Summary

Container for quilt, later becomes a container for everything.

The supporting structure is in linden, the pouch in 15/18 micron restrained PVC, with a hinge for closing the lid and a handle in PVC for easy transport.

Description

This product was born from the desire to create a valid alternative to the classic pvc envelope containing the quilt.

The product was born as a quilt container, but is designed to last over time and be used to contain, after removing the quilt, linen, toys, shoes, magazines and so on.

The supporting structure is in wood (lime), it is made up of 4 rectangular slats of cm. 76 in length and 1 cm in width and 4 cylindrical sticks of 32.5 cm in length and 12 diameter.

The former will serve as a supporting structure, as a scaffold that rests on the ground.

In fact, the slats cross in the middle held together by a butterfly screw which allows the opening / closing movement of the product in a single stroke, like an accordion, also resulting in a practical and space-saving way.

In practice, as per the drawing, we will have two cross-bearing slats on one side of the envelope, the envelope positioned centrally, and two cross-bearing slats on the other side.

The latter materially support the pvc envelope containing the quilt.

These slats, slipping into two special pvc loops (loops of 11 cm in length and 3.5 cm in width) present at the edges of the envelope, support the latter.

These loops are joined to the envelope by heat sealing.

The cylindrical slats, both in the initial part and in the final part, will join the other rectangular slats by means of glue, creating a real supporting structure of the envelope.

In order to facilitate product packaging, an alternative system to the aforementioned has been devised which allows the entire structure of the product to be crushed by about 10 cm.

The procedure that allows this situation is the same: the cylindrical wooden stick mentioned above will no longer be a single element that goes from one end to the other glued at both ends to the supporting structure. To facilitate packaging and therefore to save space and precious money in transport, we will have two sticks of 10 cm each, glued to the end of the structure, but which enter into a small cylindrical tube in alloy or in PVC plastic of 10 cm which " will host "the two cylindrical slats.

The alloy tube will be inserted in the pvc loops heat-sealed to the envelope to support it. The cylindrical wooden slats glued at the end. These slats, entering and exiting the alloy tube, allow the product to flatten and then return to its original position and shape. In a "sliding" movement. This movement can be fundamental when, when the product is full, that is when we have the quilt in the envelope, the quilt will be crushed during transport and with it the structure of the Multipurpose, gaining precious space. This system will clearly be used as a replacement for all four cylindrical wooden slats (see figure 3).

The product may be marketed either in one version (fig. 3) or in the other (fig. 5). To view this alternative system:

The bag / container is in kristall pvc material, thickness 15 or 18 micron.

It can be neutral, colored, printed or with different patterns according to needs or trends.

The bag has a lid opening / closing through a pvc flap with a colored or neutral cotton zip. The hinge will be positioned at the edges of the flap, around the perimeter, forming a "U" design.

At the center of the flap that closes the envelope we find the pvc handle of 14x14 cm.

The envelope measures: 62x54x35 the DOUBLE, 60x50x30 the SINGLE.

Obviously the measurements of the container bag follow the measurements of the quilts.

The product is an innovative object, it enhances the quilt it contains and brings color and design to a new corner of the house.

Claims: 1) Container for quilt, later becomes a container for everything. 2) Number four rectangular wooden slats. The slats cross to form the supporting structure of the envelope. 3) Number two butterfly screws. They allow an easy opening and closing movement of the product. They join the two rectangular wooden slats. 4) Number four cylindrical wooden sticks, which glued to the aforementioned rectangular sticks, form the supporting structure of the envelope. 5) Two of the aforementioned cylindrical wooden sticks will have the task of supporting the envelope. The two sticks, inserted through two pvc loops welded to the envelope, will support the envelope itself. 6) The envelope indicated above is in neutral or colored pvc kristall 15/18 micron thick. It is sealed, in double or single size depending on the quilt it contains. This bag opens and closes on the lid by means of a flap with a cotton zip. At the top of the flap we find a handle always in pvc for transporting the product.
