3) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said lower portion has an elongated shape and has a substantially smaller length and width, respectively, than the length and width of said slot.

4) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the length of said lower portion is substantially greater than the width of said slot, in the locking configuration the portion itself being arranged transversely with respect to the slot and being able to prevent upward extraction of the connecting element from the slot itself.

5) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper portion comprises a first portion and a second portion connected to each other, in the locking configuration the first portion being able to abut on the mudguard.

14) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the thickness of said intermediate section is substantially of the same order of magnitude as the thickness of said mudguard.

15. Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said fastening means are constituted by conventional threaded elements, rivets or the like.

16) Device for fixing a mudguard to a bicycle frame, according to one or more of the preceding claims and according to what is described and illustrated for the specified purposes.
