Description
Processo di fabbricazione di un pannello decorativo accoppiato con un pannello in materiale isolante fibroso Manufacturing process of a decorative panel coupled with a panel made of fibrous insulating material
Campo della tecnica Field of technique
The present invention refers to a manufacturing process of a decorative panel coupled with a panel made of fibrous insulating material. The product obtained concerns a stratified panel intended for the insulation of interiors and exteriors of buildings: a prefabricated thermal cladding with integrated reinforced coating.
Stato dell’arte State of the art
For the realization of thermal coats on buildings, the traditional method is to fix plates of insulating material on the surface to be insulated and to spread the covering layer on said insulating material. This method has several disadvantages including difficult adhesion of the coating material to the insulating material, high construction costs due to the high consumption of labor.
Manufacturing processes have therefore been developed for the production of laminated panels with a decorative coating and at least one insulating layer.
FR-A-2499615 describes a method of manufacturing a laminated panel with an insulating layer, in which dovetail grooves are made in the insulating layer, the hardening mortar of the decorative panel is poured onto the insulating layer and the mortar penetrating in the dovetail grooves it firmly fixes the insulation panel to the decorative panel. However, the manufacturing process is expensive as grooves must be made on the insulating panels and this entails a considerable increase in costs.
Sommario della presente invenzione Summary of the present invention
To overcome the limitations and disadvantages present in the state of the art, the coupling process of the present invention is carried out in the forming phase of the slabs obtained from a hardening mortar poured into an open mold or formwork. The coupling takes place by depositing the felt-insulating mat on the surface of the cast of the mortar in the fresh state which impregnates it by penetrating into the fibrous interstices and on which surface it will adhere permanently with Γ hardening. In this way, the realization of the sheets and the bonding of the insulating material are achieved in a single phase. With this process, the post-production coupling phases of the slabs are eliminated, as well as the use of adhesives. The latter also, by creating waterproof layers, would make the coupling system non-breathable.
To overcome the limitations and disadvantages of the processes currently used, a manufacturing process of a decorative panel coupled with a panel in fibrous insulating material has been carried out, characterized by the fact that the decorative panel consists of at least one hardening mortar, which said hardening mortar is cast in an open mold consisting of a bottom and a perimeter frame, that the hardening mortar in the fresh state is reinforced with at least a fiberglass or plastic or metal mesh, that the panel in fibrous insulating material is placed on the panel decorative having hardening mortar in the fresh state, which the hardening mortar in the fresh state is allowed to penetrate into the interstices of the fibrous insulating panel, which is allowed to dry the hardening mortar of the decorative panel which having penetrated into the interstices of the fibrous insulating panel will make the coupling between the decorative panel and fibrous insulation panel.
In the process in question, the hardening mortar in the fresh state is reinforced with one or more fiberglass nets or other reinforcing material (metal nets, plastic, etc.).
To prevent the panel of insulating material from being distorted by the shrinkage of the hardening mortar, said hardening mortar is made up of mixed light aggregates and shrinkage compensated hydraulic binders. Another feature of the process provides, for a better seal of the insulating material to the cladding plate, the use of retentive elements in the felt mat, or the installation of anchoring couplings of any material installed and screwed into it. With this expedient, in the step of depositing the felt-mat on the casting, the retentive elements are immersed in the hardening mortar with the result of a further mechanical fixing when the product has hardened. The retentive elements for this purpose will be structured in such a way that they can create the maximum possible retention in the mortar, it is foreseen the use of washers or perforated plates with a large specific surface well anchored to the insulating material. Another feature of the present invention is given by the fact that the slabs can be smooth planar, if the bottom of the mold-formwork is flat, structured in reliefs, if the bottom of the mold-formwork reproduces stone materials (marble, granites or tuffs) in negative. or exposed stone or brick walls. A further peculiarity of the invention is given by the fact that the slabs can be modular and with perimeter joints allowing, in walls with stone or brick textures, to disperse the perception of the single module. For this purpose, modular textures in relief will be reproduced from natural materials using elastomeric material molds. Another feature of the process is given by the fact that the hardening mortar is reinforced and consists of a light premix based on expanded globular glass and hydraulic binders with compensated shrinkage. This lightweight premix allows for easy-to-handle low-density plates in installation. The compensated shrinkage hydraulic binder used, on the other hand, gives the slabs dimensional stability and will avoid deformation phenomena (warping and curvature of the artifacts).
