The present invention refers to a fast-positioning restraint device (D), designed to ensure the safety of people in a state of agitation of any kind (alcohol, drugs, drugs, psychiatric pathologies, etc.). This device is designed to minimize the risk of physical injury caused during the intervention of health personnel and / or public safety personnel (PS) towards agitated and uncooperative individuals, where there is the need to mobilize them to bring help. and any health care. The potential risk resulting from mobilization and containment maneuvers with normal aids (handcuffs, belts, etc.) is now recognized by the sentences of Italian courts. This device would eliminate or, at least almost totally reduce this problem, as it would prevent the movement of the upper limbs, and at the same time, thanks to the soft lining present inside (Rxl), it would protect the agitated person's chest and abdomen from injuries in case in which there is a fall to the ground or, even worse, a struggle for the achievement of the final immobilization.

The device (D) uses self-wrapping and extensible blades (Lxl) placed inside it for its entire length, which, when pressed with a slight push against a body (Cxl), snap up to wrap around themselves and thus adapt to the body itself (Cxl) ensuring a firm and complete wrapping without risk of losing its position, thanks to the presence at the ends of self-gripping velcro strips (Vxl).

Furthermore, the health and / or public safety personnel would be facilitated to support the body of the person to be assisted through a series of handles fixed in the perimeter of the device itself (Mxl).

This aid in the storage position would occupy a space similar to a gym mat rolled up on itself (mxl) and could be comfortably housed inside ambulances, Carabinieri cars, Police, Municipal Police, G. di Finanza.

The device (D) could also be equipped with a higher anatomical portion (Txl) in the central area, which would have the function of supporting the nape and cervical spine, keeping them in a physiological and safe position.
