R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Extensible support (1), according to claim 1, characterized in that said actuation means (5) comprise an actuation element (7) arranged inside said telescopic rod (4) and connected to an end component (6c ) of the telescopic rod (4) defining the end of the telescopic rod (4) opposite to said support element (2), said actuation element (7) being movable along said telescopic rod (4) to effect the displacement said end component (6c) of the telescopic rod (4) approaching or moving away relative to said support element (2).
