L’invenzione riguarda un dispositivo distributore di detersivi di diverso genere a lunga autonomia funzionale per macchine lavatrici, in particolare macchine lavabiancheria domestiche, atto a contenere ed erogare detersivi in tavolette o pastiglie solide. The invention relates to a dispensing device of different kinds of detergents with long functional autonomy for washing machines, in particular household washing machines, suitable for containing and dispensing detergents in tablets or solid tablets.

Sono noti dispositivi distributori di detersivo di vario genere, per macchine lavatrici, atti a contenere ed erogare detersivi di diverso genere, in polvere e liquidi, ed associati con il programmatore-temporizzatore della relativa macchina per l’erogazione dei detersivi stessi in periodi prestabiliti di ogni ciclo di lavaggio. Questi dispositivi distributori sono predisposti per il caricamento di detersivi in dosi tali da permettere lo svolgimento di un solo ciclo di lavaggio, nella condizione in cui i detersivi in polvere devono essere conservati preliminarmente in ambiente asciutto entro contenitori ermetici, impedendo cosi il loro contatto con l’aria e quindi l’assorbimento dell’umidità presente nell’aria stessa, ed i detersivi liquidi devono sottostare a norme particolari che evitino il rischio della loro ingestione accidentale, soprattutto da parte dei bambini. Nelle fig. 1, 2 e 3 viene mostrata schematicamente una macchina lavabiancheria domestica incorporante un dispositivo distributore 10 conforme all’ invenzione, predisposto per contenere detersivi in tavolette o pastiglie solide, e per erogare tali detersivi selettivamente durante lo svolgimento di ogni ciclo di lavaggio selezionato, con comando tramite il programmatore-temporizzatore (non indicato) incorporato nella macchina stessa. Riferendosi ora alle fig, 6 e 7, in cui viene mostrata una versione costruttiva diversa del dispositivo spruzzatore dell’acqua per sciogliere il detersivo in tavolette o pastiglie, si nota che tale dispositivo è collegato con il condotto di scarico 56 della macchina, raccordato con la tradizionale pompa di scarico (non mostrata), attraverso un condotto 57 comunicante con un deviatore di flusso 58 azionato mediante un attuatore 59 di tipo noto in sé in due posizioni operative diverse, in cui il condotto di scarico 56 viene messo in comunicazione rispettivamente con il condotto flessibile di scarico 60 oppure col condotto 57, mentre a sua volta il contenitore 33 è ancora collegato con la vasca di lavaggio 12 attraverso un condotto 36. Referring now to figs, 6 and 7, in which a different construction version of the water spraying device is shown for dissolving the detergent in tablets or tablets, it can be seen that this device is connected to the discharge duct 56 of the machine, connected with the traditional drain pump (not shown), through a duct 57 communicating with a flow diverter 58 operated by means of an actuator 59 of a type known per se in two different operating positions, in which the drain duct 56 is put in communication respectively with the flexible discharge duct 60 or with the duct 57, while in turn the container 33 is still connected to the washing tank 12 through a duct 36.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Dispensing device for detergents in tablets or tablets for washing machines, in particular household washing machines comprising a box-like cabinet housing a washing tub containing a rotating drum and communicating with at least one discharge duct provided with discharge means, as well as comprising a panel controls in which the means for controlling and indicating the washing cycles are arranged, characterized by a plurality of separate compartments (25) for containing such detergents in tablets or tablets, in sufficient quantities for carrying out various washing cycles, which are associated with respective closing doors (26) controlled by further control means (27) for the subsequent dispensing of detergents and incorporated in at least one plate or container (20), which can be inserted and removed with respect to said control panel (14) , and characterized by means (33, 37) for collecting the dispensed detergents communicating with said basin of lava ggio (12), and by means for introducing water (38) associated with said collection means (33, 37) and suitable for dissolving the detergents in tablets or tablets with water to allow their introduction into the washing tank itself during carrying out each washing cycle.

Distributor device according to claim 1, characterized in that said plate or container (20) is provided with protruding lateral ribs (21) which can be inserted in corresponding guides (18) of an access opening (17) of said control panel (14), and provided with a flat front (22) in which a grip handle (23) is obtained and with indicators (24) of the condition of filling or emptying of detergents with respect to the compartments (25) of said plate (20 ), which are recessed in the plate itself and provided with a respective perimeter seal gasket (29) for the rabbet of the corresponding doors (26).

Distributor device according to claim 2, characterized in that each door (26) is articulated in the plate (20) preferably in a position below the corresponding compartment (25) and is provided with magnetic means (54) cooperating with further magnetic means ( 53) housed in the plate (20), when this door is moved to the closed position.

Distributor device according to claim 3, characterized in that said further control means (27) comprise at least one respective electromagnet (46, 47) or the like, controlled by said control means (programmer-timer) and rotationally actuated for pass, through a spring-loaded pivoting ratchet (48) constituting the movable core of the electromagnet itself, and a toothed wheel (49) with unidirectional rotation respectively associated, of the respective elongated shafts (44, 45) supported on the upper part of said plate (20 ) and equipped with rotating cams (42, 43), cooperating with the relative doors (26) through a corresponding sliding pusher (52), supported laterally in each door and acting on the door itself so as to slightly detach said magnetic means ( 53, 54) in the detergent dispensing condition.

Distributor device according to claim 4, characterized in that said electromagnets (46, 47), spring-loaded pivoting ratchets (48) and toothed rotors (49) are housed and supported in the machine separately from said plate (20) and are coupled in rotation with said elongated shafts (44, 45), in the condition of insertion of said plate (20) into the machine, through a respective rotating joint (50, 51) obtained both in the plate itself and in the machine.

Distributor device according to claim 1, characterized in that said collection means comprise a container (33) fixed in the machine below said plate (20) and provided with a lower wall (34), inclined downwards, delimiting a lower collection chamber (35) connected to said tub (12) through a duct (36), as well as comprising a perforated collection basket (37) housed within said collection chamber (35) and adapted to selectively collect the detergent in tablets or tablets falling from said compartments (25), for its dissolution with water fed through said inlet means (38).

7. Distributor device according to claim 6, characterized in that said inlet means comprise at least one spraying device (38) arranged above said collection basket (37) and connected to the water supply duct (39) of the machine through control means (solenoid valve 40) and a conduit (41).

Distributor device according to claim 7, characterized in that said spraying device (38) is connected to said discharge duct (56) through a duct (57) communicating with a flow diverter (58), operated by control means (actuator 59) from a first to a second operating position, in which said exhaust duct (56) is put in communication respectively with the flexible exhaust duct (60) of the machine or with said duct (57).
