Abstract

Hierdurch kommt der Teilnahmevertrag zwischen dem Lottospieler und der Lottogesellschaft zustande. Nachteilig bei diesem Vorgehen ist, daß der Lottoschein immer in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten werden muß, damit dieser jede Woche erneut mit dem Scanner gelesen werden kann. Wird der Lottoschein geknickt oder verschmutzt, ist dieser nicht mehr brauchbar und ein neuer Lottoschein muß ausgefüllt werden. Da die Lottoscheine für das Online-System so vorsichtig behandelt werden müssen, werden diese von Stammlottospielern auch nicht ständig mitgeführt. Dieses führt dazu, daß der Lottoschein in der Wohnung vergessen und auch hierdurch häufig ein neuer Schein ausgefüllt werden muß. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Karte können die Stammzahlen auf einen Lottoschein übertragen direkt in den Computer der Lottogesellschaft eingelesen werden.
