SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to the unloading device, on the ground side, to transport the material loading transport truck from the track to the lift platform, the transport truck must first be stopped and then transferred to the lift platform. It takes a lot of trouble. For such a work, the track section should be laid integrally on the elevator and the material loading and transporting truck should be carried in on this track, but then the elevator is lowered to the bottom of the shaft. In order to transfer the transport vehicle from the elevating platform to the horizontal revolving platform, it is necessary to manually push the transport vehicle and carry the carrier onto the horizontal revolving platform, which requires labor and labor, and reduces work efficiency. The problem arises.

[Action] When the elevator is raised to the upper end of the shaft, the track portion on the receiving platform mounted on the elevator matches the end of the track laid on the ground, and the carrier truck loaded with the material. Travels on the track and is continuously transferred to the track on the cradle. Then, the elevator descends to the bottom of the shaft. At the bottom of the shaft, a horizontal moving table is waiting directly below the elevator, and when the elevator descends from the horizontal moving table to below, the lower surface of the receiving table placed on the elevator is moved to the horizontal moving table. The cradle is received above and the cradle is transferred to the horizontal moving platform.

In this manner, the transfer of the carrier mounting cradle from the lifting platform to the horizontal moving platform is performed by erection of the platform between the left and right horizontal support arms of the lifting platform. If the pedestal receiving portion of the horizontal moving table is inserted between the left and right horizontal support arms when the lift is lowered, the left and right horizontal support arms of the lift can be moved horizontally. By simply lowering the receiving table slightly downward, the receiving table can be transferred onto the horizontal moving table in the same posture without any movement.

At the bottom of the shaft A, the dolly 6 travels on the short track 5 laid under the track 1 and moves from the tow truck standby section 8 to the starting end of the track 5 on the gantry 11 at the rear. The carriage 2 placed on the carrier carriage 10 on the carriage 32 is detected by a sensor (not shown), and the engagement means 60 provided at the rear end of the dolly 6 is movable. The connecting mechanism 20 for attaching the shaft body 62 to the front end portion of the carrier 2
When the jack 65 of the engaging means 60 moves automatically to the position corresponding to the position vertically below the second vertical rod 22, and automatically moves in conjunction with the detection by the sensor, as shown in FIG. The body 62 is moved upward so that the center of the bottom surface of the fitting recess 64 in the locking receiving member 63 at the upper end thereof is brought into contact with the lower end surface of the second vertical rod 22, and from this state, the movable shaft body 62 is moved upward. Then, the first vertical rod 21 is moved upward together with the second vertical rod 22 of the connecting mechanism 20 against the force of the coil spring 29, and the fitting recess 64 of the locking receiving member 63 allows the second vertical rod 22 to pass therethrough. It stops at a position where it engages with an engagement projection 27 'protrudingly provided on the lower bearing piece 27. In this state, the lower end of the first vertical rod 21 is located above the horizontal plate piece 18 having the locking hole 23 protruding from the rear end of the carrier 2.

As described above, the loading of the transport vehicle of the present invention,
According to the carrying-out device, a vertical guide rail is fixed to the vertical shaft between the ground and the bottom of the vertical shaft, an elevator is arranged on the vertical guide rail so as to be able to move up and down, and the carrier is received on the upper surface of the elevator. The cradle equipped with the track part is detachably mounted so that the carriage can be loaded and unloaded between the track part on this cradle and the track laid on the ground. By aligning the track of the cradle placed on the table with the end of the track laid on the ground, the material loading and transporting truck is smoothly and automatically moved continuously from the track onto the track of the cradle. Further, a horizontal moving table which reciprocates between the lower end side of the vertical guide rail and the starting end of the track laid in the tunnel from the lower end of the vertical guide rail is provided at the bottom of the vertical shaft. By holding the horizontal slide directly below, and lowering the slide to the bottom of the shaft,
The carrier cradle mounted on the lift table can be transferred to the moving table as it is, and the starting point of the track in the shaft and the horizontal moving table mounted on the horizontal moving table Since the carriage is carried in and out of the track on the receiving table, the horizontal moving table is moved to the starting end of the track to move the receiving table on the horizontal moving table. With the track portion abutting against the starting end of the track, the material loading and transporting truck on the receiving table can be immediately loaded onto the track from the receiving table.

After being transported to the material construction site in the tunnel, the transport trolley, which has been emptied by unloading the material, is transported to the shaft, where the transport trolley stands on the extension of the track end on the horizontal movable platform. After being continuously sent out onto the track portion of the cradle placed on the cradle, the cradle is transferred together with the cradle to the elevating platform so that it can be efficiently carried out onto the orbit on the ground. As described above, since the receiving table having the track section laid on the upper surface is transferred between the ground side and the horizontal moving table on the bottom side of the shaft through the elevating table that moves up and down the shaft, The carrier truck can be loaded and unloaded while being mounted on the track of the receiving table without being manually moved, and the loading and unloading of the carrier truck can be performed efficiently based on a fixed time schedule.

Further, since the moving direction and the moving range of the horizontal moving table provided at the bottom of the shaft can be freely set, even if the laying direction of the track on the ground side is restricted, the building direction of the tunnel is desired. The carriage can be loaded and unloaded to and from the track laid in the tunnel in the direction.
