2.3) DESCRIZIONE 2.3) DESCRIPTION

Il dispositivo ed il metodo di cui si richiede il brevetto verrà usato in odontoiatria nelle applicazioni implantologiche allo scopo di potere costruire manufatti protesici supportati da impianti, assolutamente precisi e totalmente passivi nel loro ancoraggio impiantare. Inoltre tale dispositivo può essere dedicato e personalizzato alle varie linee di impianti. Il metodo prevede un protocollo semplice e ripetibile grazie all’utilizzo de moncone inventato, a partire dalla presa d’impronta in studio, che risulterà assolutamente priva di stiramenti e deformazioni del materiale da impronta inficienti una fedele riproduzione in laboratorio della posizione degl impianti. Infatti quando bisogna allestire un manufatto protesico impianto supportato da più di un moncone fino ad una completa e complessa riabilitazione full-arch, si ha l’ovvia necessità di ridurre se non eliminare problemi dovuti al disparallelismo dei corpi impiantali, disparallelismo che impedisce dapprima una corretta presa d’impronta orale e successivamente la costruzione di manufatti protesici che si adattino con precisione ed in maniera passiva agli impianti, passività che è “condicio sine qua non” per un successo impiantare a lungo termine. Il dispositivo inventato consiste nella creazione di un moncone (abutment) da applicare su impianti provvisti di connessioni di vario genere e forma (quadrata, esagonale, ottagonale etc.), che ha l’esclusiva caratteristica di essere scomponibile in tre parti: corpo del moncone pilastro denominato camicia, vedi figura C nel disegno, vite di bloccaggio vedi figura B del disegno allegato, connessione (esagonale oppure ottagonale etc.) indipendente dalla camicia rimovibile, vedi figura C nei disegni allegati dove nella sezione complessivo viene mostrato come verrà costruito il moncone. In questo modo il collegamento del moncone aH’impianto endosseo avverrà appoggiando dapprima la sola camicia esterna, si inserirà poi la connessione avente l’innesto compatibile con rimpianto usato (nel disegno allegato è indicato a titolo d’esempio l’innesto di forma esagonale), in ultimo verrà inserita all’intemo della connessione la vite di serraggio che fisserà stabilmente il tutto all’ impianto. Infatti il metodo prevede dapprima (fase d’impronta in studio) di collegare, avvitando con chiave dinamometrica i monconi inventati sugli impianti presenti in bocca, quindi di rilevare impronta con materiale monofasico ad alto grado di rigidità con l’utilizzo di portaimpronta individuale forato, per un agevole svitamento delle viti di bloccaggio e per una facile rimozione della connessione intraimpianto, cosicché a questo punto (grazie alla rimozione delle connessioni intraimpianti esagonali o di altra forma) si potrà rimuovere dalla cavità orale l’impronta senza strappi e tensioni del materiale in maniera delicata e passiva, nonostante la presenza di disparallelismi implantari, disparallelismi che altrimenti, senza il supporto di detto moncone scomponibile, renderebbero assolutamente traumatica la rimozione del cucchiaio da impronta dalla bocca del paziente con ovvia imprecisione e forte disagio del paziente. Sarà quindi possibile inserire in arcata una protesi su impianti con un adattamento marginale perfetto e cosa indispensabile in maniera assolutamente “passiva” perché priva di qualsiasi tensione dovuta al disparallelismo impiantare.
