Il presente trovato ha per oggetto una struttura di calzatura sportiva, particolarmente utilizzabile per la pratica del grinding, che consiste essenzialmente nel saltare in corrispondenza ad esempio di corrimani o di muretti, strisciando superiormente e trasversalmente ai medesimi. The present invention relates to a sports shoe structure, particularly usable for the practice of grinding, which essentially consists in jumping in correspondence, for example, with handrails or walls, sliding above and transversely thereto.

Tale pratica risulta oggigiorno svolta utilizzando in particolare dei pattini con ruote disposte in linea tra loro, in corrispondenza di un telaio usualmente conformato essenzialmente ad “U”: a tal fine il pattinatore compie un salto ad esempio sopra ad un corrimano, disponendo trasversalmente al medesimo il telaio di supporto per le ruote e facendo strisciare le estremità inferiori delle ali libere di tale supporto sul corrimano stesso. Un primo notevole inconveniente consiste nel fatto che il supporto per le ruote soggetto ad una rapida usura, solo parzialmente limitata adottando delle predisposte piastre di raccordo tra dette ali libere del supporto, che risultano intercambiabili una volta usurate. E' anche noto il brevetto US 5.388.350 in cui illustrata una calzatura per il pattinaggio la cui suola presenta, lungo tutta la sua estensione longitudinale, una pluralità di rulli trasversali, equidistanti tra loro ed interposti tra un tampone anteriore ed un tampone posteriore atti a consentire la frenata. Anche tale soluzione presenta alcuni degli inconvenienti precedentemente segnalati, con laggravante che l'alto numero di rulli impiegati rende problematica l'azione di sterzata laterale a causa dell'elevato attrito sviluppato con il terreno, che consente l'utilizzo della calzatura solo rispetto ad un determinato senso di marcia. E' anche noto il Brevetto US 4.076.263 in cui è illustrato un pattino composto da una calzatura, inferiormente alla quale è presente un telaio a cui risultano associate, nella zona anteriore e posteriore, delle sfere parzialmente fuoriuscenti inferiormente al telaio stesso. Risulta così definito, nell'interspazio tra le due sfere, una zona, posta circa sotto l'arco plantare del piede, in corrispondenza della quale il pattinatore può svolgere la pratica del grinding: tale soluzione però comporta, a causa dello strisciamento sul telaio, una veloce usura del medesimo. Pur consentendo tale soluzione la deambulazione e la pratica del grinding, si riscontra nella medesima ancora la presenza di alcuni inconvenienti, quali il fatto che tale piastra, dovendo presentare un grado di resistenza all’usura elevato, risulta conseguentemente assai rigida, questo limitando fortemente la flessione della suola con conseguente diminuzione del comfort di utilizzo e probabile formazione di zone di pressione sul piede o sulla suola. Compito principale di quanto forma oggetto della presente domanda è quindi quello di risolvere i problemi tecnici evidenziati eliminando gli inconvenienti di cui alla tecnica nota citata e quindi escogitando una calzatura che possa essere utilizzata sia per la normale deambulazione sia per effettuare la pratica del grinding in condizioni di sicurezza e confortevolezza per l'utilizzatore. Nell'ambito del compito sopra esposto, un altro importante scopo è quello di realizzare una calzatura che permetta di conseguire una ottimale esecuzione della pratica del grinding migliorando le prestazioni. Il compito e gli scopi sopra accennati, nonché altri che più chiaramente appariranno in seguito, vengono raggiunti da una struttura di calzatura sportiva, particolarmente per la pratica del grinding, comprendente una tomaia a cui è associata inferiormente una suola presentante, in corrispondenza della zona dell'arco plantare, almeno una prima piastra, che si caratterizza per il fatto che nella zona della punta e del tacco sono presenti una seconda ed una terza piastra definenti delle sedi e/o delle zone di appoggio per il posizionamento longitudinale di detta calzatura rispetto ad una superficie di scivolamento. Con riferimento alle figure precedentemente citate, si è indicato con il numero 1 una calzatura sportiva atta alla pratica del grinding, composta da una tomaia 2, morbida, e da una suola indicata con il numero 3.
