Abstract

Una molla pneumatica comprende un pistone (1) il cui corpo principale (9) presenta una porzione di lavoro (12) impegnante circonferenzialmente a tenuta una membrana flessibile (6), ed una porzione di base (10) fissata ad una struttura (3a) del veicolo.Le porzioni di lavoro (12) e di base (10) sono interconnesse da una parete di collegamento (11) sostanzialmente cilindrica. Dalla porzione di lavoro (12) si estende, in posizione distanziata dalla parete di collegamento (11), una parete ausiliaria (13) definente una superficie di rotolamento (13a) per un lobo circonferenziale (8) della membrana (6).Fra la parete ausiliaria (13) e la parete di collegamento (11) è definita un'intercapedine di scambio termico (15) comunicante con l'ambiente esterno. Il corpo principale (9), realizzato in materiale plastico, è connesso alla struttura (3a) del veicolo mediante una piastra di ancoraggio (18) fissata alla parete di collegamento (11) tramite inserimento forzato in corrispondenza della porzione di base (10).
