Abstract

A skate, particularly suitable for aggressive skating, comprising a frame supporting a plurality of wheels and a sports shoe, the sports shoe comprising a sole, a shell and an internal liner for accommodating the foot and/or the lower portion of the user's leg, the skate comprising also a toe plate and a heel plate, which are inserted between the frame and the rigid sole.

Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1) Skate structure, advantageously comprising a shoe associated below with a support frame or trolley for a plurality of wheels, characterized in that said shoe consists of a soft upper, associated below with a sole which can be connected to said frame, to which a rigid shell can be removably associated, to which in turn a soft innerboot can be removably associated.

2) Structure as in claim 1, characterized in that a cuff can be rotatably associated with said rigid shell.

3) Structure as in claim 1, characterized in that between said frame or trolley and said sole, rigid and enveloping the lower part of said shoe, a pair of plates, respectively front and rear, made of rigid material, are interposed.

4) Structure as per claims 1 and 3 in which the interconnection between said trolley and shoe takes place by means of a pair of first screws arranged with the head facing the ground and with the stem passing through a pair of first holes, obtained in said carriage, characterized in that the stems of said pair of first screws, passing through a pair of second holes, each made in one of said pair of plates, and into a front opening and a third rear hole of said sole, can be associated within counter-threaded first blind holes obtained below said shoe.

5) Structure as per claims 1 and 4 characterized by the fact that the interconnection between said sole, pair of plates and lower surface of said shoe is ensured by the presence on said pair of plates of a plurality of centering pins, axially perforated and protruding above from the same, passing through counter-shaped fourth holes, obtained in said sole, to be associated, by means of respective second screws, with counter-threaded second blind holes obtained on the lower surface of said shoe, around said first blind holes.

6) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said soft upper, equipped with a first pair of flaps on which a succession of buttonholes are advantageously obtained, suitable for the passage of a closing string or lace, has a lower plurality of holes adapted to allow the passage of said first screws and said centering pins.

7) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said shell, to which a quarter can be associated, has said first and second blind holes at the bottom for interconnection with said first and second screws.

8) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims, in which said innerboot and cuff are equipped with respective second and third pairs of opposite, reclosable flaps, by means of at least one clamping lever transversely associated with said cuff, characterized by the fact which from said upper protrude at the front, from opposite sides, one or more bands adapted to be arranged in front of said clamping lever, to constitute a protection element for the same.

9) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said soft upper is made in such a way as to approximately completely envelop both said shell, advantageously open on the back of the foot, and said cuff.

10) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized by the fact that two or more rigid plates are laterally associated to said upper, made of materials resistant to friction and having a thickness such as to protrude externally to said upper itself, to protect the same.
