Claims (1)

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1.- Divisore di camera (20), in particolare per una camera di degenza, comprendente: - un elemento di supporto (21); - uno schermo (43), il quale à ̈ portato dal detto elemento di supporto (21) ed à ̈ mobile tra una configurazione chiusa ed una configurazione distesa; nella configurazione distesa, il detto schermo (43) estendendosi lungo un piano verticale per separare due spazi nella camera; caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere mezzi di accoppiamento (24) per accoppiare il detto elemento di supporto (43) ad una struttura fissa in modo mobile tra: - una posizione verticale, nella quale il detto schermo (43) rimane nella configurazione chiusa, ed - una posizione orizzontale, nella quale il detto elemento di supporto (24) si estende a sbalzo ed il detto schermo (43) può essere abbassato dalla configurazione chiusa alla configurazione distesa e viceversa. 2.- Divisore di camera secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che i detti mezzi di accoppiamento (24) comprendono: - almeno una guida verticale (26) atta ad essere fissata alla detta struttura fissa; - almeno una slitta (27) accoppiata in maniera scorrevole alla detta guida verticale (26); e - mezzi di collegamento di rotazione (29), che collegano il detto elemento di supporto (21) alla detta slitta (27) in modo girevole attorno ad un asse orizzontale (32), il quale à ̈ disposto in basso quando l’elemento di supporto (21) à ̈ in posizione verticale. 3.- Divisore di camera secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzato dal fatto che i detti mezzi di accoppiamento (24) comprendono almeno un elemento di guida (33) per guidare il detto elemento di supporto (21) tra le posizioni verticale ed orizzontale con una traiettoria definita rispetto alla detta struttura fissa. 4.- Divisore di camera secondo la rivendicazione 3, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto elemento di guida à ̈ definito da un tirante (33) incernierato ad una porzione intermedia del detto elemento di supporto (21) ed atto ad essere incernierato alla detta struttura fissa, attorno a rispettivi assi (34,35) paralleli al detto asse orizzontale (32). 5.- Divisore di camera secondo la rivendicazione 3 o 4, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere: - almeno un contrappeso (40) mobile in direzione verticale; - una carrucola di rinvio (41); - una fune (37) che lega il detto contrappeso (40) alla detta slitta (27) ed à ̈ avvolta sulla detta carrucola di rinvio (41). 6.- Divisore di camera secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto schermo (43) costituisce parte di una tenda avvolgibile (22) o di una persiana avvolgibile. 7.- Divisore di camera secondo la rivendicazione 6, caratterizzato dal fatto che la detta tenda avvolgibile o persiana avvolgibile à ̈ montata su una superficie posteriore (23) del detto elemento di supporto (21), e dal fatto che il detto elemento di supporto (21) comprende una porzione intermedia avete una feritoia, in cui il detto schermo (43) scorre quando viene avvolto/svolto tra le configurazioni distesa e chiusa. 8.- Divisore di camera secondo la rivendicazione 7, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto schermo (43) costituisce parte di una tenda avvolgibile (22) avente una stecca (46) calzata su un bordo del detto schermo (43); la detta stecca (46) avendo larghezza maggiore di quella della detta feritoia per rimanere davanti alla detta feritoia quando il detto schermo (43) à ̈ avvolto nella configurazione chiusa. 9.- Elemento di arredo (1) comprendente: - un divisore di camera (20) realizzato secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti; - un armadietto (2) definente la detta struttura fissa ed avente un alloggiamento (9), il quale à ̈ allungato in direzione verticale ed ospita almeno parte del detto divisore di camera (20) quando il detto elemento di supporto (21) à ̈ disposto in posizione verticale. 10.- Elemento di arredo secondo la rivendicazione 9, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere: - almeno un comodino (15); - almeno un braccio di supporto (16) comprendente una prima estremità incernierata ad una porzione inferiore (17) del detto armadietto (2) attorno ad un asse verticale (18), ed una seconda estremità, la quale à ̈ opposta alla prima estremità e porta il detto comodino (15) in maniera girevole attorno ad un ulteriore asse verticale (19). 11.- Elemento di arredo secondo la rivendicazione 9 o 10, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto armadietto (2) à ̈ un pensile fissato a muro. 12.- Elemento di arredo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 9 a 11, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto armadietto (2) comprende apparecchi di illuminazione per cromoterapia (14). 13.- Elemento di arredo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 9 a 12, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto armadietto (2) comprende una base (12) portante almeno un apparecchio di illuminazione per orientamento notturno. 14.- Elemento di arredo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 9 a 13, caratterizzato dal fatto che il detto armadietto (2) comprende almeno una parete laterale portante una pluralità di prese di alimentazione elettrica (7) posizionate a diverse altezze.R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1.- Room divider (20), in particular for a hospital room, comprising: - a support element (21); - at least one slide (27) slidingly coupled to said vertical guide (26); And - rotation connection means (29), which connect the said support element (21) to the said slide (27) in a rotatable way around a horizontal axis (32), which is arranged at the bottom when the element support (21) is in a vertical position. 3.- Chamber divider according to Claim 2, characterized in that the said coupling means (24) comprise at least one guide element (33) for guiding the said support element (21) between the vertical and horizontal positions with a trajectory defined with respect to said fixed structure. 4.- Room divider according to claim 3, characterized in that said guide element is defined by a tie rod (33) hinged to an intermediate portion of said support element (21) and adapted to be hinged to said structure fixed, around respective axes (34,35) parallel to said horizontal axis (32). 5.- Room divider according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that it comprises: - at least one counterweight (40) movable in the vertical direction; - a return pulley (41); - a rope (37) which binds the said counterweight (40) to the said slide (27) and is wound on the said return pulley (41). 6.- Room divider according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said screen (43) forms part of a roller blind (22) or a roller shutter. 7.- Room divider according to claim 6, characterized in that the said roller blind or roller shutter is mounted on a rear surface (23) of the said support element (21), and in that the said support element (21) comprises an intermediate portion having a slot, in which said screen (43) slides when wound / unwound between the extended and closed configurations. 8.- Room divider according to Claim 7, characterized in that said screen (43) forms part of a roller blind (22) having a slat (46) fitted on one edge of said screen (43); the said slat (46) having a greater width than that of the said slot to remain in front of the said slot when the said screen (43) is wrapped in the closed configuration. 9.- Furniture element (1) comprising: - a room divider (20) made according to any one of the preceding claims; - a cabinet (2) defining the said fixed structure and having a housing (9), which is elongated in the vertical direction and houses at least part of the said room divider (20) when the said support element (21) is placed in a vertical position. 10.- Furniture element according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises: - at least one bedside table (15); - at least one support arm (16) comprising a first end hinged to a lower portion (17) of said cabinet (2) around a vertical axis (18), and a second end, which is opposite to the first end and carries said bedside table (15) in a rotatable manner around a further vertical axis (19). 11.- Furniture element according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized by the fact that said cabinet (2) is a wall unit fixed to the wall. 12.- Furnishing element according to any one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in that said cabinet (2) comprises lighting devices for chromotherapy (14). 13.- Furniture element according to any one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that said cabinet (2) comprises a base (12) carrying at least one lighting device for night orientation. 14.- Furniture element according to any one of claims 9 to 13, characterized in that said cabinet (2) comprises at least one side wall carrying a plurality of electrical power sockets (7) positioned at different heights.
