DESCRIZIONE
Il presente trovato ha come oggetto un metodo di giunzione impermeabile, particolarmente per tessuti laminati aventi membrana interna ed una struttura complessa in corrispondenza del lato di unione (fleece - pile) o per tessuti con pelo alzato (Single/Double side fleece).
Sono da tempo noti ed utilizzati prodotti tessili compositi ottenuti per rivestimento o laminazione di materiali tessili con strato di membrana-barriera al fine di realizzare tessuti impermeabili ai liquidi.
I suddetti prodotti sono denominati "laminati" e sono comunemente impiegati per la produzione di indumenti protettivi o altri rodotti im ermeabili ai li uidi.
I tessuti laminati sono formati da due o più strati di cui almeno uno à ̈ una membrana-barriera.
La figura 1 mostra un laminato tri-strato (soft shell), che à ̈ quello di uso più comune, e che à ̈ costituito da un tessuto esterno 1 , da una membrana-barriera 2 e da una struttura tessile complessa 3 (fleece -pile) che costituisce lo strato interno.
II tessuto 1 à ̈ uno strato tessile di diversi tipi che può o non può comprendere un materiale tessile complesso.
La membrana-barriera 2 Ã ̈ una pellicola di materiale sintetico con la caratteristica di essere traspirabile ai liquidi in un senso (dall'interno verso l'esterno) ed impermeabile in senso opposto.
Con il termine struttura tessile, ovvero lo strato interno 3 (fleece - pile), si intende un tessile variamente lavorato (sagomatura, incisioni, rilievi, ecc.) oppure una struttura fibrosa o a filamenti che può includere materiali tessuti o non tessuti, maglie, materiali spazzolati, garzati, cardati ecc.
I tessuti laminati sono attualmente utilizzati per ottenere indumenti, rivestimenti ed altri prodotti impermeabili ai liquidi ma traspirabili.
Questi prodotti sono chiamati "Soft Shell" o "guscio morbido" perché devono avere giunzioni flessibili e morbide, materiali tessili complessi durevoli all'esterno e morbidi all'interno al fine di fornire al tatto e all'indossatore vestibilità e confort.
Tutto ciò à ̈ stato finora ottenuto con lavorazioni e metodi complessi che attualmente comportano asportazione di materiale e riporto di nastri sigillanti.
Sono noti sul mercato prodotti tessili laminati che hanno la caratteristica di essere impermeabili ai liquidi dall'esterno ma traspirabili dall'interno verso l'esterno:
E' altresì noto che nell'industria, ed in particolare in quella dell'abbigliamento, esiste la necessità di utilizzare una tecnica affidabile, efficace ed economica per unire due o più pannelli dei suddetti materiali tessili laminati al fine di ottenere una costruzione complessa che formi una giunzione, unione o cucitura e che abbia le caratteristiche di impermeabilità permanente, unitamente ad una buona flessibilità e morbidezza.
Tuttavia sono state incontrate notevoli difficoltà nel creare una giunzione impermeabile su tessuti laminati a due, tre o più strati aventi una struttura tessile complessa sullo strato di rivestimento interno.
Queste difficoltà sono dovute a diversi fattori.
Innanzitutto, i liquidi penetrano nei tessili per "effetto stoppino" o per capillarità .
Inoltre non à ̈ possibile fermare i liquidi con una applicazione esterna al tessuto tramite sigillanti adesivi più o meno fluidi in quanto sarebbe richiesta una impregnazione totale nella sola zona di sigillatura.
Tale operazione à ̈ difficile da realizzare e comporta una rigidità non accettabile della parte.
I singoli fili utilizzati per gli strati tessili in effetti sono costituiti da una pluralità di filamenti, come à ̈ schematicamente illustrato in figura 2, i quali creano tra loro degli interstizi non sigillabili dall'esterno con procedimenti tradizionali attraverso i quali i liquidi vengono assorbiti per "effetto stoppino", per capillarità o per trafilamento.
Le soluzioni attualmente adottate rendono indispensabile il passaggio attraverso tre distinte fasi di lavorazione: queste ultime consistono in una preparazione dei tessuti, nell'unione dei tessuti e nella sigillatura dell'unione.
Per quanto riguarda la preparazione del tessuto, considerando quanto detto sopra circa il passaggio dei liquidi attraverso le fibre tessili, si rende necessaria l'asportazione dello strato interno del materiale tessile complesso nell'area di sigillatura, al fine di raggiungere la superficie dello strato barriera protettiva, che à ̈ la parte impermeabile.
La figura 3 illustra l'operazione di rasatura o di scarnificazione la quale può essere effettuata con diversi tipi di macchine e metodi (rasatrici, scarnificatrici, sabbiatrici, ecc.).
Per quanto riguarda l'unione dei tessuti, una volta preparati i pannelli come indicato, questi possono essere uniti usando diversi metodi, quali cuciture, ultrasuoni, alta frequenza ecc., ma avendo l'accortezza di lasciare in vista, ai lati del'unione, una porzione di barriera protettiva impermeabile.
Una volta effettuata l'unione dei pannelli si rende necessa- 1 ria la loro sigillatura.
Questa operazione viene effettuata con macchine nastratrici che applicano a caldo un nastro adesivo impermeabile sulla porzione di barriera protettiva lasciata libera ai lati della zona di unione.
In tale modo la giunzione viene sigillata e sarà impermeabile.
La figura 4 illustra l'unione con cucitura ripiegata.
La figura 5 illustra l'unione con cucitura semplice.
La figura 6 illustra l'unione con taglio ad ultrasuoni o ad alta frequenza.
Nelle suddette figure il numero di riferimento 1 indica il tessuto esterno, 2 Ã ̈ la barriera protettiva, 3 il tessuto complesso interno e con il numero 4 Ã ̈ identificato il nastro adesivo impermeabile .
Come si può notare , la sigillatura à ̈ ottenuta in quanto il nastro adesivo aderisce alla barriera protettiva impermeabile, in precedenza scoperchiata.
Quanto descritto costituisce il meglio che oggi viene proposto nel settore delle giunzioni impermeabili, eseguite su tessuti laminati bi o tristrato (2-Layers, 3-Layers).
I sistemi attuali di produzione richiedono quindi tre fasi, preparazione, unione, e sigillatura, da effettuarsi ognuna in una o più operazioni.
La prima operazione di rasatura à ̈ molto delicata in quanto, durante questa lavorazione, à ̈ facile intaccare la membrana barriera o lasciare parti di fibre tessili.
Il risultato finale della giunzione à ̈ di notevole spessore compromettendo in parte la flessibilità e la morbidezza.
Questi tipi di giunzione comportano forature del tessuto, nelle giunzioni cucite, con apporto di filati che poi devono essere sigillati.
E' inoltre necessario utilizzare diversi tipi di macchine e materiali supplementari (filati, nastri adesivi impermeabili) il che fa aumentare lo spessore, la rigidità e il costo della giunzione.
Compito del presente trovato à ̈ quello di realizzare una giunzione impermeabile pratica ed economica da eseguirsi su tessuti laminati bistrato oppure tristrato, con una struttura tessile complessa sul lato interno di unione.
Nell'ambito di questo compito, uno scopo del trovato à ̈ quello di realizzare una struttura di giunzione effettuata mediante saldatura, senza utilizzare per l'esecuzione scarniture, rasature, nastrature ed unioni mediante cuciture, ultrasuoni od alta frequenza.
Un ulteriore scopo del trovato à ̈ quello di rendere possibile la realizzazione di indumenti protettivi e non , scarpe, equipaggiamenti tecnici e di arredamento, ecc. in modo economico, sicuro, piacevole alla vista, al tatto e aN'indosso, aventi la caratteristica dell'impermeabilità e del minimo spessore.
Un altro scopo del presente trovato à ̈ quello di realizzare una struttura che, per le sue peculiari caratteristiche realizzative, sia in grado di assicurare le più ampie garanzie di affidabilità e di sicurezza nell'uso.
Questo ed altri scopi, che meglio appariranno evidenziati in seguito, sono raggiunti da una giunzione impermeabile, particolarmente per tessuti laminati tristrato aventi una struttura complessa nel lato di unione (Soft Shell) o per tessuti laminati bistrato (Hard Shell) o con pelo alzato su uno o due lati (single/double side fleece).
Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi dell'oggetto del presente trovato risulteranno maggiormente evidenziati attraverso un esame della descrizione di una forma di realizzazione preferita, ma non esclusiva, del trovato, illustrata a titolo indicativo e non limitativo nei disegni allegati, in cui:
la figura 1 à ̈ una vista in sezione di un laminato tri-strato; la figura 2 illustra un singolo filo costituito da una pluralità di filamenti;
la figura 3 illustra l'operazione di rasatura o scarnificazione;
la figura 4 illustra l'unione con cucitura ripiegata e nastratura;
la figura 5 illustra l'unione con cucitura semplice e nastratura;
la figura 6 illustra l'unione con taglio ad ultrasuoni o ad alta frequenza e nastratura;
la figura 7 illustra la fase di cauterizzazione secondo il presente trovato - (figura 7a sul diritto e figura 7b sul rovescio del tessuto);
la figura 8 illustra la fase di taglio inclinato secondo il presente trovato (figura 8a sul diritto e figura 8b sul rovescio del tessuto);
la figura 9 illustra la fase di deposito dell'adesivo secondo il presente trovato (figura 9a sul diritto, figura 9b sul rovescio, figura 9c sul rovescio del tessuto con adesivo sporgente);
la figura 10 illustra la fase di assemblaggio con saldatura secondo il presente trovato;
la figura 1 1 illustra la fase di assemblaggio con saldatura e adesivo sporgente secondo il presente trovato.
Con particolare riferimento ai simboli numerici delle suddette figure, il metodo di giunzione, secondo il trovato, prevede per l'esecuzione della giunzione stessa due sole fasi di lavoro: una di preparazione dei tessuti ed una di unione con sigillatura, senza la necessità di apportare altri materiali sotto forma di filati o nastri adesivi sigillanti da applicarsi in modo visibile esternamente al tessuto.
Il metodo in oggetto permette la produzione di indumenti protettivi impermeabili e molte altre categorie di prodotti con caratteristiche tecniche non ottenibili con le tecnologie attualmente esistenti.
La preparazione dei tessuti comprende tre fasi di lavora zione: fase di cauterizzazione, fase di taglio e fase di applicazione dell'adesivo.
Le tre fasi suddette possono essere eseguite da una speciale macchina che à ̈ in grado di effettuarle in una sola passata ed in sequenza.
Tale macchina à ̈, come impostazione e posto di lavoro, assimilabile ad una macchina da cucire o ad una nastratrice che svolge in sequenza ed in spazi ridottissimi le tre fasi di lavorazione.
La fase di cauterizzazione, illustrata in figura 7, à ̈ la prima fase della lavorazione e serve a modificare la struttura tessile della superficie interessata, mediante un trattamento localizzato effettuato con uno o più getti di aria surriscaldata ad una temperatura variabile dai 200° ai 350° centigradi e ad una pressione di 1.5 - 2.5 Bar.
Questo trattamento a caldo può essere effettuato su tessuti laminati complessi (bi o tristrato) su uno o entrambe i lati o su uno strato di tessuto che in superficie si presenti sia liscio sia con il pelo alzato o con delle lavorazioni in rilievo.
Nel primo caso la cauterizzazione, illustrata nella figura 7, modifica completamente la struttura delle fibre superficiali in quanto vengono portate allo stato plastico, appiattite ed in parte asportate mediante aspirazione.
Nel secondo caso (tessuto) viene eliminata la peluria superficiale, e il tessuto risulta liscio e compatto.
In questa fase, i getti d'aria surriscaldata vengono localizzati solo nella zona interessata utilizzando temperature portate e pressioni necessarie per ottenere la cauterizzazione della superficie trattata.
La fase di cauterizzazione permette di modificare e di compattare io strato tessile interessato predisponendolo all'operazione di saldatura/sigillatura in quanto la superficie così ottenuta non si presta al passaggio dei liquidi e la presa dell'adesivo non sarà su dei filamenti che offrirebbero poca tenuta meccanica ( i filamenti sono deboli), ma su una superficie consistente e quindi con una buona tenuta meccanica allo strappo.
La cauterizzazione permette inoltre una riduzione degli spessori particolarmente utile nei tessuti con pelo alzato e quindi migliore piacevolezza al tatto e all'indosso.
La fase di taglio, illustrata in figura 8, viene effettuata immediatamente dopo la precedente, e comprende l'esecuzione di un taglio inclinato sul tessuto.
Il taglio può essere fatto dall'interno verso l'esterno o viceversa e può essere eseguito su un materiale al naturale o cauterizzato.
Il taglio può essere effettuato su qualsiasi tipo di tessuto, laminato, pelle, similpelle, sky, ecc.
Questa fase di lavorazione, tramite le regolazioni della macchina, può adattarsi ai diversi spessori del tessuto, può mo dificare l'angolo di taglio dai 20 ai 45 gradi e di conseguenza anche la sua lunghezza.
Risulta evidente da quanto esposto che, effettuando un taglio inclinato, la superficie del o dei singoli strati viene esposta all'esterno in modo più o meno ampio in funzione dello spessore del tessuto e dell'angolo di taglio e comunque in modo più ampio ed inclinato, rispetto ad un taglio ortogonale.
Un altro effetto del taglio inclinato à ̈ quello di raccordare i gradini che si vorrebbero a creare in una giunzione realizzata con taglio ortogonale; questo rende la giunzione più piacevole all'indosso e al tatto.
Nella fase di applicazione dell'adesivo la macchina applica al tessuto una pellicola adesiva con il suo supporto cartaceo o plastico.
Detta applicazione deve risultare precisa come posizione e viene effettuata a caldo con temperature da 120° a 160°, ma con modalità tali da assicurare il trasferimento della pellicola adesiva sul tessuto senza che risulti fusa.
La suddetta pellicola adesiva avrà spessori da 80 a 200 micron con larghezza da 8 a 20 mm potrà essere posta sul diritto o sul rovescio del tessuto (dipende da come viene effettuato il taglio) nelle posizioni e nelle dimensioni desiderate sia su tessuti allo stato naturale che cauterizzati.
Come si può notare esaminando le figure 9a e 9b, l'adesivo viene posizionato solo sul taglio oppure può eccedere da zero a 5 mm sia nella parte interna che esterna al taglio (figura 9c).
Come si à ̈ detto in precedenza, e si à ̈ illustrato nella figura 9, l'adesivo può essere applicato nella dimensione e posizione desiderata con o senza parti eccedenti il taglio ed il tessuto.
Va inoltre precisato che esistono molteplici pellicole adesive con diverse caratteristiche, composizioni e spessori, per potersi adattare a tessuti, materiali, e richieste tecniche ed estetiche del mercato; vi sono ad esempio, pellicole colorate, rifrangenti, personalizzate, ecc.
Come si à ̈ descritto sopra, le fasi di preparazione previste ed utilizzabili per la preparazione del tessuto cono tre: cauterizzazione (fase A), taglio (fase B), applicazione adesivo (fase C).
E' possibile annullare a piacimento una o due fasi di lavorazione per cui si avranno le seguenti combinazioni: A - B - C -AB - AC - BC - ABC.
E' possibile adattarsi ai diversi tipi e spessori dei tessuti variando anche l'angolo di taglio ed à ̈ possibile applicare la pellicola adesiva nelle dimensioni e posizione voluta, anche eccedente il tessuto.
Tutte le fasi possono essere eseguite con una macchina che effettua in sequenza ed in unica passata le tre lavorazioni con una velocità di lavorazione da 1 a 3 metri al minuto.
Inoltre, prima di entrare nei dettagli delle giunzioni che possono essere realizzate, riteniamo opportuno fare alcune precisazioni fisico-meccaniche-estetiche sui tessuti, sulla cauterizzazione, sul taglio inclinato e sulla adesivazione.
I procedimenti e le lavorazioni descritte possono essere interessanti, in alcune delle loro parti, per tutti i tessuti ed in alcuni casi anche per altri materiali, ma in particolare sono stati studiati per risolvere il problema delle giunzioni impermeabili o non sui tessuti aventi la o le superfici esterne con il pelo alzato (pile, fleece, garzati, cardati, velluti, non tessuti, volumizzati, ecc.) Questi tipi di tessuti possono essere del tipo laminato (2/3 strati) con pellicola barriera per indumenti impermeabili ai liquidi, oppure di tipo classico senza pellicola barriera impermeabile.
Volendo fare una giunzione per adesivazione in entrambe i casi si verifica il fatto che la tenuta meccanica non à ̈ buona in quanto l'adesivazione interessa lo strato superficiale del tessuto (quello con il pelo alzato) e di conseguenza la tenuta meccanica della giunzione non à ̈ relativa alla adesivazione ma dipende dalla resistenza delle fibre superficiali che non à ̈ mai accettabile.
Nel caso di una giunzione impermeabile, come già detto in precedenza, lo strato a pelo alzato trasporta i liquidi per effetto stoppino, trafilamento o capillarità .
La cauterizzazione à ̈ un trattamento a caldo che porta allo stato plastico e cauterizza le fibre tessili che compongono lo strato esterno dei tessuti con pelo alzato e che dosando opportunamente la portata, la velocità e la temperatura dell'aria, stacca ed asporta i residui della cauterizzazione.
In corrispondenza di questo trattamento le fibre tessili cambiano completamente la loro struttura o vengono asportate riducendo lo spessore, e presentando una superficie robusta e adatta ad una giunzione per adesivazione che così realizzata precluderà il passaggio dei liquidi ed avrà una forte resistenza allo strappo.
La caratteristica del taglio, secondo la presente invenzione, à ̈ che non viene effettuata in modo ortogonale, ma inclinato rispetto al tessuto e di conseguenza anche i filati che lo compongono; ha inoltre la possibilità di variare l'inclinazione e di adeguarsi ai vari spessori di tessuti o materiali.
Effettuando questo tipo di taglio si ottengono gli obiettivi di raccordare e sigillare le giunzioni ottenute per adesivazione.
Per quanto riguarda il raccordo tra le due parti, risulta evidente che il taglio inclinato rispetto a quello ortogonale risulta più regolare, meno spigolato, più piacevole al tatto e all'indosso.
Per quanto riguarda le giunzioni impermeabili, si ottiene una sigillatura di testa delle fibre tessili che, unitamente alla cauterizzazione, permette l'esecuzione delle giunzioni impermeabili.
Quanto descritto à ̈ illustrato nelle figure 10 e 1 1 che mostrano una giunzione smussata con giunzione sigillata di testa.
Come in precedenza descritto, nella procedura di preparazione dei tessuti viene applicata una pellicola adesiva con le modalità e con le caratteristiche in precedenza descritte.
Questa applicazione a caldo viene effettuata con delle modalità che permettono il trasferimento della pellicola adesiva dal suo supporto al tessuto, ma senza che avvenga la sua fusione.
L'operazione finale di unione mediante adesivazione tra due o più pannelli (giunzione) avviene in una fase successiva con macchine di vario tipo.
Si possono utilizzare adesivatrici in continuo, a nastro, a carosello, a braccio, ecc.
Le suddette macchine, già presenti sul mercato, sono di vari tipi e forme, ma in comune hanno la caratteristica di applicare sulla giunzione una certa temperatura da 120° a 180°, con una certa pressione da 0,2 a 0,5 kg/cm 2 e per un certo tempo da 5 a 15 secondi.
Come detto in precedenza ed utilizzando le tecnologie descritte, Ã ̈ possibile effettuare delle giunzioni sia su tessuti classici con pelo alzato su uno o due lati (single/double side fleece), che su tessuti tecnici pluristrato con membrana protettiva (Soft Shell - Hard Shell).
Nel primo caso si otterranno giunzioni con uno spessore minimo, morbido, piacevole e senza asperità ; nel secondo caso, alle precedenti caratteristiche si aggiunge anche l'impermeabilità ai liquidi senza l'uso di filati e di nastri adesivi sigillanti.
Si à ̈ in pratica constatato che il trovato raggiunge il compito e gli scopi prefissati.
Si à ̈ infatti realizzato un nuovo, perfezionato e semplificato procedimento per sigillare in modo impermeabile, affidabile e duraturo le giunzioni tra due o più pannelli di tessuti laminati aventi una struttura tessile complessa (Soft/Hard Shell).
Lo stesso metodo rende possibile l'unione su tessuti classici a pelo alzato (pelo di cammello, garzati, velluti. Single/Double side fleece, ecc.) al fine di ottenere giunzioni senza cuciture e senza avere sovraspessori dovuti alla sovrapposizione di più strati di tessuto.
La presente invenzione raggiunge l'obiettivo di rendere possibile la realizzazione pratica ed economica di una giunzione impermeabile da eseguirsi su tessuti laminati bi o tristrato aventi una struttura tessile complessa sul lato di unione,
Detta giunzione avviene mediante saldatura, senza utilizzare per l'esecuzione scarniture, rasature, nastrature ed unioni mediante cuciture, ultrasuoni od alta frequenza.
La struttura della presente invenzione rende possibile la realizzazione di indumenti protettivi e non, scarpe, equipaggiamenti tecnici e di arredamento, ecc. in modo economico, sicuro, piacevole alla vista, al tatto e all'indosso, aventi la caratteristica dell'impermeabilità e del minimo spessore. Nel caso dei tessuti classici del minimo spessore.
Naturalmente i materiali impiegati, nonché le dimensioni, potranno essere qualsiasi, secondo le esigenze.
Claims (10)
- R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1 . Metodo di giunzione impermeabile, particolarmente per tessuti laminati aventi una struttura complessa nel lato di unione o per tessuti con pelo alzato caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere una fase di preparazione dei tessuti ed una fase di unione con saldatura e sigillatura; la preparazione dei tessuti comprende tre fasi di lavorazione: una fase di cauterizzazione, una fase di taglio ed una fase di applicazione dell'adesivo.
- 2. Metodo di giunzione, secondo la rivendicazione 1 , caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di cauterizzazione modifica la struttura tessile della superficie interessata, mediante un trattamento localizzato effettuato con un getto di aria surriscaldato; la fase di cauterizzazione può essere effettuata su tessuti laminati complessi (bi o tristrato) con o senza pelo (fleece, pile, garzati, spazzolati, non tessuti) o su uno strato di tessuto che in superficie si presenti su uno o due lati con il pelo alzato (sinle/double side fleece). Nel caso di pelo alzato la cauterizzazione modifica completamente la struttura delle fibre superficiali in quanto vengono portate allo stato plastico, appiattite ed in parte asportate; nel caso del tessuto viene eliminata la peluria superficiale ed il tessuto risulta liscio e compatto; nella fase di cauterizzazione uno o più getti d'aria surriscaldata vengono localizzati solo nella zona interessata utilizzando le temperature e pressioni necessarie per ottenere la cauterizzazione, ma senza che questo trattamento vada ad interessare gli strati sottostanti.
- 3. Metodo di giunzione, secondo la rivendicarionel , caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di taglio viene effettuata immediatamente dopo la fase di cauterizzazione e comprende l'esecuzione di un taglio inclinato del tessuto; il taglio può essere fatto dall'interno verso l'esterno o viceversa e può essere fatto su un materiale al naturale o cauterizzato; il taglio può essere effettuato su qualsiasi tipo di tessuto, laminato, pelle, similpelle, sky, ecc.
- 4. Metodo di giunzione, secondo la rivendicazione 1 , caratterizzato dal fatto che nella fase di applicazione dell'adesivo, una macchina applica al tessuto una pellicola adesiva con il suo supporto cartaceo o plastico; detta applicazione deve risultare precisa come posizione, viene effettuata a caldo, ma con modalità tali da assicurare il trasferimento della pellicola adesiva sul tessuto senza che risulti fusa; la suddetta pellicola adesiva può essere posta sul diritto o sul rovescio del tessuto nelle posizioni e nelle dimensioni desiderate sia su tessuti allo stato naturale che cauterizzati; l'adesivo viene posizionato solo sul taglio oppure può eccedere sia nella parte interna che esterna del taglio.
- 5. Metodo di giunzione, secondo una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che le tre fasi suddette possono essere eseguite da una speciale macchina che à ̈ in grado di effettuarle in una sola passata ed in sequenza.
- 6. Metodo di giunzione, secondo una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto di utilizzare una sola pellicola adesiva per la saldatura di unione, senza l'impiego di nessun altro materiale.
- 7. Metodo di giunzione, secondo una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che lo stesso prevede di eseguire l'operazione finale di saldatura, utilizzando macchine per termosaldatura.
- 8. Metodo di giunzione , secondo una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto di avere come oggetto la realizzazione di prodotti con unioni impermeabili realizzati con tessuti laminati bi o tri strato (Hard/soft Shell), senza scarniture, rasature, giunzioni cucite o con ultrasuoni, senza nastrature.
- 9. Metodo di giunzione, secondo una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che lo stesso prevede la realizzazione di prodotti con unioni mediante tessuti a pelo alzato da uno o due lati (single/double side fleece) senza l'uso di cuciture.
- 10. Metodo di giunzione, secondo una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che lo stesso prevede la realizzazione di prodotti con unioni aventi giunzioni smussate e di spessore minimo.
