Description
DESCRIZIONE
a corredo di una domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale avente per titolo Chiodo endomidollare reticolato componibile Osteosintesi reticolata ,per l'applicazione ortopedica senza l'esposizione a raggi ionizzanti".
La presente invenzione riguarda una protesi di osteosintesi con una tecnica concepita a stabilizzare le fratture ossei grazie al corretto
bloccato. La forma cannulata del chiodo permette l'inserimento semplice e preciso.La forma a maglia del chiodo endomidollare permette il fissaggio trasversale con le viti autofilettanti senza di esporre paziente&operatori ortopedici a raggi ionizzanti che recano danno al corpo umano-.
La facilit? con cui il chiodo endomidollare viene bloccato trasversalmente riduce la durata dell' intervento con la conseguenza riduzione della perdita' ematica e basso rischio di infezione.Le parti a forma reticolata che ? destinata ad essere rimossa ? guainata con materiale plastico liscio fine del trattamento. Nella osteosintesi del collo
del femore la parte dello stelo(che viene infisso nel canale midollare della diafisi)? costruito da una rete molto resistente di titanio che permette all'osso circostante ad inglobare lo stelo ed aumentare la superficie di contatto osso-sintesi. Tutta l'introduzione dei chiodo endomidoliare
zzare l'amplificatore di brillanza .Questo significa un notevole aumento di applicabilita 1 del chiodo endomidoliare anche nelle strutture sanitarie dove non ci sono queste apparecchiature costose. Con questo nuovo chiodo endomidolare reticolato,in seguito a fratture da incidenti stradali ,il ferito potr? ottenere un bloccaggio ottimale in tutti centri ortopedici ospedalieri. I chiodi in commercio sono di diametro da 6.0mm a 18 .Omm con la lunghezza variabile da 200mm a 580min ,? un numero elevato sotto l'aspetto economico & di magazzino .Tale fatto ha indotto cne il nuovo
chiodo endomidollare reticolato si presen ta costruito da parti standardizzati in estremit?' e la parte tubolare centrale ? di. lunghezza variabile adattabile per qualsiasi esigenza protesica traumatologica :l 'ortopedico compone direttamente il pezzo della protesi che ritiene opportuno da applicare ,sia vantaggi economici con la riduzione del magazzino.In estremit?' il chiodo reticolato ha un tappo intercambiabile per poter agganciarlo alla strumentazione d 'inserimento,misurszione e controllo .Nel fig.1 viene mostrato il chiodo ondomidollare con le due estremit? AD&AP e la parte
colleaano fra di loro mediante una filettatura e/o attacco standardizzato .Le estremit?' AP&AD sono reticolati per una lunghezza costatnte che permette il passaggio sicuro della fresa trasversale attraverso la parte reticolata con un c?lcolo matematico apprrosimativo . E' sufficiente che la punta della fresa centra qualsiasi punto del reticolato a maglia per poter dopo attraversare questo foro con la vite autofilettante tras? versale che blocca il chiodo nel lume tubolare dell'osso. Nel fig.2 viene mostrato il giunto fra il chiodo centrale(C) e la parte estrema reticolata(S)mediante il giunto filettato (J).La parte del reticolato di titanio o qualsiasi altro materiale biocompatibile ? proteta con una guaina plastica(P) che evita il diretto contatto ossoreticolato fatto che facilita' di rimozione della sintesi alla fine del trattamento. Le estremit? distali della parte reticolata finiscono con un
congiunzione per lo strumentario d'inserimento svittamento e vari strumenti di centraggio fresaggio,e di misurazione. Nella fig.3 viene dimostrata l'applicazione delle viti trasversali autofilettanti(N) che attraversando la parte retieoiata(S) bloccano il chiodo endomidollare.il "bloccaggio trasversale ad entrambe le estremit?'
torsione e di mantenere la lunghezza del segmento. Nella fig.1~ si nota la composizione globale del chiodo endomidollare (AD?C?AP)che viene posizionato nel lume midollare femorale fratturato, e fissato trasversalmente con le viti autofilet? tanti(f.3N).Il fissaggio trasversale avviene senza
maniera approsimativa il chirurgo sapendo la traiettoria del chiodo endomidollare, basta che con la fresa centra qualsiasi punto del reticolato,e questo diventa il posto idoneo per l'inserimento della vite trasversale(N). La presente invenzione 6 stata dasoritta a titolo illus trativo ma non limitativo con particolare riferimento a sue forme preferite di realizzazione,ma ? da intendersi che variazioni e/o modifiche potrano essere apportate da esperti nel ramo senza per questo uscire dal relativo ambito di protezione ,come definito nelle rivendicazioni allegate.
Claims (1)
- RIVENDICAZIONI caratterizzata da essere reticolata di titanio e/o altri materiali. 2)Il chiodo endomidollare ? caratterizzato da essere componibile per l'applicazione ortopedica 3)Il chiodo endomidollare ? reticolato almeno in parte alle sue estremit? cosicch? permette il bloccaggio trasversale senza di esporre il paziente & operatori ai raggi ionizzanti. 4)Il chiodo endomidollare ? reticolato guainato e protetto per evitare il contatto osso?trama reticolata per facilitare la rimozione al fine trattamento 5)Nella osteosintesi femorale reticolata ,il reticolo ? libero senza la guaina protettiva cosicch? avviene il massimo contatto di osteo? inglobazione, e maggior tenuta della sintesi. 6) il chiodo endomidollare reticolato si presenta costruito da tre parti(che concettualmente possono essere costituiti anche da una sola parte del tutto reticolato e/o parzialmente reticolato). Le due parti estremi di lunghezze standard sono reticolati e cannulati,essi presentano un attacco filettato maschio/femm.o attacco meccanico di qualsiasi tipo per il collegamento al tubo centrale che ? di lunghezza variabile adattabile a qualsiasi esigenza protesica. 7)Alle estremita' distali del reticolato possonoessere presenti o non degli attacchi meccanici a tappo sia a forma maschio che a forma femmina,sia di forma filettata per il collegamento fissaggio temporaneo dello strumentario, 8)Il tappo estremo ? un giunto variabile di collegamento adattabile per lo strumentario di inserimento che estrazione gi? esistente. 9)La geometria della trama e la forma reticolata{della sintesi endomidollare e/o sintesi d'anca e/o qualsiasi altra sintesi ortopedica e neurochirurgica) pu?' assumere qualsiasi forma geometrica. Questo perche qualsiasi reticolato facilita' la penetrazione ed il fresaggio della fresa ,e l'avvitamento delle viti trasversali senza l'uso di raggi ionizzanti. 10)Il chiodo endomidollare ? caratterizzato di essere componibile,? reticolato ,? guainato/ protetto con tappo adattabile allo strumentario di diversa natura merceologica e la Osteosintesi femorale il reticoio ? libero dalia guina. tutto secondo ognuna delle rivendicazioni precedenti sia separatamente che globalmente, sostanzialmente come illustrato e descritto.
