“USO DI UN MATERIALE IN TESSUTO NON-TESSUTO AVENTE UNA SUPERFICIE RIVESTITA CON MICROFIBRA PER LA PREPARAZIONE DI DISPOSITIVI PULENTIâ€
DESCRIZIONE
La presente invenzione riguarda Fuso di un tessuto non-tessuto avente una superficie rivestita con microfibra per la realizzazione di dispositivi pulenti, quali mop, panni tradizionali per pavimenti, per vetri, e per qualsiasi altra superficie.
In particolare la presente invenzione riguarda l’impiego nel settore della pulizia di materiali tessili compositi a “doppia faccia formati da uno strato superficiale di microfibra e uno strato di supporto in tessuto non-tessuto.
Nel settore della pulizia sono particolarmente apprezzati i materiali tessuto non tessuto completamente in microfibra poiché molto efficaci nel rimuovere lo sporco grazie alla finezza delle fibre che la compongono, di norma inferiore a 1 dtex. Per ottenere uno spessore sufficientemente alto per essere gradevole e maneggevole per l’utilizzo come panni per la pulizia, o ancora per la produzione di mop a fettucce, si deve aumentare di molto il peso per metro quadrato del materiale rendendolo quindi anti-economico per la quantità di fibre utilizzate. Inoltre aumentando in tal modo il peso del prodotto si ottengono costi elevati nella produzione in quanto per arrivare a coesionare le fibre all’interno dello strato del tessuto non tessuto sono necessari getti di acqua con alte pressioni durante il processo di idrointerlacciatura generalmente impiegato nella formazione di tessuti non tessuti in microfìbra.
L’utilizzo della microfìbra à ̈ stato anche recentemente introdotto nella realizzazione di panni a fettucce flessibili definiti “mop†ma più comunemente conosciuti con il nome “modo®â€ . In questi “mop†una piccola porzione superiore delle strisce più esterne à ̈ in microfìbra mentre la parte rimanente à ̈ realizzata con fibre aventi denaratura maggiore di 1 dtex (macrofibre). Questi materiali vengono realizzati accoppiando a caldo uno strato di microfìbra con uno strato di macrofibre, opzionalmente calandrando successivamente il bi-strato così ottenuto, dove ciascuno strato à ̈ stato preparato in precedenza secondo le rispettive tecniche note. Questo processo a caldo risulta tuttavia costoso dal punto di vista energetico nonché per futilizzo delle colle “hot meli†necessarie per permettere l’adesione dei due differenti strati. Inoltre l’accoppiamento per laminazione a caldo dei due differenti strati comporta una diminuzione anche dell’efficacia pulente della microfìbra in quanto il calore salda tra loro i filamenti della microfìbra diminuendo il loro numero e di conseguenza la capacità pulente dello strato in microfìbra.
Scopo della presente invenzione à ̈ trovare un materiale tessile da utilizzare nel settore della pulizia in grado di superare gli inconvenienti che la tecnica nota lamenta e che mostri un elevato potere pulente paragonabile alla microfibra, una buona consistenza meccanica ed integrità anche a bassi spessori, di costo minore rispetto alla microfibra in modo da potere essere utilizzato per realizzare qualsiasi dispositivo pulente.
Un ulteriore scopo à ̈ quello di trovare un tale materiale che mostri un migliorato potere pulente e abrasivo, anche in caso di microfibra a basso peso per metro quadrato.
Ancora un ulteriore scopo della presente invenzione à ̈ quello di utilizzare un tale materiale che sia pratico, economico.
La presente invenzione riguarda l’uso nella preparazione di dispositivi pulenti di un materiale tessile tessuto non-tessuto ad almeno due strati (di seguito definito anche a “doppia faccia†) di cui uno in microfìbra in cui detto strato di microfibra à ̈ supportato da uno strato in tessuto non tessuto in macrofibra, e sullo strato in microfibra sono preferibilmente presenti righe longitudinali alternate a rilievi o micro-rilievi.
Per “dispositivi pulenti†qui si intendono mop, spugnette, panni tradizionali per pavimenti, per vetri, e per qualsiasi altra superficie, etc.
Con il termine “microfibra†si intende definire fibre molto fini, generalmente sintetiche,.aventi un titolo uguale o minore di 1 dtex (UNI 10714-1999), cioà ̈ diecimila metri di una fibra pesano un grammo, mentre con il termine “macrofibre†qui si intendono le fibre aventi un titolo maggiore di 1 dtex.
Il suddetto materiale tessile a doppia faccia à ̈ ottenuto effettuando una prima fase di agugliatura di un materassino formato da almeno uno strato di velo cardato di macrofìbre e almeno uno strato di velo cardato di microfibra, e successivamente trattando il materassino agugliato con tecnologia “spunlace/hydroentangled†con getti d’acqua ad alta pressione per l’apertura delle microfibre in filamenti, dove agugliatura ed il successivo trattamento vengono eseguiti ed applicati dallo stesso lato in microfibra, cioà ̈ sulla superficie libera dello strato in microfibra del materassino.
Lo strato di macrofìbre da utilizzarsi nella fase di agugliatura può essere pre-agugliato, agugliato oppure anche solamente essere costituito da una pluralità di veli affaldati o cardati. L’effetto dell’ utilizzo dello strato di macrofìbre si raggiunge purché al di sopra di detto strato in macrofibra venga deposto uno strato di veli di microfibre e che l’agugliatura successiva venga effettuata solo da questo lato in microfibra.
Sia la fase di agugliatura meccanica che la fase di interlacciatura ad acqua vengono realizzate secondo tecnica nota. In particolare per Γ interlacciatura ad acqua si veda ad esempio US 3,485,706 oppure quanto descritto nella domanda di brevetto EP 1359241 qui incorporata integralmente per riferimento.
In pratica con la prima fase di agugliatura meccanica si produce un tessuto non tessuto che serve come base per l’applicazione su una delle due superfici di un velo di microfibre splittabili, e sempre con la tecnica nota della agugliatura meccanica si interlaccia questo velo di fibre superficiale portando, tramite azione meccanica, le fibrelle della microfibra aH’intemo dello strato inferiore di tessuto non tessuto in modo da rivestire una delle due superfici e da coesionare i due strati di tessuto non tessuto tramite Pinterlacciatura delle fibrelle dello strato superficiale con quelle dello strato sottostante. In questo modo la fìbrella viene direzionata dall’ago che la trasporta all’interno dello strato di supporto inferiore, senza contaminare lo strato di microfìbra con macrofìbre meno pregiate che invece avverrebbe nel caso di coesionamento con solo agugliatura meccanica visto che nell’arte l’agugliatura viene effettuata anche sul lato inferiore del materassino.
Successivamente a questa operazione si ha l’applicazione di un coesionamento superficiale tramite legatura ad acqua con tecnica nota (hydroentangled) sempre da un solo lato dove sono state deposte le microfibre in modo da intrecciare le fibre della superficie e nel caso delle microfibre anche da “splittare†(frazionare, dividere) le fibrelle in modo da originare le microfibre sotto l’effetto della agugliatura ad acqua.
La fase di legatura ad acqua ad alta pressione viene realizzata per mezzo di un dispositivo con getti d’acqua che applicano una pressione generalmente nell’ordine di 80/400 bar sulla superficie libera dello strato superiore in microfibra del materassino lungo le linee degli ugelli diversamente distribuiti (adiacenti uno all’altro e in contatto tra di loro, oppure opportunamente distanziati tra loro così da creare dei diversi tracciati). Dette linee rappresentano linee di saldatura lungo le quali le microfibre sono legate maggiormente con le macrofibre sottostanti. In questa operazione di saldatura si consegue l’interlacciamento definitivo delle microfibre, con formazione dello strato di pulitura fissato su quello di supporto, in corrispondenza di dette linee di saldatura longitudinali, preferibilmente distanziate tra loro così da risultare alternate. Lungo dette linee le fibre sono più schiacciate a causa del getto d’acqua per cui, nel caso di linee longitudinali distanziate, la superficie in microfìbra risulta avere dei rilievi o micro-rilievi alternati a dette linee.
Successivamente, l’accoppiato ottenuto viene essiccato ad aria e avvolto su bobina oppure può essere spalmato con resine, preferibilmente acriliche, sul lato in macrofibra (cioà ̈ sulla superficie libera dello strato in macrofìbra) in modo da ottenere tessuti con un lato simile alla pelle di daino molto efficaci nel caso della pulizia di vetri.
Il tessuto non tessuto così prodotto può essere utilizzato tal quale, oppure essere successivamente colorato e/o spalmato da entrambi i lati e/o stampato da un lato o dall’ altro, per la produzione di panni per la pulizia asciutti e/o umidificati, per la produzione di mop o ancora per utilizzi nel settore medicale dove sono richiesti tessuti con densità e composizioni differenziate, ed in tutte quelle applicazioni dove à ̈ richiesta l’effìcacia della microfibra, molto efficace nel rimuovere lo sporco grazie alla struttura fisica delle fibre che la compongono.
Come fibre per lo strato inferiore di supporto si possono utilizzare macrofibre, con uguale o diversa denaratura, in viscosa, polipropilene, nylon, rayon, cellulosa, miste viscosa e poliestere, cotone e simili. In alternativa, Ã ̈ possibile utilizzare fibre derivanti da materiali rigenerati o di riciclo, ad esempio 100% di PET riciclato, oppure da una miscela al 70% di fibre di cellulosa rigenerata e 30% di fibre di PET riciclati.
Una composizione preferita di macrofibre contiene il 70% di viscosa e il 30% di poliestere, oppure à ̈ una miscela 50/50 di viscosa/poliestere.
Il peso unitario dello strato di macrofibre può variare da 50 g/m a 300 g/m , preferibilmente maggiore di 100 g/m<2>, ad esempio compreso tra 180 e 280 g/m<2>, più preferibilmente compreso tra 200 e 250 g/m<2>. Resta inteso che sono utilizzabili anche macrofibre con pesi unitari maggiori, ad esempio 400 g/m , senza allontanarsi dallo spirito della presente invenzione.
Le fibre dello strato in microfibra sono preferibilmente fibre splittabili formate, ad esempio, da poliestere/poliammide, e aventi una denaratura di circa 1-2 Dtex prima dell’apertura in grado di generare microfilamenti (multi filamenti) aventi una denaratura inferiore a 1 Dtex. Questa microfibra può avere un peso unitario simile a quello dello strato in macrofibra oppure inferiore, preferibilmente inferiore ad esempio compreso tra 40-70 g/m<2>.
Una realizzazione preferita del materiale tessile utilizzato nella presente invenzione prevede uno strato superiore di microfibra con peso unitario compreso tra 60-70 g/m<2>e uno strato inferiore di tessuto non-tessuto in macrofibra con peso unitario compreso tra 200 e 250 g/m<2>.
Lo spessore complessivo del materiale tessile e/o dei suoi singoli strati non à ̈ vincolante ai fini della presente invenzione e dipende dall’utilizzo finale del materiale. Ad esempio nella realizzazione di mop, si può utilizzare un tessuto non tessuto con spessore complessivo che varia da 1 mm a 3 mm e con uno spessore dello strato di microfibra compreso tra 0,3 mm e 1 mm.
L’uso del materiale della presente invenzione à ̈ particolarmente vantaggioso in quanto si ha l’impiego di una minore quantità di microfibra rispetto ai materiali accoppiati noti ottenuti per laminazione a caldo, senza tuttavia sacrificare la consistenza meccanica del materiale che à ̈ garantita dallo strato in macrofibra. In particolare poiché sono solo i filamenti in superfìcie sullo strato in microfibra che “lavorano†contro lo sporco, nel materiale utilizzato nella presente invenzione à ̈ anche possibile utilizzare una microfibra a basso peso unitario, ad esempio 20 g/m , garantendo allo stesso tempo una tenacità e consistenza meccanica del materiale grazie allo strato di supporto in macrofìbra che può essere utilizzato con un peso unitario elevato, ad esempio maggiore di 100 g/m<2>, in quanto meno pregiato della microfibra.
Inoltre la presenza di eventuali rilievi sulla superficie in microfibra comporta un migliorato potere pulente rispetto ai materiali in microfibra convenzionali poiché detta superficie risulta ancor più rugosa e abrasiva con un effetto “spatola†che permette di asportare meglio la sporcizia e di sgrassare con più efficacia rispetto ai panni di microfibra comuni.
Alla presente forma di realizzazione dell’invenzione possono essere apportate numerose modifiche e variazioni di dettaglio alla portata di un tecnico del ramo, rientranti comunque entro l’ambito dell’invenzione espresso dalle rivendicazioni annesse.
Claims (9)
- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Uso come materiale per la realizzazione di dispositivi pulenti e/o di tessuti medicali di un non-tessuto a “doppia faccia†comprendente uno strato pulente in microfibra ed uno strato di supporto in macrofibra, detto materiale essendo ottenuto effettuando una prima fase di agugliatura di un materassino formato da almeno uno strato di velo cardato di macrofibre e almeno uno strato di velo cardato di microfibra, e una successiva fase di trattamento del materassino agugliato con getti d’acqua ad alta pressione, detta agugliatura e trattamento con getti d’acqua essendo effettuati dallo stesso lato sulla superficie libera dello strato in microfibra.
- 2. Uso secondo la rivendicazione 1 in cui il peso unitario della microfibra à ̈ inferiore o uguale a 100 g/m , preferibilmente 70 g/m , più preferibilmente 40-70 g/m<2>.
- 3. Uso secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti in cui la superfìcie dello strato in microfibra comprende linee di saldatura longitudinali alternate a rilievi o micro-rilievi.
- 4. Uso secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti in cui la superficie libera dello strato in macrofìbra à ̈ spalmata con resine, preferibilmente acriliche.
- 5. Uso secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti in cui le fibre dello strato di macrofibre sono in viscosa, polipropilene, nylon, rayon, cellulosa, miste viscosa e poliestere, cotone e simili, preferibilmente formate dal 70% di viscosa e dal 30% di poliestere, oppure da una miscela 50/50 dì viscosa/poliestere; oppure sono formate da materiali rigenerati o di riciclo, ad esempio 100% di PET riciclato, miscela al 70% di fibre di cellulosa rigenerata e 30% di fibre di PET riciclato.
- 6. Uso secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti in cui le fibre della microfibra sono fibre splittabilili costituite da poliestere/poliammide.
- 7. Uso secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti in cui la grammatura dello strato di macrofibre varia da 100 g/m a 400 g/m , preferibilmente compresa tra 180 e 280 g/m<2>, più preferibilmente compresa tra 200 e 250 g/m<2>.
- 8. Materiale un tessuto non-tessuto a “doppia faccia come definito in una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti avente una delle superfìci rivestita con uno strato in microfibra.
- 9. Dispositivi pulenti e/o tessuti medicali comprendenti almeno un materiale tessile come definito nella rivendicazione 8, preferibilmente in forma di mop, panni tradizionali per pavimenti, per vetri, e per qualsiasi altra superfìcie, spugnette, panni per la pulizia asciutti e/o umidificati, o ancora panni per utilizzi nel settore medicale dove sono richiesti tessuti con densità e composizioni differenziate, ed in tutte quelle applicazioni dove à ̈ richiesta l’efficacia della microfibra.
