La presente invenzione si riferisce al campo della gioielleria o bigiotteria, e più precisamente ad un ornamento da indossare contenente un profumo a effusione comandata. Monili e gioielli sono da sempre stati utilizzati per abbellire ed arricchire la persona che li indossa. Esiste una vasta tipologia di ornamenti da indossare, sia preziosi che di semplice bigiotteria: pendenti, catenine, braccialetti, spille, orecchini, medaglie, ecc. Indossiamo degli ornamenti siffatti per appagare il desiderio di apparire più stimabili o di rango sociale elevato, o semplicemente per vanità, e spesso li si regala per attestare sentimenti profondi. Per non limitare alla semplice visione le impressioni suscitate dagli ornamenti, sono note da tempo delle realizzazioni di ornamenti contenenti un profumo a lenta effusione. Il brevetto statunitense No. 3.270.525 dal titolo “PERFUME DISPENSING JEWELRY WITH FRANGIBLE PORTION” depositato nel 1964, rivendica un dispensatore monouso di profumo comprendente un corpo cavo tipo gioiello avente mezzi che lo rendono idoneo ad essere indossato da una persona, detto corpo contenendo del profumo ed avendo un piccolo foro del diametro compreso tra 0.5 e 1.27 mm che consente al profumo di effondere lentamente, preservandone la durata. Il profumo può essere iniettato direttamente dal foro per mezzo di una siringa oppure dotando il contenitore di un tappo removibile. In questo secondo caso è possibile inserire all’interno del gioiello un tampone di cotone o di altro materiale assorbente imbevuto di profumo.
