La presente invenzione concerne un manipolatore a testa aspirante per uova o prodotti fragili similari. The present invention relates to a suction head manipulator for eggs or similar fragile products.

Allo stato attuale della tecnica, sono note macchine per la manipolazione delle uova tramite sistemi di sollevamento che utilizzano il vuoto generato da appositi aspiratori, compressori o pompe del vuoto abbinati a ventose. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Manipulator with suction head (1) for eggs or similar fragile products, characterized in that it comprises a sleeve (22) for gripping the egg, means (13, 12) for feeding compressed air inside said sleeve (22), a nozzle (25) of said sleeve (22) engaging them with the surface of the egg for the grip of the same and the escape of the air from said sleeve (22) and means (19-20, 15 -16) to create a depression vortex (31) inside said sleeve (22).

Suction head manipulator according to claim 1, characterized in that said means (19-20, 15-16) for creating a vacuum vortex (31) comprise small holes (19-20) parallel to each other but laterally displaced in opposite directions which flow into an annular conical cavity (14) facing the opening (25).

Suction head manipulator according to claim 2, characterized in that said sleeve (22) is mounted in an axially sliding manner on a fixed sleeve (10) which has an internal chamber (12) which can be increased with compressed air and a wall ( 21) of separation from said sleeve (22) which is crossed by said forks (19-20) and provides said conical annular cavity (14) facing towards said mouth (25).

4. Suction head manipulator according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises elastic means (23) which elastically push said sleeve (22) towards an abutment shoulder (24) of the fixed sleeve (10).

5. Suction head manipulator (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the elastic means (23) consist of a cylindrical helical spring (23) wound around the fixed sleeve (10) and reactant between a support (11) of the fixed sleeve (10) and an edge (32) of the sleeve (22).

6. Manipulator with suction head according to claim 5, characterized in that said mouth (25) has a substantially conical shape.
