Un dispositivo di comando dell'acceleratore per autovetture destinate ad utenti privi dell'uso degli arti inferiori, comprendente almeno un cerchiello (6; 22) disposto coassialmente al volante (1) e ad esso vincolato nel moto rotatorio, ma con possibilità di scorrimento assiale, per comandare l'organo acceleratore mediante un leverismo (15 - 21) disposto intorno al piantone (4) dello sterzo, detto cerchiello (6; 22) essendo collegato ad un anello (9) disposto coassialmente intorno al piantone (2) e scorrevole su astine di guida (12) fissate alle razze (3) del volante, l'anello (9) agendo su detto leverismo (15 - 21).
