Capsule for fragrance material (1), comprising: - a body (3), hollow and open upwards, which comprises a base wall (3a) and one or more side walls (3b), at least a portion of said body (3) being provided with openings (7) for the passage of an air flow through said body (3); - a lid (5), adapted to be fitted on said body (3) and comprising for this purpose on its lower face (5a) a pair of walls (15a, 15b) which project downwards and extend substantially parallel to the one to the other, so as to define between them a groove (15c) adapted to receive inside it the upper edge of said side walls (3b) of said lid, at least a portion of said lid (5) being provided with openings (11 ) for the passage of an air flow through said cover (5); wherein said body (3) and said lid (5) are made of a substantially rigid material, characterized in that the upper edge of said side walls (3b) of said body (3) has along one or more portions of it a tooth projecting outwards (3c) / inwards and the outer wall (15a) / the inner wall (15b) between the walls that define said groove (15c) of said lid (5a) has, at its lower edge, along one or more portions thereof, an inwardly projecting tooth (15d) / towards the outside, said outwardly projecting tooth (3c) / towards the inside of said body (3) by abutting against said inwardly projecting tooth (15d) / towards the outside of said groove (15c ) of said lid (5) and being firmly held by it in position and by the fact that windows (17) are provided in said lid (5) in correspondence with said groove (15c) in the vicinity of said one or more portions of said wall external (15a) / internal wall (15b) along which said tooth extends nte inwards (15d) / outwards.

Capsule (1) according to claim 1, wherein said upper edge of said side walls (3b) of said body (3) has along one or more portions thereof an outwardly projecting tooth (3c) and said wall (15a) between the walls that define said groove (15c) of said lid (5a) has, at its lower edge, along one or more portions thereof, an inwardly projecting tooth (15d) and in which windows (17) are provided in said cover (5) in correspondence with said groove (15c) in the vicinity of said one or more portions of said outer wall (15a) along which said inwardly projecting tooth (15d) .

3. Capsule (1) according to claim 2, wherein said outwardly protruding tooth (3c) extends along the whole of said upper edge of said side walls (3b) of said body (3).

4. Capsule (1) according to claim 2, wherein said outwardly protruding tooth (3c) extends along two or more portions of said upper edge of said side walls (3b) of said body (3).

5. Capsule (1) according to claim 4, wherein said two or more portions along which said outwardly protruding tooth (3c) extends are of equal extension and uniformly distributed along said upper edge of said side walls (3b ) of said body (3).

Capsule (1) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein said inwardly projecting tooth (15d) extends along two or more portions of said lower edge of said outer wall (15a) of said groove ( 15c) of said cover (5).

Capsule (1) according to claims 6 and 5, wherein said two or more portions along which said inwardly projecting tooth (15d) extends are of equal extension and uniformly distributed along said lower edge of said outer wall (15a) of said groove (15c) of said cover (5).

Capsule (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said base wall (3a) of said body (3) is provided with openings (7), the side walls (3b) of said body being full.

Capsule (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein ribs (9) are provided on said base wall (3a) and along said side walls (3b) of said body (3).

Capsule (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein ribs (13) are provided on said lower face (5a) of said lid (5).

Capsule (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said body (3) and said lid (5) are made of rigid plastic material.
