RIASSUNTO: il variatore continuo di velocità à ̈ dotato di una puleggia espansibile per ognuna delle ruote anteriori: lo sterzo à ̈ dotato di comando atto a sterzare di 90°, e comanda la variazione. DESCRIZIONE: oggetto del presente trovato à ̈ una vettura dotata di comando continuo di velocità: per ognuna delle ruote anteriori vi à ̈ una puleggia espansibile: sterzandolo di 90°, la vettura può parcheggiare di lato, oppure fare dietro front. Allo stato attuale della tecnica in nessuna vettura automobilistica era possibile far mordere di più la ruota esterna alla curva: a parte il laborioso e dannoso differenziale autobloccante; per poter parcheggiare di lato, si ricorreva a ruote trasversali supplementari. la Fiat 500 aveva adottato un variatore di velocità a circuitazione oleodinamica; il vecchio variatore a pulegge della Daf à ̈ stato migliorato dalla Toyota nei suoi brevetti US2006-247086; CN 1873258 del 2006; CN 12849841 del 2006; CN 1475684 del 2004; CN 100414146 del 2008; JP2001-3430059 del 2001 ; in essi si variava con continuità la velocità del differenziale, con possibilità di slittamento di una delle due ruote anteriori; riguardo al parcheggio laterale, il CA2073103 faceva sterzare ulteriormente le ruote di un trattore a mezzo di un leverismo addizionale; il tutto à ̈ stato migliorato nell’attuale trovato: in tav. 1 à ̈ descritto il meccanismo di variazione continua della velocità delle due ruote motrici anteriori in una Fiat 500; come al solito, dal motore (1 ) si passa al convertitore di coppia (2), e, tramite il dispositivo (3) di spinta controllata, sulla semi puleggia (4), si varia la velocità di marcia della cinghia dentata (5); la novità consiste nel fatto che la puleggia condotta (6), viene sdoppiata nelle due semi pulegge condotte (6) e (7), una per ciascuna delle due ruote anteriori della vettura; essendo esse con risposta molleggiata, sarà possibile assegnare una spinta maggiore sulla puleggia di comando della ruota esterna alla curva, mediante azione dello sterzo (1 1 ) azionante la forcella di snodo ( 13) (vedi sezz. CC e DD); grazie alla ovalizzazione dell’assale (14), imperniato in (15), allo spostamento dell’assale sterzo corrisponde un allargamento della sede della forcella (13), e quindi una maggior spinta sulla semi puleggia corrispondente alla ruota esterna alla curva, il cedimento delle molle (16) e (16a) può avvenire grazie ad un dispositivo addizionale di spinta in rotazione (3a), simile al (3) di comando della puleggia motrice. Allo sterzare del piantone (17), il comando di sterzatura provvederà contemporaneamente alla sterzatura delle ruote (8) e (9), e contemporaneamente alla maggior velocità della ruota esterna alla curva, poiché il cilindro ovale (13) avrà provveduto a premere maggiormente sulla molla della semi puleggia, grazie al cuscinetto di spinta (18), che permetterà di potenziare la velocità delle ruote relativa, a mezzo del ruotismo conico di trasmissione alla ruota sterzante. Naturalmente il variatore di velocità potrà assumere vari aspetti, come quello ad anello dell’ Agostini, o quello a dischi scentrati, ecc. Sempre a tav. 2. per poter sterzare di 90° le ruote, occorre permettere uno spostamento della scatola guide (o del servosterzo); la rotazione intorno all’asse (0) permetterà l’azione delle molle progressive anti risonanza (21 , 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28) a mio brevetto fI2006A5; esse gradueranno l’azione centrante sullo sterzo.
