Nelle figure considerate, viene rappresentato schematicamente un dispensatore integrato 10 di detersivi ed additivi in polvere e liquidi per macchine lavatrici, in particolare macchine lavastoviglie domestiche, atto a contenere tali sostanze detergenti e ad erogarle nella vasca di queste macchine in istanti determinati di ogni ciclo di lavaggio selezionato. Nella parte posteriore del contenitore 15 sono inoltre alloggiati uh primo ed un secondo elettromagnete 38 e 39 o simili, operativamente collegati nel circuito elettrico della macchina e comandati dal programmatore - temporizzatore della stessa, dei quali il primo elettromagnete 38 è dispos adiacente al bordo superiore del contenitore 15 in modo che la sua ancora verticale mobile 40 interagisca con un corto braccio orizzontale 41 di una leva 42 fulcrata in una staffa 43 fissata posteriormente e superiormente al contenitore 15, leva che è provvista di un braccio verticale 44 raccordato con tale braccio orizzontale e di un ulteriore braccio orizzontale 45, allungato, raccordato ortogonalmente con detto braccio verticale 44 e penetrante con la sua estremità sagomata 46 in un corrispondente incavo 47 praticato superiormente nel contenitore 15. Infine, nella parte posteriore del contenitore 15 è alloggiata un'ulteriore leva 52 in posizione sottostante al contenitore 15, e cooperante con esso, la quale è intercol legata mediante un cavetto flessibile 53 con la serratura 54 della porta 11 della macchina lavastoviglie ed è fulcrata rotante in modo da venire azionata dal contenitore 15 in due posizioni operative diverse, rispettivamente da una prima posizione in cui essa tira il cavetto flessibile 53 verso il basso, nel senso della freccia B della fig. 4, quando il contenitore 15 è alloggiato in sede e risulta agganciato dalla leva 42, nella condizione in cui un meccanismo di comando 55 di tipo tradizionale previsto all'estremità libera di tale cavetto 53 non interferisce con detta serratura 54 e pertanto viene permessa l'apertura e la chiusura di tale porta da parte di detta serratura, ad una seconda posizione in cui la leva 52 sposta il cavetto verso l'alto, nel senso della freccia C della fig. 4, quando il contenitore 15 viene sganciato dalla leva 42 e pertanto spostato in posizione d'apertura, nella condizione in cui il meccanismo di comando 55 del cavetto 53 interferisce con la serratura 54, impedendo quindi la chiusura della porta 11. Riferendosi ora alle fig. 5, 6 e 7, viene mostrato il contenitore 15 del presente dispensatore integrato in tre diverse condizioni operative, in cui si nota che tale contenitore è sostanzialmente realizzato in modo identico a quello descritto nelle domande di brevetto per invenzione n. UD93A000022 e n. UD93A000023, depositate il 15.2.1993 a nome di Russi Luciano e trasferite il 24.12.1993 a nome della Richiedente, ed a tale scopo esso incorpora internamente un contenitore supplementare 151 di dimensioni leggermente minori, delimitante tra esso e le circostanti pareti del contenitore 15 un'intercapedine 56 per la circolazione di un flusso d'aria di raffreddamento, generato dalla girante 36 oppure per convezione naturale, e atto a mantenere il detersivo entro limiti di temperatura prestabiliti e compatibili per il suo uso. Referring now to figs . 5, 6 and 7, the container 15 of the present dispenser is shown integrated in three different operating conditions, in which it is noted that this container is substantially made in the same way as that described in the patent applications for invention no. UD93A000022 and n. UD93A000023, filed on 15.2.1993 in the name of Russi Luciano and transferred on 24.12.1993 in the name of the Applicant, and for this purpose it internally incorporates an additional container 151 of slightly smaller dimensions, delimiting between it and the surrounding walls of container 15 a interspace 56 for the circulation of a cooling air flow, generated by the impeller 36 or by natural convection, and adapted to keep the detergent within predetermined and compatible temperature limits for its use.

Nelle fig. 5 e 6 viene mostrato il contenitore 15 in posizione di chiusura, nella condizione in cui il contenitore supplementare 151 è predisposto per l'erogazione del detersivo verso la vasca, attraverso il sistema erogatore e dosatore automatico 34 che in questo caso risulta comunicante sia col foro di scarico 58 del contenitore 151 e sia con la vasca. Nella fig. 5, in particolare, si nota che il sistema erogatore e dosatore automatico 34 è azionato in posizione d'apertura, in cui il contenitore 151 viene messo in comunicazione con la vasca attraverso il condotto flessibile 60 in materiale elastico, intercettato da un organo pressore separato 61, atto a venire o meno schiacciato contro detto condotto flessibile 60 (condotto flessibile e organo pressore appartenenti a tale sistema erogatore e dosatore, per la cui costruzione ed il cui funzionamento si rimanda quindi alla precedente domanda di brevetto per invenzione n. BL93A000028 della Richiedente). Infine, nella fig. 7 si nota che in questo caso il contenitore 15 risulta spostato in posizione d'apertura, estratto sul davanti e facendolo ruotare attorno al suo punto d'incernieramento inferiore. nella condizione di disimpegno dell'estremità sagomata 46 della leva 42 dall'incavo 47 del contenitore stesso, conseguente accesso al contenitore supplementare 151 per suo riempimento con detersivo in polvere, oppure per la eventuale pulizia o manutenzione, circostanza in cui interrotta la comunicazione fra il foro di scarico 58 detto contenitore supplementare e il condotto flessibile 60 Esaminando ora le fig. 8 -13, viene mostrato schematicamente lo sportello ribaltabile 32 per l'accesso al contenitore 18 dei detersivi in singole dosi, che è rappresentato in tre posizioni operative diverse. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Integrated dispenser of powder and liquid detergents and additives for washing machines, in particular domestic dishwashing machines, preferably applicable in the front closing door of these machines, able to contain such detergents and additives and to dispense them into the tank of these machines during each washing cycle, with the aid of pneumatic generating means and pneumatic actuator means of a type known per se, associated with an automatic dispensing and dosing system able to allow or prevent the passage of said powder detergents, as described in the patent application by invention n. BL93A000028j, filed on 10.11.1993 by the same Applicant, characterized in that it comprises, incorporated in at least one box-shaped casing (13) preferably made of molded plastic or the like, at least a first container (15) with long functional autonomy containing powdered detergent in quantities such as to allow the carrying out of a plurality of washing cycles, at least a second container of liquid additives (17) such as rinse aid and the like, and at least a third container (18) of powder or liquid detergent, in sufficient quantity to the carrying out of a single washing cycle, as well as said pneumatic generating means (36) and said dispensing and dosing system (34), which are communicating with the inside of said first container (15), and finally said pneumatic actuator means (37 ) adapted to control said dispensing and metering system (34) so as to allow or prevent the passage of said powder detergents, said box-like casing (13 ) also incorporating first and second control means (38, 39) respectively adapted to simultaneously move said first and third containers (15, 18) from a first position for filling with detergents, to a second position for dispensing the detergents, and vice versa, as well as moving said second container (17) from a filling position to a detergent dispensing position, and vice versa.

2. Dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that said first container (15) is housed hinged in a corresponding front compartment (23) of said box-like envelope (13), and is provided with at least one perimeter seal (24) or the like, capable of making a hermetic seal against the corresponding perimeter edges of said compartment (23) when said first container (15) is moved to its filling position, as well as of at least one protruding handle (27) that can be gripped by the user and means valves (57) which can be operated in opening or closing, to allow or prevent the dispensing of the detergent.

3. Dispenser according to claim 2, characterized in that said first container (15) is provided with lever means (42) pivoted therein and removably coupled with said valve means (57), one end of which can be hooked and unhooked on the container itself, and the other end of which interacts with said first control means (38), in such a way as to be displaced by the latter from a position in which said lever means (42) are hooked onto said first container (15), in the condition in which it is set up for 1 ' detergent, through said valve means to a position in which said lever means (42) released from said first container (15), in the condition of filling it with detergent.

4. Dispenser according to claim 1 characterized in that said second container (17) is provided with a removable front access cap (29) and with internal valve means which can be operated by said second control means (39) from a closed position to an opening one, and vice versa, to prevent or allow the detergent contained therein to be dispensed into the tub.

5. Dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that said third container (18) is provided with a hinged access door (32), which can be moved by means of further lever means (50, 51, 67) operated by said first means of control (38) in a first, second and third operating position, in which said door (32) is respectively hooked, with the possibility of manual release, or is unhooked with respect to said third container (18), as well as is hooked on this 'last without the possibility of automatic release.

6. Dispenser according to claim 5, characterized in that said door (32) is provided in its internal surface with a recess (64) and with a lower protruding hook (65), facing towards the inside of said third container ( 18) and able to cooperate with a corresponding counter-hook (66) fixed to said further lever means (50, 51, 67), so that said counter-hook (66) can be engaged with said recess (64) or said hook (65) in the respective first and third operative positions of said door (32), and disengaged from said recess (64) and said hook (65) in the second operative position of said door (32).

7. Dispenser according to the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises additional lever means (52) associated with said first container (15) and interconnected by means of a flexible cable (53) or the like with the lock (54) of said door (11 ) of the machine, said lever means (52) being operable from said first container (15) from a first operating position, in which said cable (53) does not interfere with said lock (54) thus allowing the opening and closing of said door (II), when said first container (15) is housed in its seat and is hooked by said lever means (42), to a second operating position in which said cable (53) interferes with said lock (54) thus preventing closing of said door (11), when said first container (15) is released from said lever means (42).

Dispenser according to the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that said dispensing and metering system (34) is associated with pressing means (61) rotatably fixed with a shaft (63), operable by said pneumatic actuator (37), said pressing means ( 61) being operable by said pneumatic actuator (37) from one to the other of two operating positions, in which they act against said dispensing and dosing system (34) so as to allow or prevent the passage of the detergent towards the tub.

9. Dispenser according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said first and second control means (38, 39) consist of a respective electromagnet or the like.

Dispenser according to the preceding claims, characterized in that it is enclosed by a thin perimeter frame (68) for its assembly and disassembly with respect to the machine, said frame (68) preferably having the same shape and slightly larger dimensions than said box-like casing ( 13), for adaptation around the entire perimeter profile of said box-like casing (13), and being provided with two identical and symmetrical half-parts (69, 70) with each other equipped with a plurality of hooking tabs (71), the ends of which have respective folded flaps (72, 73; 74, 75) facing each other and mating with each other, as well as mutually joining by means of screws (76) or the like.

11. Dispenser according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said first, second and third container (15, 17, 18) and said dispensing and metering system (34) can be applied with different arrangements on said box-like envelope (13).
