Лотерейный билет, включающий бланк в виде бумажного или картонного листа, на лицевой стороне которого типографским либо печатным способом нанесены графические изображения и название лотереи и размещены, по меньшей мере, два окна, одно из которых является окном размещения кодированного обозначения, а другое - окном размещения информации о выигрыше или проигрыше, при этом оба окна снабжены защитными сетками, поверх которых впечатаны в первом окне код, соответствующий размеру выигрыша, а во втором - размер выигрыша или символ проигрыша, при этом оба окна закрыты оптически прозрачным лаком и поверх него защитной маской, а другая сторона билета снабжена серийным номером и идентификационным кодом тиража, выполненным в виде информации, зафиксированной на поле скрытым способом, отличающийся тем, что на лицевой стороне билета размещен значок, а в поле выигрыша или проигрыша помещена информация, зафиксированная на поле скрытым способом.2.
