[002] Attualmente sono note calzature sportive, quali scarponi da sci, scarpe per pattini in linea, scarpe per sci da fondo, scarpe per ciclismo e stivali da motociclismo, che comprendono uno scafo rigido, generalmente in materiale plastico, avvolgente il piede ed a cui può essere girevolmente associato un gambetto rigido per l’avvolgimento ed il supporto della parte bassa della gamba. Internamente allo scafo ed al gambetto può essere contenuta, in maniera fissa o rimovibile, una scarpetta morbida per contenere in maniera confortevole il piede e la parte bassa della gamba. Internamente allo scafo ed al gambetto è contenuta, in maniera fissa o rimovibile, una scarpetta mordiba 4 per contenere in maniera confortevole il piede e la parte bassa della gamba. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Sports shoe structure, in particular a ski boot, comprising a shell (2) to which a cuff (3) is rotatably associated, said shell (2) comprising a first pair of flaps (6, 7) which can be superimposed on each other extending from the anterior dorsal region of the foot to the tibial area of the user's leg, said cuff (3) comprising a second pair of flaps (8, 9) which can be superimposed on each other, called first pair of flaps (6, 7) and second pair of flaps (8, 9) being closable by means of closing means (5), characterized in that said first pair of flaps (6, 7) extends from said anterior dorsal region of the foot up to cover the front and side regions of said tibial area projecting beyond the upper edge of said second pair of flaps (8, 9) of said quarter (3).

2. Sports shoe structure as in claim 1, wherein one of the flaps (8) of said second pair of flaps (8, 9) is split to form a pair of straps (8A, 8B).

3. Sports shoe structure as in claim 2, wherein the wrapping width of the other flap (9) of said second pair of flaps (8, 9) is limited to the rear and lateral regions of the lower leg of the user.

4. Sports shoe structure as in claim 3, wherein said pair of straps (8A, 8B) is suitable for wrapping said first pair of flaps (6, 7) in said front and side regions of said tibial area.

5. Sports shoe structure as in any one of the preceding claims, in which said first pair of flaps (6, 7) is formed in a single piece with said shell (2).
