Description

DESCRIZIONE DI INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE
Avente per titolo: Sistema di applicazione di tappi su contenitori in cartone poliaccoppiato.
STATO ATTUALE DELL’ARTE: L’invenzione in oggetto s'inquadra nell’ambito delle macchine riempitrici per contenitori di cartoncino poli-accoppiato ed in particolare dei dispositivi atti ad applicare su questi un tappo richiudibile in plastica o altri materiali termosaldabili. I contenitori di cartone poli-accoppiato vengono laminati esternamente ed internamente con una pellicola di materiale plastico, che tramite riscaldamento e pressatura dei lembi, permette la loro saldatura senza l’uso di colle o altro. Per versare il prodotto, è necessario strappare la saldatura e piegare verso l'esterno i lembi superiori del tetto in modo da ottenere un opportuno beccuccio versatore. Questo sistema tuttavia pur essendo abbastanza funzionale, non consente la richiusura ermetica del contenitore con un comune tappo a vite, come avviene nelle bottìglie. Per ovviare a questo problema è stato sviluppato e introdotto sul mercato un contenitore più pratico, munito dì tappo a vite applicato sul tetto del contenitore stesso, che consente la sua richiusura una volta aperto il contenitore. Esistono differenti tecniche e tipologie di applicazione del tappo , per esempio: la saldatura con aria calda, l'incollatura, oppure la saldatura ad ultrasuoni. I! tappo può essere applicato dall’interno, o dall’esterno; l'applicazione dall'interno richiede un foro predisposto sul cartone, attraverso il quale viene inserito e fatto sporgere il tappo in modo da renderne possibile la saldatura sul cartoncino, l'applicazione del tappo dall’esterno richiede che nella zona di applicazione siano predisposte incisioni sulle superfici del cartone, al fine di agevolarne la perforazione al momento dell’apertura del contenitore; tali incisioni devono essere molto precise per non danneggiare gli strati protettivi interni del contenitore. I tappi fissati dall'interno sono in genere saldati ad ultrasuoni e sono applicati prima de! riempimento del contenitore; sono preferiti quando è richiesta una saldatura robusta e senza impiego di adesivi o colle industriali. I tappi applicati dall'esterno vengono fissati tramite incollaggio o saldatura a caldo, normalmente, da una macchina dedicata che lavora sul contenitore riempito e sigillato a valle della riempitrice; i tappi per questa applicazione, devono essere costruiti in modo da perforare le incisioni del cartone alla prima apertura. Pur essendo meno sicura dal punto di vista della robustezza della saldatura, questa soluzione è preferita quando si voglia semplificare la macchina riempitrice, I sistemi di applicazione dei tappi dail'interno delle confezioni, attualmente lavorano: o attraverso bracci che operano con movimenti lineari oppure con bracci multipli, rotanti attorno ad un asse; questi applicatori prelevano i tappi da un magazzino, li inseriscono all’interno della confezione, li spingono sul foro predisposto, appoggiano e attivano il sistema di saldatura ad ultrasuoni, a saldatura avvenuta, ripetono le suddette operazioni al contrario per effettuare un nuovo ciclo. SCOPO DELL’INVENZIONE: Scopo dell'invenzione è la realizzazione di un sistema che consenta di applicare tappi in plastica dall’interno della confezione in cartoncino e la saldatura degli stessi, sul contenitore, con tecnica ad ultrasuoni; il sistema, è concepito per essere integrato in macchine riempitrici prima dei riempimento e sigillatura, eliminando quindi del tutto la macchina di applicazione del tappo a valle. L'invenzione presenta notevoli vantaggi che sono: il vantaggio di poter applicare e saldare i tappi in maniera estremamente precisa, dato che, l’apertura e la chiusura della ganascia porta-tappo e del sonotrodo di saldatura, avvengono contemporaneamente attraverso un unico attuatore meccanico, oppure con servomotori. Questo sistema consente di mantenere in modo semplice e per lunghissimi periodi, le regolazioni estremamente precise, uno o due decimi di millimetro, necessarie per avere delle saldature perfette. Inoltre, l'invenzione, risulta estremamente vantaggiosa anche dal punto di vista economico, con meno componenti meno materiali di usura e ridottissimi consumi d’aria compressa, più veloce e silenziosa di analoghi sistemi attualmente in uso. DESCRIZIONE: il gruppo dì applicazione del tappo viene illustrato sulle Tav. 1-2-3 ed è costituito da un struttura di supporto dell'applicatore (1) sulla quale sono montati: uno o più bracci posìzionatori rotanti (2) sulle estremità dei quali sono fissate delle testine porta tappi (6), il sistema di caricamento tappi (5) e il dispositivo di saldatura ad ultrasuoni (10), Tutto il gruppo viene posizionato sopra al trasportatore contenitori della macchina riempitrice, in modo che i contenitori (11) ai quali si deve applicare ìt tappo attraversino l'asse del dispositivo di saldatura. Le varie funzioni sono gestite e controllate tramite un PLC. FUNZIONAMENTO: I tappi vengono allineati, orientati e successivamente, attraverso le guide (7) inviati al supporto (4); che è allineato al braccio rotante (2). Quando un contenitore (11) sul quale si deve saldare il tappo, viene rilevato in corrispondenza delle stazioni previste per l'applicazione, vengono attivati gli spintori di caricamento (5); che trasferiscono t tappi sulle testine porta tappi (6); il braccio rotante (2) è azionato , dal servomotore (14), in fase con lo spostamento del cartone in macchina portando il tappo caricato sulla testina superiore (6), all'interno del contenitore sottostante e posizionandolo davanti al sonotrodo di saldatura (3) al tempo stesso, il braccio rotante (2) porta la testina inferiore (6) in corrispondenza del supporto (4) pronta per ricevere un altro tappo. Il braccio a bilanciere (16), azionato dal servomotore (18) viene spostato nella posizione chiusa (TAV_2, fig. A) in modo che il tappo sulla testina (6) penetri nel foro sul cartone, e il sonotrodo di saldatura (3) si appoggi sulla superficie del cartone, creando la pressione necessaria per la saldatura. Il sistema di saldatura ad ultrasuoni (10), è costituito da un trasduttore (9), che converte, attraverso il sonotrodo (3) l'energia elettrica ad alta frequenza, fornita da un generatore, in energia meccanica, che viene applicata contemporaneamente sulla flangia del tappo (12) e sul cartone (11) effettuando così la saldatura. La forza meccanica di contropressione è regolabile tramite il dispositivo (19), quella elettronica dal PLC dell'applicatore. A saldatura avvenuta, il braccio a bilanciere (16) viene spostato nella posizione aperto (TAV_2, fig. B) allontanando il braccio rotante (2) e il sonotrodo (3) dal cartone e Tapplicatore è pronto per un nuovo ciclo; il trasportatore della macchina riempitrice sposta il cartone con il tappo saldato (15) sulle stazioni successive, e contemporaneamente ne porta uno senza tappo (11) nella stazione di applicazione

Claims (8)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Sistema di applicazione di tappi su contenitori in cartone poliaccoppiato caratterizzato da uno o più bracci di comando a bilanciere che avvicinano contemporaneamente il sonotrodo di saldatura all’incudine testina porta tappi in modo da consentire di regolare in modo preciso la forza di chiusura e la conseguente potenza e precisione della saldatura .
  2. 2. Sistema di applicazione di tappi dei tappi secondo rivendicazione 1 , caratterizzato da uno o più bracci incudine che possono ruotare e traslare lungo il loro asse . .. .
  3. 3. Sistema di applicazione di tappi secondo rivendicazione 2, caratterizzato da due o più testine porta tappo per ogni braccio rotante, che durante il funzionamento entrano nel contenitore e posizionano i tappi davanti al sonotrodo di saldatura ad ultrasuoni . . .. . ..
  4. 4. Sistema di applicazione di tappi secondo rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato da una o più slitte sulle quali sono montati trasduttore e sonotrodo del sistema di saldatura . . . . .
  5. 5. Sistema di saldatura tappi secondo rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato da uno o più bracci di comando a bilanciere che, fanno scorrere orizzontalmente il sonotrodo di saldatura e le testine porta tappo, le avvicinano tra loro fino a bloccare saldamente contenitore e tappo da saldare .
  6. 6. Sistema di applicazione di tappi dei tappi secondo rivendicazione 2, caratterizzato da un sistema di rotazione dei bracci azionato da servomotore che gestisce e regola la posizione del braccio stesso... . .
  7. 7. Sistema di applicazione dei tappi secondo rivendicazione 5, caratterizzato da un sistema di traslazione di sonotrodo di saldatura e delle testine porta tappo, azionato da servomotore che consente di controllare e regolare in continuo la pressione di saldatura . . . .. ..
