Description
D E S C RI Z I ON E
La presente invenzione industriale si riferisce ad un nuovo strumento, esterno alla vasca di ossidazione biologica, atto alla dissoluzione/miscelazione di aria in acque reflue rispetto a quanto disponibile allo stato dell’arte delle tecniche attuali.
Il procedimento consiste nel promuovere alfintemo del miscelatore, sotto battente idraulico del volume liquido in trattamento nella vasca di ossidazione, un getto o corrente per effetto Venturi, con un rapporto refluo/aria tale da conferire alla miscela risultante una densità sostanzialmente inferiore a 0,5 kg/dm<3>(miscela a bassa densità). Il getto o corrente viene quindi trasportato all'intemo della vasca di trattamento biologico, assorbendo per un ulteriore secondo effetto Venturi, quantitativi addizionali di refluo, in modo tale che la miscela risultante finale con una densità superiore a 0,5 kg/dm<3>(miscela ad alta densità) sia completamente miscelabile nell’intero volume del refluo in corso di trattamento.
Il dispositivo consiste in un serbatoio esterno alla vasca di ossidazione biologica di trattamento, attrezzato con una serie di idonei eiettori Venturi che sviluppano la miscela a bassa densità la quale viene poi reimmessa, per effetto della minima energia potenziale residua del getto, attraverso una lunga tubazione all'intemo della vasca di trattamento. Tale tubazione è dotata in estremità di un ugello che, nuovamente per effetto Venturi, permette l'assorbimento di altro refluo dalla vasca, portando così la densità della miscela finale a valori superiori a 0,5 kg/dm .
Lo strumento si identifica come reattore in acciaio inossidabile o altro materiale costituito dall’apparato di dissoluzione gas (A) collegato al cilindrico (C) il quale costituisce il serbatoio di dissoluzione del gas nel liquido che insieme vanno a costituire la struttura unica (R) del suddetto reattore.
Il liquido da miscelare con l’aria viene alimentato all’ interno del reattore (R) tramite il collettore (a) di carico dell’apparato (A). Tale collettore è flangiato ad una tubazione collegata ad una pompa idraulica che preleva il refluo dalla vasca di ossidazione biologica e lo invia ad una determinata pressione al collettore stesso (circuito idraulico noto).
Il collettore (a) va ad alimentare degli eiettori (d) opportunamente fissanti all’apparato di dissoluzione gas (A).
L’aria atmosferica viene invece autoaspirata all’interno degli eiettori (d) per effetto Venturi attraverso la bocca di ingresso (b), a sua volta collegata agli eiettori tramite la camera (c) ed i relativi collettori (e).
L’apparato (A) è inserito in asse nel serbatoio cilindrico (C) e fissato allo stesso tramite sistema a tenuta idoneo alla pressione finale di lavoro all’intemo del reattore (R); al serbatoio (C) è fissato un collettore di scarico (f) della miscela a bassa densità refluo/aria.
Il collettore (f) della miscela a bassa densità trasporta quest’ultima all’intemo della vasca di ossidazione biologica di trattamento ed ha collegato alla sua estremità un eiettore Venturi (D).
L’eiettore Venturi (D) è composto da un ugello (g) e da una camera di espansione (h) che ha 10 scopo di assorbire nuovo refluo dalla vasca aumentando la densità della miscela finale a valori superiori a 0,5 kg/dm .
11 reattore (R) è inoltre dotato di bocchettone (i) da utilizzarsi per il controlavaggio degli eiettori (d).
Il principio di funzionamento del reattore (R) e dell’eiettore di immissione (D) della miscela finale nella vasca di ossidazione biologica si basa sull’effetto Venturi creato dalla trasformazione dell’energia potenziale del refluo pompato dalla vasca stessa e pressurizzato all’interno dei collettori (a) e (f), in energia cinetica al passaggio forzato negli ugelli (d) e (g). L’accelerazione del liquido all’uscita dell’ugelli (d) e (g) genera una depressione che aspira/assorbe l’aria, nel caso di (d), e altro refluo, nel caso di (D).
All’intemo del reattore (R), il refluo pompato dalla vasca, esaurisce/perde quasi completamente la sua pressione prima dell’uscita dagli ugelli degli eiettori (d), laddove risultando quindi solo il collettore ( a) ad essere in pressione.
La pressione all’ interno del reattore R) è quindi solamente determinata dalla pressione generata dal battente liquido della vasca di ossidazione biologica, generalmente compresa tra 0,2-0, 5 bar più la perdita di carico determinata dall’ugello (g).
La scelta del tipo di ugello (g), e quindi della pressione finale aH’intemo del reattore (R) , è in funzione del tipologia del refluo e quindi dalla tipologia del processo di ossidazione biologica.
Le caratteristiche idrauliche e di alimentazione del liquido tramite l’apparato A) all’interno del serbatoio di contatto C) producono il convogliamento dell’aria da dissolvere nel refluo per naturale aspirazione da depressione permettendo così l’aspirazione dell’aria a pressione atmosferica senza l’ausilio di sistemi di iniezione pressurizzati.
Diversamente il reattore (R) può anche aspirare gas pressurizzati.
Il reattore (R) è idoneamente studiato per essere utilizzato con reflui carichi di solidi, è infatti utilmente dotato di connessione (i) per effettuare il controlavaggio degli eiettori (d).
Per meglio chiarire il ritrovato, conforme alla presente invenzione industriale, se ne raffigura una realizzazione a puro titolo di esempio.

Claims (5)
- R I V E N D I C A Z I ON I 1. Il reattore (R) realizzato come da descrizione precedente è un sistema di miscelazione liquido-aria esterno alla vasca di ossidazione biologica in grado di aspirare autonomamente aria a pressione atmosferica.
- 2. Il reattore (R) come da rivendicazione 1, sviluppa al suo interno una miscela refluo-aria con una densità inferiore a 0,5 kg/dm<3>(miscela a bassa densità).
- 3. Il reattore (R) permette il convogliamento a bassa pressione della miscela a bassa densità refluo-aria fino all’eiettore (D) che ne aumenta il peso specifico assorbendo nuovo liquido dalla vasca di trattamento portando il peso specifico della miscela finale superiore a 0,5 kg/dm<3>(miscela ad alta densità) rendendola così miscelabile con l’intero volume di refluo all’intemo della vasca di ossidazione biologica stessa.
- 4. Il reattore (R) è dotato di connessione per il controlavaggio degli eiettori (d), rendendolo idoneo all’utilizzo con reflui con elevato carico di solidi.
- 5. Il reattore (R) come da descrizione precedente può anche essere utilizzato per la saturazione di reflui con gas tecnici pressurizzati (02, 03).
