DESCRIPTION

The present application relates to a sports shoe structure, particularly usable for the practice of grinding which essentially consists in jumping in correspondence, for example, with handrails or walls, crawling above and across the same.

This practice is nowadays carried out using in particular skates with wheels arranged in line with each other in correspondence with a frame usually essentially U-shaped: for this purpose the skater makes a jump, for example over a handrail, arranging the frame transversely to it. support for the wheels and sliding the lower ends of the free wings of this support on the handrail itself.

A first notable drawback consists in the fact that the support for the wheels is subject to rapid wear, only partially limited by adopting suitable connecting plates between said free wings of the support which are interchangeable once worn.

The second drawback consists in the fact that this practice is very dangerous as it is performed in a precarious equilibrium condition and given that in the event of a fall the user does not find a condition of equilibrium in the impact with the ground due to the presence of the wheels.

Lastly, it should be noted that in the known art the practice of grinding is obtained by sliding: it is therefore subject to a sliding friction which in any case slows down the sliding action of the skate.

Patent US 5,388,350 is also known in which a shoe for skating is illustrated whose sole has, along its entire longitudinal extension, a plurality of transversal rollers, equidistant from each other and interposed between a front pad and a rear pad. designed to allow braking.

This solution also has some of the drawbacks previously indicated with the aggravating circumstance that the high number of rollers used makes the lateral steering action problematic due to the high friction developed with the ground which allows the shoe to be used only with respect to a certain direction of travel.

US Patent 4,076,263 is also known, which illustrates a shoe consisting of a shoe underneath which there is a frame to which spheres partially protruding below the frame are associated in the front and rear area.

It is thus defined, in the space between the two spheres, an area, located approximately under the plantar arch of the foot, in correspondence with which the skater can carry out the practice of grinding: this solution, however, involves, due to the sliding on the frame, a quick wear of the same.

Patent US 4,691,453 is also known, in which a shoe for skating is illustrated, which is essentially constituted by an upper with a lower associated sole having, in correspondence only with the heel and toe areas, a plurality of spheres partially protruding below the sole itself.

This shoe does not allow the user to use it for normal walking, nor does it allow it to be used effectively for the practice of grinding, since the area of the sole affected by the handrail that is about to position itself would wear considerably and quickly. in the arch area.

Patent WO 9803092 A2 is also known which illustrates a shoe having an upper to which a sole is associated, to which an arched plate is applicable at the bottom, in correspondence of the plantar arch area.

While this solution allows walking and the practice of grinding, it still has some drawbacks, such as the rapid deterioration of the plate during the practice of grinding which requires its continuous replacement, thus creating an additional cost for the user. .

Again as a matter of cost, it is not possible to use a plate made of highly abrasion-resistant material as the cost of the plate would be significant in the overall cost of the shoe; furthermore, since the lateral surface of the plate is affected during the grinding practice, the forces impressed on it will affect the points of attachment to the sole, which must be suitably reinforced, thus creating possible localized areas of high hardness that can lead to a decrease in comfort for the user during normal walking. Furthermore, the sliding at the surface of the plate can lead to a considerable and sudden heating of the same due to the high surface in contact, for example with the handrail on which the grinding is carried out.

The main task of what forms the subject of the present application is therefore to solve the technical problems highlighted by eliminating the drawbacks of the aforementioned prior art and therefore devising a shoe that can be used both for normal walking and for grinding in conditions safety and comfort for the user.

Within the scope of the aforementioned task, another important object is to provide a shoe that allows to achieve an optimal execution of the grinding practice by improving performance and generating limited friction.

Another important object is to provide a shoe which is not subject to considerable wear during the practice of grinding.

Another object is to obtain a shoe which allows the user to improve directionality.

Another object is to provide a shoe which allows grinding to be carried out according to different angles in addition to the transverse position.

Another important object is to obtain a shoe that allows the user, in the event of a fall during the practice of grinding, to promptly regain a condition of equilibrium.

Not least object is to provide a shoe which is structurally simple, the same having low manufacturing and maintenance costs.

The above mentioned aim and objects, as well as others which will appear more clearly later, are achieved by a sports shoe structure, particularly for the practice of grinding, comprising an upper to which a sole is associated at the bottom, which is characterized by the fact that on said sole there is obtained, in correspondence with the arch-sole region, at least one cavity which can be closed again by means of a first plate provided with at least one seat for a plurality of spheres partially protruding externally of said first plate.

Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the detailed description of a particular embodiment, illustrated in the attached drawing tables in which:

With reference to the aforementioned figures, the number 1 indicates a sports shoe structure which is particularly used in the practice of grinding.

This shoe structure comprises an upper 2 to which a sole 3 is associated at the bottom.

In correspondence with the latter, and in particular in the area 4 of the plantar arch, a cavity 5 is obtained which can be closed by means of a counter-shaped first plate 6.

Advantageously, the first plate 6 has, in a transverse section, a wavy conformation to define rounded longitudinal side edges 7 and 8 to achieve not only the optimal connection to the sole 3 of the upper 2 but also to allow the grinding to be carried out, that for example the handrail does not interact directly with said sole or upper.

The first plate 6 can be removably associated at the cavity 5 by means of suitable interconnection means such as, for example, screws 9 associated with the sole 3 and whose shank can be rotatably associated at the predisposed second seats obtained on the first plate 6.

Advantageously, a second plate 10 can be interposed between the sole 3 and the first plate 6, which makes it possible to make the whole structure more rigid and resistant to the stresses imposed during grinding.

In correspondence with the surface of the first plate 6 facing the ground, a plurality of third seats 11 are obtained, passing through them, which preferably have a circular plan conformation and are suitable for housing suitable spheres 12.

Advantageously, the third seats 11 have a diameter which is constant starting from the end facing the sole 3 and which narrows at the end 13 facing the ground.

This allows the insertion of the balls 12, which partially protrude externally and below the first plate 6, as illustrated in Figures 1, 2 and 3.

Advantageously, the third seats 11, together with the balls 12, also house predisposed inserts 14 having a cylindrical shape and positioned in said third seats starting from their end adjacent to the second plate 10.

These inserts 14 are preferably made of anti-friction material so that the friction that develops during the practice of grinding between the lower surface of said inserts and the facing surface of the sphere is as low as possible.

This solution allows, during the practice of grinding, to make the spheres interact directly, for example with the handrail or the wall, which allow the user to slide optimally being in the presence of essentially rolling or rolling friction.

Furthermore, the fact that there is a rolling of the balls avoids the progressive wear of the first plate thus ensuring a longer duration of the shoe and a lower expense over time.

The presence of the spheres also allows to obtain a better directionality of the slide which can be carried out not only in a transverse position, but also oblique with respect to the longitudinal axis of the shoe.

It has thus been found that the invention has achieved the intended aim and objects, having devised a shoe structure which can be used both for normal walking and for the specific practice of grinding.

Furthermore, the user will be able to carry out the practice of grinding in conditions of optimal safety as in the event of loss of balance or fall he can regain a condition of equilibrium simply by placing the shoe on the ground, achieving an optimal and safe grip thanks to the fact that the sole is of the usual type for walking in the toe and heel areas.

The practice of grinding is also greatly facilitated thanks to the presence of spheres in the area of the plantar arch which allow, by developing a rolling or rolling friction, to achieve greater execution speed and therefore to improve performance.

Furthermore, since the contact with, for example, the handrail or the step or the wall is delegated to the balls, there is no wear of the first plate except possibly in correspondence with the. longitudinal edges 7 and 8.

The removal of the first plate also allows the use of a solution with spheres of the desired size and number.

Naturally, the materials as well as the dimensions that constitute the individual components of the structure may be the most pertinent according to specific requirements.

Claims (10)

CLAIMS 1) Sports shoe structure, particularly for the practice of grinding, comprising an upper to which a sole is associated at the bottom, which is characterized by the fact that on said sole there is obtained, in correspondence with the arch-sole, at least one resealable cavity by means of a first plate provided with at least one seat for a plurality of spheres partially protruding externally of said first plate. 2) Structure as in claim 1 which is characterized by the fact that in correspondence with said sole there is obtained, in the second area of the plantar arch, a reclosable cavity by means of said, counter-shaped, first plate. 3) Structure according to claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said outlet has, in a cross section, a wavy conformation to define rounded longitudinal lateral edges defining a protection and a connection for said sole or upper. 4) Structure as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said first plate can be removably associated in correspondence with said cavity or by means of predisposed interconnection means such as screws associated with said sole and whose stem can be rotatably associated in correspondence of predisposed second seats obtained on said first plate. 5) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that a second plate can be interposed between said sole and first plate, suitable to make the whole structure more rigid and resistant to the stresses imposed during the practice of grinding. 6) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that a plurality of third seats, passing through, are obtained in correspondence with the surface of said first plate facing the ground, which preferably have a circular plan conformation and are suitable for housing suitable spheres. 7) Structure as per claims 1 and 6 which is characterized by the fact that said third seats have a diameter which is constant starting from the end facing said sole and which narrows at the end facing the ground to allow the insertion of said spheres which partially protrude externally and below said first plate. 8) Structure according to claims 1 and 7 which is characterized by the fact that said third seats house, together with said balls, also predisposed inserts having a cylindrical shape and positioned in said third seats starting from their end adjacent to said second plate. 9) Structure as per claims 1 and 8 which is characterized by the fact that said inserts are made of anti-friction material so that the friction that develops during the practice of grinding between the lower surface of said inserts and the facing surface of one of said inserts spheres is as low as possible. 10) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
