La presente innovazione riguarda il settore degli indumenti e più in particolare si riferisce ad un indumento elastico a struttura tubolare atto ad aderire alla superficie corporea per effetto della sua elasticità. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Garment made of elastic yarn comprising at least one tubular structure able to be worn adherent to the body due to the elasticity, characterized by the fact that said tubular structure has at least one coaxial band composed of consecutive portions with different elastic constant, suitable for exercising a correspondingly different radial compression action on the body.

2. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that it is a pantyhose, said tubular structure being constituted by the bodice of said pantyhose, said coaxial band being the elastic edge or strap of said pantyhose.

3. Garment according to claim 2, wherein said strap has side portions connected to each other by corresponding front and rear portions, the elastic constant of said side portions being less than that of said front and rear portions.

4. Garment according to claim 1, in which said coaxial band with portions having different elastic constant portions is the hem of a women's or men's stocking or of a knee-high or the like.

5. Garment according to claim 2 wherein said coaxial band is provided in the bodice or in the leg portions of the pantyhose.

6. Elastic garment substantially as described above and illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings.
