の回転軸Bの斜め下方に位置させて、その回転軸B周囲
の回転刃の内側側部の下方の回転軸A周囲の複数枚の回
転刃の各内側側部間にほぼ櫛形をしたスクレーパの各櫛
歯を、その先端を回転軸A周囲の隣合う回転刃間のカラ
ーの内側周囲面に摺動可能に当接させた状態で、回転軸
