Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-100057 discloses a laminated peeling container in which an inner container and an outer container are joined by an adhesive from an intermediate point on a side portion to a shoulder portion in the entire circumferential direction of the container. Have been. However, the inner container and the outer container are not bonded from the midpoint of the side portion to the bottom. Therefore, when the inner layers near the middle of the container are in close contact with each other in the use process, the passage through which the contents pass is blocked, and it becomes difficult to discharge.

The two adhesive strips 28 in which the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22 of the container body 11 are not separated are placed at two positions in the container circumferential direction,
In this embodiment, the container body 11 extends from the bottom in the container height direction to the mouth 24 at each of two diametrical positions (two symmetrical positions) in the container body 11. The air introduction holes 27 described above are provided in the outer layer 21 corresponding to each of the separation zones 29. The adhesive band 28 is constituted by an adhesive layer 28A provided between the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22 over the entire height range of the container body 11 over the entire length of the extrusion when the above-described laminated parison 23 is extruded. Is done.

The container body 11 has an air introduction hole 27.
By forming at least one of the inner peripheral surface of the outer layer 21 provided with the inner layer 22 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 22 opposed to the air introduction hole 27 in advance, the outer layer 21 is formed.
The air introduction hole 2 is formed in the inner peripheral surface of
If an air introduction gap 31 (not shown) for communicating with the inner layer 7 is provided, air can be reliably introduced from the air introduction hole 27 to between the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22.

At this time, in the present invention, when the container is a laminated peeling container, for example, when the material of the outer layer 21 is made of high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like, the material of the inner layer 22 is nylon or Eval. , PET, etc. are used. When nylon, Evar, PET, or the like is used as the material of the outer layer 21, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like is used as the material of the inner layer 22. As the resin of the adhesive layer, an adhesive polyolefin (trade name: ADMER, etc.) capable of adhering the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22 is used. Also, the container body may be separately molded and combined into an outer container and an inner container. For example, the outer container is blow-molded using polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like, and the inner container is formed of a film of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like, The adhesive band can be made by heat welding or an adhesive.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, there are the following operations (FIG. 4). In the container height direction of the squeeze container 10, the inner layer 22 separated from the outer layer 21 forms a passage 30 for the contents between them and the adhesive band 28. For this reason, in the process of squeezing the container main body 11 to discharge the contents, and shrinking and deforming the inner layer 22, the opposing inner layer 22 is first placed on the upper side in the container height direction and on the upper side. The contents can be reliably circulated from the lower side to the upper side discharge port 44 through the above-mentioned passage 30 without being in close contact with the whole area of the cross section.

Since the adhesive band 28 between the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22 is provided at a part in the circumferential direction of the container, when the outer layer 21 is restored after discharging the contents by squeezing the container body 11, the inner layer is 22 can be separated from the outer layer 21 without fail in the entire region in the height direction of the container, and does not hinder the resilience of the outer layer 21. Therefore, in combination with the above, all the contents can be reliably discharged to the end while the appearance of the squeezed container 10 can be smoothly restored.

Two adhesive strips 28 for the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22 are provided, and the air inlets 27 are adjacent to each other.
By being provided corresponding to each of the separation bands 29 sandwiched between the inner layers 22, the opposing inner layers 22 are both separated from the outer layers 21 and contracted and deformed in a line-symmetrical manner.
A passage 30 for the contents can be formed stably between the adhesive band 28 and the adhesive band 28.

Was formed. Therefore, air is reliably and simultaneously introduced into the separation zones 29 from the air introduction holes 27 corresponding to the two separation zones 29, and the opposing inner layer 22 is reliably separated from the outer layer 21 together. As a result, it is possible to stably and reliably shrink and deform in a line-symmetrical manner.

(Second Embodiment) (FIG. 5) The difference between the squeeze container 10A of the second embodiment and the laminating and peeling container 10 of the first embodiment is that the squeeze container 10A is provided with one of the separation bands 29 sandwiched between the adjacent adhesive bands 28. Only for the corresponding outer layer 21,
That is, the above-described atmosphere introduction hole 27 is provided. In the squeeze container 10A, when the contents are discharged by squeezing of the container body 11, only the inner layer 22 of the opposing inner layers 22, 22 on the side of the separation band 29 where the air introduction hole 27 is provided. Is separated from the outer layer 21,
The separated inner layer 22 has a base 2 with the adhesive band 28 on both sides.
It reverses from 2A and contracts and deforms in a U-shape (FIG. 5). Even in the squeeze container 10A, a fixed curvature is provided at the base 22A of the inner layer 22 separated from the outer layer 21 by the side of the adhesive band 28 by setting the width of the adhesive band 28 along the container circumferential direction. By securing, for example, the base portion 22A surrounds and forms the passage 30 so that the external shape of the squeezed container 10A can be smoothly restored.
All the contents can be reliably discharged to the end.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in the container main body 11, the separation layer 2 in which the outer layer 21 and the inner layer 22 are separated from each other.
9 can be smaller than the container half-circumferential length. That is, even when only one wide adhesive band 28 is provided in the circumferential direction of the container, the opposing inner layers 22 are provided on the upper side of the lower side in the height direction of the container and in the entire area of the cross section. Adherence can be avoided.
