"REPORT CARD AND RECEIPT FOR EXTRACTION GAMES"

DESCRIPTION

The present innovation relates to a check card and receipt for extraction games, in particular for the lottery game which, as is well known, is based on bets relating to the extraction of one or more numbers on one or more "wheels" in various possible combinations, well known even to non-fans of this type of game.

The main purpose of the present innovation is to provide a ticket suitable for the mechanical processing of the game data, validation, acceptance and, possibly, payment of the winnings, by means of an "intelligent terminal" whose structure does not fall within the scope of the present innovation.

Some of the elements of the card and receipt according to the present invention are known from the Italian utility model 198047 issued on application 35799-B // 79 filed on 23 April 1989, and entitled "Card for totaliser game"

The present innovation will now be described with reference to the attached figures, in which:

Figure 1 shows the blank card according to the present innovation; And

Figure 2 shows a check board or receipt with an exemplary compilation showing the association of the various characterizing elements.

Before moving on to the description of the present innovation, it is intended to clarify that various writings that appear both on the ticket and on the receipt, such as, by way of example, LOTTO, LOTTOMATICA, city names and draw numbers, and descriptive elements of the bets, for the ornament in the public domain or not legible in the context of the legislation on industrial models, they are not part of this industrial right.

With reference now to Figure 1, the coupon 1 comprises a paper support 2 which provides a first field 3 relating to the numbers that can be drawn, a second field 4 relating to the systems and multiple bets, a third field 5 relating to the "wheels", and a fourth field 6 relating to the stake amounts and the so-called "sorti".

As you can see, inside the fields 3, 4, 5, 6 are pre-printed squares within which the "markings" for selecting the game modes, the amount and any subdivision of the total amount are manually made by the player in various game modes and combinations, well known to those who have practice of this very popular game.

In the card 2 there are also pre-printed "strobe" marks 7 and a "threshold" line 8 for the automated reading by machine referred to in the utility model previously used.

Still in the coupon 2, a further zone 9 contains a machine-readable identification code for the particular bet.

The combination methods are obvious and can be traced back to the methods of "expression of willingness to play" currently in use in the "Totocalcio" game.

With reference now to Figure 2, the betting slip comprises a paper support 10, possibly forming part of a continuous roll not shown, and comprising two pre-printed areas 11, 12 with an accounting security marking, and a serial marking 13, 14 different for each receipt and consisting of a bar code 13 readable by machine and the usual numerical explanation 14 readable by a human.

Two "strobe" marks 15 are also pre-printed on the right side, having the function described above.

The rest of the graphics that appear on receipt 2 are printed (and reread when the winnings are collected) by the intelligent terminal which does not fall within the scope of this utility model.

The meaning of the graphics is evident and does not require detailed explanations, and is given for clarification and completeness. It should be noted that the zone 16 contains an identification code of the game, and the relative "strobe" 17 and threshold 18 marks.

The paper of the paper support of the receipt 2 preferably incorporates fluorescent fibrils in ultraviolet light as an authentication element and against any attempts at fraud. Such fluorescent fibrils are introduced into the paper at the time of its manufacture, according to production techniques well known in the production of value papers and the like.

The present innovation has been described with reference to its currently preferred embodiment, and it will be understood that variations and modifications may be made thereto without departing from the scope of protection of the present utility model.

CLAIM Receipt form for extraction games, in particular the lottery game, characterized by the fact that it comprises a paper support which provides a first field relating to the drawing numbers; a second field relating to systems and multiple bets; a third field relating to the wheels, and a fourth field relating to the amounts wagered and the so-called "lots"; said card being provided with "strobe" marks and with a "threshold" line and an identification code; said card being arranged to cooperate with a receipt comprising a paper support comprising two pre-printed areas with an accounting security marking and a different serial marking for each receipt and consisting of a bar code, and strobe marks; a space is also provided for printing game data in clear and coded form.
