 is put into the shelf portion 15. By making it reach, it is possible to prevent the lower end surface of the metal siding plate 3 regulated by the regulation part 16 from getting wet by rainwater or the like. Moreover, it is possible to discharge the rainwater etc. which reached the shelf part 15 from the communication part 10b provided in the bottom part 14 side outside. And when the bottom part 14 is contact | abutted to members, such as the adjacent draining material 9, the eaves board 8, and the window frame 20, the space | gap hollow in the indoor side from the surface of the metal siding board 3 is formed. For this reason, when the outer wall material accessory 10 is provided in contact with members such as the adjacent draining material 9, the eaves board 8, and the window frame 20, when the outer wall is viewed from the outdoor side, the outer wall material utility It is possible to make it appear that a uniform gap is formed between the object 10 and the adjacent draining material 9, the eaves board 8, the window frame 20, and the like. On the other hand, since the communication part 10b is formed in the back | inner side rather than the space | gap, it is hard to visually recognize when seeing an outer wall from the outdoor side. For this reason, it is possible to easily construct an outer wall that is unified throughout and excellent in aesthetics.

Further, the sealing between the outer wall material accessory 10 and the adjacent window frame 20 can be performed by injecting the sealing material 19 into the gap formed between the outer wall material accessory 10 and the adjacent window frame 20. Is possible.

Further, the outer wall material accessory 10 has a flat surface connected to the outer surface portion 11 located on the outdoor side from the metal siding plate 3, and has a protruding wall portion 11 a that protrudes deeper than the shelf portion 15 adjacent to the outer surface portion 11. Therefore, when the outer wall material accessory 10 is used so as to accommodate the lower end portion 3 a of the metal siding plate 3, the moisture transmitted through the surface of the metal siding plate 3 is projected from the outer surface portion 11. It falls down along the wall 11a. For this reason, it is possible to prevent moisture that has traveled on the surface of the metal siding plate 3 from entering the indoor side.

In the said embodiment, although the example which formed the outer wall material accessory 10 integrally was demonstrated, not only this but the outer surface part 11 is connected with the connection part 13 and the inner surface part 12, as shown, for example in FIG. It is good also as a structure connected so that isolation | separation from the main-body part 17 which consists of these. That is, the indoor surface of the outer surface portion 11 is provided with an engagement piece 11 b that protrudes indoors and is elastically deformed to engage with the main body portion 17, and elastically deforms at a portion that forms the shelf portion 15 of the main body portion 17. Thus, a configuration including an engagement hook 13a that engages with the engagement piece 11b may be adopted.

When the outer surface portion 11 and the main body portion 17 are separable as described above, when the outer surface portion 11 is separated from the main body portion 17, the end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3 hidden by the outer surface portion 11 is exposed. It is possible to make it. For this reason, it is possible to hide screws and the like by simply attaching the outer surface portion 11 after attaching the metal siding plate 3 to the exposed portion by removing the outer surface portion 11 with a screw or the like. It is possible to form.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the outer wall material accessory 10 was made into the extrusion molding member made from aluminum, as shown in FIG. 5, you may form by roll-molding sheet metal made from aluminum or stainless steel. The example of FIG. 5 shows an example in which the bottom portion 14 is provided on the most indoor side, the shelf portion 15 is provided on the most outdoor side, and the restriction portion 16 is provided between the bottom portion 14 and the shelf portion 15. 14, arrangement | positioning of the shelf part 15 and the control part 16 is not restricted to these.

In the case of the outer wall material accessory 10 shown in FIG. 5, the communication portion 10 b extends not only to the inner wall portion 14 b, the bottom portion 14, and the outer wall portion 14 a connected to the bottom portion 14, but also to the shelf portion 15. Is formed. For this reason, when the outer wall material accessory 10 is arranged so that the connecting portion 13 of the outer wall material accessory 10 is positioned below, the restriction portion 16 higher than the shelf portion 15 between the shelf portion 15 and the bottom portion 14. Even if is located, it is possible to discharge the moisture that has entered the shelf 15 to the outside of the accommodating portion 10a. At this time, the communication part 10b does not need to be connected to the inner surface part 12, and a hole may be provided in the shelf part 15 in addition to the communication part 10b.

In addition, even if it is the roll-shaped outer wall material accessory 10, it is good also as a structure which can isolate | separate the main-body part which consists of an outer surface part and a bottom part and an inner surface part. In other words, the outer surface portion is exposed by removing the outer surface portion by providing the engaging portion on one of the outer surface portion and the main body portion and the engaged portion on the other and making the outer surface portion detachable from the main body portion. It is possible to form an outer wall that is more aesthetically pleasing simply by attaching the outer surface portion after attaching the metal siding plate to the part with screws or the like.

In the above embodiment, the example in which the outer wall material accessory 10 includes the bottom portion 14, the shelf portion 15, and the restriction portion 16 has been described. However, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the outer wall material accessory 10 does not necessarily include the shelf portion. I do not care. That is, the connecting portion 13 is configured by the bottom portion 14 that forms the deepest part of the housing portion 10a and the restriction portion 16 that is formed at a position shallower than the bottom portion 14 and restricts the end portion 3a of the metal siding plate 3. good. Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the example which comprises the connection part 13 with the control part 16 with the bottom part 14 was demonstrated, it is not restricted to this, For example, as shown in FIG. 7, it enters in the accommodating part 10a from the inner wall part 14b. You may comprise the control part 16a with the protrusion made to protrude.

Moreover, the said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
