CLAIMS 1) Device for mounting a mudguard to a bicycle frame characterized in that it comprises a support body that can be positioned along a mudguard of a bicycle and means for retaining a pair of support rods of said mudguard which can be associated with the said bicycle and are adapted to be arranged on opposite sides of the mudguard itself.

2) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said body is provided with a seat having a cross section substantially mating with the cross section of said mudguard.

3) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said body comprises an arched band which is able to be arranged transversely with respect to said mudguard and a pair of portions which are associated at the opposite ends of said band and are folded towards the band itself, each of the lateral portions of the mudguard being housed between the band and a respective section.

4) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said portions are arranged below said band and are folded towards the inside of said band, the band and the portions being able to be associated, respectively, to the convex surface and the concave surface of the fender.

5) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said holding means comprise a pair of appendages which protrude from opposite parts of said body and can each be associated with one of said rods.

6) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of said appendages comprises at least one tab provided with a through hole for inserting the corresponding rod.

7) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said tongue has a reinforced thickness in correspondence with said through hole.

8) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of said appendages comprises two of said tabs, which are provided with respective through holes for the insertion of the corresponding rod and which are associated by interposition of suitable articulation means to make them alternatively movable between a rest configuration, in which said tongues are substantially coplanar, and an operative assembly configuration, in which said tongues are arranged substantially overlapping, the through holes being aligned and mating in an operative configuration.

9) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said articulation means comprise at least one flap which can be deformed by flexion which is interposed between said tabs and is able to define a preferential folding line of said appendix.

10) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of said appendages is associated at a respective end of said band.

11) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said folding line is arranged substantially transversal to said band.

12) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said appendages are made of material which can be deformed in a substantially elastic way.

13. Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said body is made of material which can be deformed in a substantially elastic way.

14) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said deformable material is of a substantially plastic type.

15) Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said body and said holding means are defined as integral in a single piece.

16) Device for mounting a mudguard to a bicycle frame, according to one or more of the preceding claims and according to what is described and illustrated for the specified purposes.
