PANNELLO PERMEABILE ALLA LUCE, PARTICOLARMENTE PER LA REALIZZAZIONE DI COPERTURE O TAMPONAMENTI O FINESTRATURE DI EDIFICI INDUSTRIALI, COMMERCIALI, CIVILI O SIMILI" LIGHT PERMEABLE PANEL, PARTICULARLY FOR THE CREATION OF ROOFS OR CLADDINGS OR WINDOWS OF INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, CIVIL OR SIMILAR BUILDINGS "
D E S C R I Z I O N E DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a panel which is permeable to light, particularly for the construction of roofing or curtain walls or windows of industrial, commercial, civil buildings or the like.
As is known, to make light sockets in roofs of buildings for industrial or commercial use, sheets of synthetic material, transparent or translucent, are generally used, which can be in polyester reinforced with glass fibers (PRFV) or in PVC, PMMA , PC or other. These sheets, which allow the passage of light, can have different drawbacks respectively: they can be poorly insulating as regards thermal resistance, they can have problems of premature degradation, they can have problems of thermal expansion and consequent breakages of the product, they can be poorly resistant to atmospheric agents, they can be poorly resistant to particular acids, they can be poorly resistant to shocks such as those caused by hail.
In some cases they can overcome some of these drawbacks but at very important costs that limit their diffusion.
The aim of the present invention is to provide a panel that is permeable to light, particularly for the construction of roofing or curtain walls or windows of industrial, commercial, civil or similar buildings, which overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks and which, in addition to ensuring good transmission of light, ensure good thermal insulation.
Within the scope of this aim, an object of the invention is to provide a light permeable panel which can be produced with commonly available materials so as to be competitive in price and therefore to have a wide diffusion.
Another object of the invention is to provide a panel which is permeable to light which has good resistance to atmospheric agents.
A further object of the invention is to provide a panel which is permeable to light which has a good mechanical resistance.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a panel which is permeable to light which is easy to install and which does not require slots or special measures to compensate for its thermal expansion.
This task, as well as these and other purposes which will appear better later, are achieved by a panel permeable to light, particularly for the construction of roofing or curtain walls or windows of industrial, commercial, civil or similar buildings, characterized in that it comprises at least two layers, permeable to light, superimposed, respectively: a first layer of synthetic material intended to be turned towards the outside of the building and a second layer of synthetic material having a structure composed of a plurality of bubbles containing a gas.
Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi del trovato risulteranno maggiormente dalla descrizione di una forma di esecuzione preferita, ma non esclusiva, del pannello secondo il trovato, illustrata, a titolo indicativo e non limitativo, negli allegati disegni, in cui: Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment of the panel according to the invention, illustrated, by way of non-limiting example, in the attached drawings, in which:
la figura 1 illustra il pannello secondo il trovato in vista prospettica; Figure 1 is a perspective view of the panel according to the invention;
la figura 2 illustra il pannello secondo il trovato in vista prospettica e parzialmente sezionato per evidenziare gli strati che lo compongono ; Figure 2 illustrates the panel according to the invention in a perspective view and partially sectioned to highlight the layers that make it up;
la figura 3 illustra il pannello secondo il trovato sezionato in un piano perpendicolare alle sue due facce di maggiore estensione; Figure 3 is a sectional view of the panel according to the invention in a plane perpendicular to its two faces of greater extension;
Figure 4 illustrates an enlarged detail of Figure 3.
With reference to the aforementioned figures, the panel according to the invention, generally indicated by the reference number 1, comprises at least two layers 2, 3 which are permeable to light and which are superimposed on each other, respectively: a first layer 2, in synthetic material, which is intended to be turned towards the outside of the building in which the panel according to the invention is used and a second layer 3, made of synthetic material, which has a structure composed of a plurality of bubbles 5 containing a gas, preferably consisting of air.
Preferably, in addition to the layers 2 and 3, a third layer 4 is provided which is applied to the face of the second layer 3 opposite to the first layer 2 in such a way that the second layer 3 is interposed between the first layer 2 and the third layer 4 The third layer 4 is intended to be turned towards the inside of the building and is also made of synthetic material permeable to light.
Conveniently, the various layers 2, 3, 4 that make up the panel according to the invention are assembled together by gluing.
More particularly, the first layer 2 and the third layer 4 are constituted by composite material (PRFV) sheets of thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced with glass fibers.
Preferably, the first layer 2 is constituted by a corrugated plate, as illustrated, or corrugated, in such a way as to increase its resistance to bending. If necessary, however, also the first layer 2 can be constituted by a flat plate.
The third layer 4 is preferably constituted by a flat plate.
The second layer 3 is preferably constituted by a plurality of sheets, in polyethylene or polypropylene or polyamide or others, superimposed in which the bubbles 5 are defined by thermoforming and which are joined to each other by heat sealing.
In particular, the second layer 3 can be constituted by a plurality of sheets of a material known commercially with the names "pluriball" or "multiball" or "airball" or "bubblewrap" or other.
Depending on the requirements and the type of use, the panel according to the invention can have a flat plate conformation, as illustrated, or a curved plate. The curved conformation can be obtained simply by using, as the first layer 2, a curved plate and centering the remaining layers 3 and 4 on the desired radius.
The panel according to the invention, being composed of layers which are transparent or semitransparent or translucent, is permeable to light and therefore can be used, similarly to traditional GRP sheets, to provide light to the rooms of a building. The presence of the second layer ensures good thermal insulation which limits the passage of heat from the outside to the inside in the summer season and the dispersion of heat outside the building in the winter season, allowing significant savings in costs for air conditioning and for space heating.
La lastra che costituisce il primo strato 2 presenta : The slab constituting the first layer 2 has:
-un'ottima resistenza alla corrosione da parte di molti acidi provenienti da trasformazioni chimiche; -un'ottima resistenza alla corrosione dei sali o smog presenti in natura; - excellent resistance to corrosion by many acids from chemical transformations; - excellent resistance to corrosion of salts or smog present in nature;
-un'ottima resistenza alle intemperie; - excellent resistance to bad weather;
-un'ottima resistenza all'urto in particolare agli urti della grandine; - excellent resistance to impact, in particular to the impacts of hail;
-un'ottima resistenza agli agenti atmosferici quali l'abrasione del vento; - excellent resistance to atmospheric agents such as wind abrasion;
-un'ottima resistenza meccanica di portata della neve ; - excellent mechanical resistance of snow capacity;
- an excellent UV filter for the underlying environments.
The plate which constitutes the third layer 4 protects the panel against infiltration of dust or dirt and defines the support side of the panel. This plate also obtains a satisfactory aesthetic effect on the side of the panel facing the internal environment.
In practice it has been found that the panel according to the invention fully achieves the intended aim as it has good permeability to light and ensures good thermal insulation.
Furthermore, as it is obtained by simply assembling products that are easily available on the market, its cost is highly competitive.
This condition allows its distribution as an energy-saving product in a more widespread way and also applicable to buildings where the economic aspect would exclude the use of other products. In fact, thanks to the presence of the second layer, levels of thermal insulation are ensured which would otherwise not be achievable with the sheets, of different nature, with single walls, currently used to create light points in buildings.
A further advantage of the panel according to the invention is that it does not require, during the installation phase, the execution of slots or the adoption of other measures aimed at compensating thermal expansion since, thanks to its reduced coefficient of thermal expansion, it can withstand wide thermal excursions without being damaged or broken.
Although the panel according to the invention has been conceived for the construction of roofs in industrial, commercial, agricultural, civil buildings, it can also be used with excellent results as an infill panel or for making windows.
The panel thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept; moreover, all the details can be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.
In practice, the materials used, provided they are compatible with the specific use and unless otherwise specified above, as well as the dimensions, may be any according to the requirements and the state of the art.
