Description

DESCRIZIONE
TITOLO : MOTORIZZAZIONE PORTE SCORREVOLI
La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un dispositivo elettromeccanico che permette di motorizzare porte scorrevoli a scomparsa azionate manualmente applicabile indifferentemente a porte da installare o già installate con il controtelaio murato nella parete. Attualmente sul mercato esistono motorizzazioni le quali , per essere installate necessitano di ridurre l’altezza delle porte di svariati cm , applicare all’esterno dei componenti quali ad esempio ganci di bloccaggio in caso di mancanza di energia elettrica. Il dispositivo è composto dai seguenti componenti : carrello supporto porta , motoriduttore in corrente continua 24 V , encoder , una puleggia normale , una puleggia con frizione , cinghia in poliuretano , centraline di comando per regolazione velocità , pulsante di comando il tutto inserito in un rofilato di alluminio o ferro avente profondità , altezza e lunghezza tali da adattarsi perfettamente alle misure del controtelaio ( disegno 1 ) . Il montaggio di questo dispositivo è molto semplice : si smonta la porta , si introduce il martinetto nell’ elemento scorrevole del supporto , lo si fa scorrere per circa 50 cm , si introducono i due carrelli di supporto e scorrimento della porta , si continua a farlo scorrere fino a quando , il dispositivo si trova in posizione parallela alla guida di scorrimento della porta , viene fissato con una sola vite ( vedere disegno 2 ) . Se manca l’energia elettrica la porta si apre manualmente . Come si può vedere ( disegno 3) il dispositivo si adatta perfettamente al telaio esistente e alla porta , scomparendo alla vista.
