Abstract

Endosteal dental implant for the reconstruction of tooth, comprising mechanical fixing means (3) suitable for being fixed into the maxilla/mandible (B) to support prosthesis, characterised in that it also comprises a intracortical collar (1) suitable for being arranged in chamber (A) formed in the surface of the bone (B), a least two through holes (2) formed in the collar (1), the fixing means (3) comprising at least two fixtures (3) suitable for engaging with respective holes (2) to b inserted within the bone (B) for locking the collar (1) in the chamber (A).
